Walter Elias “Walt” Disney (December 5, 1901 – December 15, 1966) was an American film producer, director, screenwriter, voice actor, animator, entrepreneur, entertainer, international icon, and philanthropist. Disney is famous for his influence in the field of entertainment during the 20th century. As the co-founder (with his brother Roy O. Disney) of Walt Disney Productions, Disney became one of the best-known motion picture producers in the world. The corporation he co-founded, now known as The Walt Disney Company, today has annual revenues of approximately U.S. $35 billion.
Disney is particularly noted for being a film producer and a popular showman, as well as an innovator in animation and theme park design. He and his staff created some of the world's most famous fictional characters including Mickey Mouse, a character for which Disney himself was the original voice. He has been awarded four honorary Academy Awards and has won twenty-two competitive Academy Awards out of fifty-nine nominations, including a record four in one year, giving him more awards and nominations than any other individual. He also won seven Emmy Awards. He is the namesake for Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resort theme parks in the United States, as well as the international resorts Tokyo Disney, Disneyland Paris, and Disneyland Hong Kong.
Disney died of lung cancer in Burbank, California, on December 15, 1966. The following year, construction began on Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. His brother Roy Disney inaugurated the Magic Kingdom on October 1, 1971.
The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) (commonly referred to as Disney) is the largest media and entertainment conglomerate in the world in terms of revenue. Founded on October 16, 1923, by brothers Walt Disney and Roy Disney as the Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio, the company was reincorporated as Walt Disney Productions in 1929. Walt Disney Productions established itself as a leader in the American animation industry before diversifying into live-action film production, television, and travel. Taking on its current name in 1986, The Walt Disney Company expanded its existing operations and also started divisions focused upon theatre, radio, publishing, and online media. In addition, it has created new divisions of the company in order to market more mature content than it typically associates with its flagship family-oriented brands.
The company is best known for the products of its film studio, the Walt Disney Motion Pictures Group, today one of the largest and best-known studios in Hollywood. Disney also owns and operates the ABC broadcast television network; cable television networks such as Disney Channel, ESPN, and ABC Family; publishing, merchandising, and theatre divisions; and owns and licenses 11 theme parks around the world. On January 23, 2006, it was announced that Disney would purchase Pixar in an all-stock transaction worth $7.4 billion. The deal was finalized on May 5. On December 31, 2009, Disney Company acquired the Marvel Entertainment, Inc. for $4.24 billion. The company has been a component of the Dow Jones Industrial Average since May 6, 1991. An early and well-known cartoon creation of the company, Mickey Mouse, is the official mascot of The Walt Disney Company.
Con esto compruebo que la película no era precisamente para niños, por que en el libro han omitido totalmente lo que pasa al final con la "muerte" y transformación final de elsa, el duelo de Anna y el cambio de roles de las hermanas.

the art is pretty but man... seeing frozen 2 laid out in a kids book really highlights the lack of plot. this book is so Nothing. story is not child approved but the art is.
I’m not big into the Frozen story. So this one was a little lackluster for me. There was some action, which I enjoyed. I also really liked the colors and illustrations on a lot of the pages.
This book is based off the hit Disney movie Frozen II. It follows Anna, Else, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf on another adventure. Elsa is being called by voices into the enchanted forest, she had woken the spirits and they were angry. The fire spirit appears while they are in the forest and it ends up being a little salamander, Elsa is able to calm is down with little snowflakes. Elsa continues on the journey alone and finds the answers she was looking for. I enjoyed reading this book, I think it is a fun little summary of the Disney movie that so many people have seen and love. The illustration throughout the book is so good, I really liked how most of the pictures covered up the entire page. I think reading books that are also movies can be so fun. It is fun to compare the similarities and differences, but also for kids who are looking for a book to read and come across one about a movie they love, it could be inspiration to read it.
Everyone is saying that it cut out the end of the movie and that is true but I think there was a good reason? The movie was honestly a little too sad for what I expected after seeing the first, great movie. It personally wasn't a movie I loved. You have to get your kid through a really heavy scene in the movie which is before the happy ending comes, and do you want to do that right before bedtime? Especially when they want to read this over and over for a bedtime story? No! You don't read sad things or heavy topics for a kid's bedtime story. So it does make the story a little wonky but there's a good reason for doing so, that keeps this book more light hearted.
This book is a great supplement for the Frozen loving child. I appreciated that some of the folklore that may have been missed by kids during the movie version was detailed in the text. That being said, the book did seem incomplete and the story would not have worked if not for prior knowledge of the movie version.
I have never seen Frozen 1 and 2. My daughter (Sailor) loves both. She also likes when I sing Let it Go with Her.
So this was a no brainer to pick up and read. It was enjoyable, but it felt like it cut it short at the end. I like the characters and artwork but overall feels a bit too short to tell a complete story. My daughter enjoyed it a lot and fell asleep on the last page.
This Golden Book is literally a complete retelling of the movie Frozen II. Since it covers the entire movie, it's a bit sparse on character or plot development. There's just so much to cover. Joe really liked seeing Anna, Elsa, and Olaf, though, so it was ok.
I love this movie and the art in this book, but the storyline in this book does not make much sense, or follow the movie well. Of course it makes sense for it to be simplified for a Little Golden Book to be possible, but there are some large plot gaps.
This is a good summary of the upcoming movie. I just wanted more details. I love the drawings and the emphatic print at exciting places. I'm giving it to my niece for Christmas.
This is a Christmas present for my niece, and it's a good read, though it is pretty much just the simplified story of the second movie, so it could contain spoilers for anyone who hasn't seen it.
After reading multiple times the book we watch and the movie which left us a little disappointed. Even the kids books are more interesting then a movie.
This book follows pretty close to the movie and is about Anna and Elsa, two sisters. Elsa has magical ice powers and freezes the town on accident. Anna sets out to help her sister figure out how to control her power and defrost the town.
Anna and Elsa learn of the Northuldra people. They learn of their grandfather's devious plans. They learn more about their mother and how she met their father.
