Very good brief of the Holly Lands (geography and some history) ... touching on the Mosaic creed too, i.e. the Old Testament ... A very good reference for those who need a quick "mis-à-jour" re: location of places in Ancient Middle East.

On a personal note, it was particularly rewarding to go through this Atlas now, during the 2017 Easter Lent. I started when the Lent started, and went through it slowly, to find myself now, literally and in spirit, at the end of the journey. Having it handy during these weeks made me go back to the Bible several times for reference, to review stories and to hold the text and the map in front of my eyes at the same time.
