The book has so much information about the museum's exhibits, it's choked full of details, historical facts, and all accompanied by full color photographs of practically every piece on display. It even includes a detailed map of the museum floors, highlighting where the certain collective works of arts are exhibited; as well as mapping out other museum amenities, such as the gift shop and eateries inside the museum (I highly recommend the roasted bellpepper and chicken sandwich, it was divine.... or I was really, really hungry!). An excellent way to take a virtual tour of the British Museum, enhance your visit as you browses through the museum's abundant collections of different artifacts or re-live your last visit.
