Deborah Maze is the illustrator of several picture books as well as a line of greeting cards. She is a lifelong reader of the Little House books and has fond memories of reading them to her children when they were young. She lives with her family in southern California.
A lovely conclusion to Deborah Maze's picture book adaptation of the Chronicles of Narnia. She captures the wonder of Aslan in a memorable way. I've said most of what I wanted to say in reviews of the other books in the series, but here's a summary: yay, pictures; mediocre text; one more yay for the pictures. Adapting a book for young readers into a book for younger readers is a strange order at best, but Maze makes the most of it by contributing a rich visual depiction of Narnia.
