I really enjoyed the meditations in this book! The first meditations were visual an then the author continued on with the other senses. I will probably buy this one so that I can continue to practice some of the other meditations. What I'm not sure of is whether I will order a Kindle edition or the hard cover.

This is a great book to give as a gift. Cool illustrations and lots of tips on relieving stress-using sensory tactics: (aromatherapy recommendations- foods to eat for reducing anxiety, and exercises using visionary images to focus. I love this authors approach with stress reduction. Very reader friendly.
