This is what it all comes down to. Two mystical realms: one floating, peaceful isle, another a legendary kingdom, spirited away for centuries. Now they’re back, one is waging war against peace and humanity, the other a barrier, and only one thing stands between destruction and death, or victory and peace: Me. I’m Ava Dawson, though I have a few identities now: priestess of Avalon, Sir Lancelot’s daughter, a cambion, fiancée to four seductive incubi demons, and Merlin’s best friend. Forget everything you think you know about Camelot, King Arthur, and Avalon. The legends are real, but what you’ve heard? All lies. I’m here to set the story straight, and rewrite history. A few months ago, I was invisible. Now, with Excalibur as my secret weapon, four protectors, and the greatest wizard of all time? Together, we’re about to be invincible.
(As with the previous books in the series, this is a paranormal romance with one feisty female lead, and multiple love interests and no choosing--EVER! This book contains adult situations and recommended for adults only).
**Update** ALL "Curse" books will be on audio; Invisible and Inevitable are already available, Insatiable is in production and should be available by year's end, and Invincible will be available a couple of months after release. **
Sariah Skye physically resides with her family in southern Minnesota but mentally everyone is pretty sure she’s from Uranus. She’s a typical quirky Aquarian that swears too much, loves wine, shiny objects, and hates sarcasm and never, ever uses it. She also loves Star Trek, Doctor Who, ‘90s reruns, and Imagine Dragons (probably a little too much). In addition to all this oddity she’s an unprofessional obsessive fangirl, loves reading, hates anything domestic, and loves her pretty pink straitjacket. Oh, and she loves to chat with her unwilling kidnappees—err, “fans”, online at various places, like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram .Or drop her an email at sariahskyeauthor@gmail.com or private message her on Facebook. She also has a private group called the Shenanigan Squad for anyone who might possibly want to follow her works, progress, or just share a silly meme war (though she really doesn’t understand why anyone is there, she loves them all nevertheless). What a ride! This is the last book in The Curse of Avalon series and I'm sad to see Ava and the guys go! Hands down this book was well worth the wait. Rhys was such a hoot, my favorite besides Ava and the guys. I absolutely loved his antics and crazy self, he cracked me up so much! I'm gonna be vague so I don't spoil anything because it would takeaway from this great ending but just know there's so much action and there's a lot of stuff that got explained and clarified that I wasn't left having any questions at the end. The ending just warmed my heart, it was an amazing conclusion to this series.
Avalon, the cambion and the island, is still braced for war. Nimue/Nadina has her shadow army plus Arthur's Camelot army, while Avalon has a handful of non combative healer witches and her 4 fiancees. Totally balanced odds. After an attack on Avalon they decide to take the fight to them. But can a band of hastily assembled rebels help tip the scales? And even if Ava wins, will there be anything left of Camelot after the magical fallout? And why has she aquired a new voice in her head that keeps asking her to trust it?
Spoilers ahead. While cute, the wrap up is a little anticlimactic. And frustrating? Avalon went from invisible to, well, not exactly like this title, more like the last one- insatiable. For me, there wasn't a real resolution. And to, literally, have your nemisis in hand several times and let her go? Like the sword kept saying, it was more about revenge than balance. Otherwise they wouldn't have literally let her go while her army was slaughtering rebels just to track her down again later. I know they're imaginary, but they let people die needlessly. And the witches? Powerful healers who are generously "free love" but the guys use without regard. Ok to boink, but not love and have true relationships with. Even the knights who visited the isle in the past only were there to get some and go, possibly donating some dna for the next generation of witches. And the monologues... Oof. You don't monologue on a battlefield. Bad guys? Sure. But the good guys? That's how the bad guys escape. For example read this story. She condemns Morgaine for blood magic, but is willing to let her use it for her purposes. But the humor was cute, sweet, a little raunchy, and as syrupy as you could hope for. For a 4 book story arc, it just left a lot undone for me. And the editing was worse for this one than the previous 3, as well. Words dropped, misused homonyms, ands dropped into sentences for no reason, and tense oopsies. So, that's why the 3 stars. Editing, lack of resolution, and some (to me, glaring) plot holes.
No spoilers of any kind included. So all I’m going to say about this book is that it was absolutely fantastic and I’m going to leave it at that. Sariah Skye definitely knows how to hook her readers and take them on a whirlwind of a roller coaster ride and then leave them wanting and needing more at the end of the ride! Which is probably why she’s one of my favorite authors because she knows when to add action and she knows when to add steam at the right time, she knows how to create enough suspense to keep her readers sitting on the edge of their seats. But anyway it’s going to be a big HECK YEAH I most definitely do recommend this book but if you haven’t read any of the books before this one then I highly suggest that you do that way you don’t get confused as to what’s happening and who’s who!
This book was better than the last 2, not by far, but by quite a bit. There were moments that I actually found myself enjoying it, which is more than I could say about books 2 and 3.
Overall, I was really let down with the King Arthur fantasy world crossover. It felt like King Arthur was just a selling point for the series that was mentioned a couple times here and there, until this book, where a lot of the King Arthur characters were brought front and center.
I never really connected with any of the characters, and more than anything, I think Ava just frustrated me.
But that being said, this book was a lot more action packed, there was actual scheming and spies and everything that I was looking for in the other installments, so I was very happily surprised (and relieved) when reading this one.
I for one have been a huge fan of this series since I first discovered it. I've also wondered how in the world this delicious tale would finally end. Trust Ms Skye to find the perfect way to do just that! Once again filled with action, intrigue, mystery, romance, Arthurian themes, hilarity, and one fierce and awesome female at the center of it all! This book DEFINITELY didn't disappoint! Grab a blanket and a drink of choice, and hunker down for one heckuva ride!! I for one am hoping we might see another book of two...or three (???) with Ava and her crazy family. Family chosen by love, through friendship, and by blood. Here's to the possibility of more!
Awesome book, 5 stars. I love King Arthur & his knights. Avalon, the Mystic Isle, so many theories & stories about where it's gone. Now I have my answer. I really enjoyed this book, the mix of present & past, the humor & the great mix of characters. All the little twists & turns in the plot & especially who it was in Excalibur, I did not see that coming. I did this backwards & read the last book first so I'm off to get the others, if you're a fan of knights, magic & smexy times its definitely worth reading
Spectacular way to end Ava and the guy's story. I absolutely love Rhys,he is hilariously sassy, him and Ava are a force to be reckoned with. Creatively written with so much detail it was like you were right there experiencing everything with them. This heart pumping page turner is a fantastic read and all of the books came together in to this amazing conclusion, all the loose ends wrapped up. I'm sad to see these characters story come to an end. I thoroughly enjoyed the Arthurian/avalonian RH series. Well done and the epilogues were phenomenal and a great addition to the end.
So first of all DAMN that ending was Aaammazzing! This book was the perfect length for the finale to this fantastic series. We say goodbye to a once invisible girl who turned into a badass priestess with four hunky fiance's. This last book will blow your mind for those of you who have read the rest of the series as soo much happen. Kudos to you Sariah Skye for this awesome book series! We thank you as readers ❤️
I really enjoyed reading this book. This is the epic finale to The Curse of Avalon series, and it was definitely well worth the wait. Get ready for steamy encounters between Ava and her four incubus fiances, grand adventures as this reverse harem style read transforms into a full on Authurian style legend that is completely unpredictable. The series is wrapped up nicely and tied with a very sexy bow by the end of the book.
If you've invested in these characters through the first three books, you will be so satisfied with the ending of this book. We get to settle in to these characters' established relationships, while they continue to encounter the trials and tribulations that have been building throughout the series. Such a beautiful thing to see the invisible Ava from book one morph into the confident heroine she is at the end, with the support of her family.
What an ending! I loved this whole series and this final book in the series is one of the best. The book is a great length and it is packed full of action, emotion, drama, love and acceptance. I loved how the story comes to an end and it really made my heart full by the time I finished. This whole series is highly recommended and it is one that I will read again and again. Definitely a series to buy!
Invincible was a nice round out to the series however I found it dragged a little for me and I just wanted to find out how it would end. There was plenty of action and adventure, twists and turns. Despite being in a war environment, there was plenty of sexual action and some of the romantic developments were exciting! Rhys became a loved member of the 'family' and it was great to even meet a few new characters. Well worth the read if you have read the others in the series.
This is the final book in The Curse of Avalon series. This whole series has been a fun trip and such a unique take on an authorian tale. Of course, as the final book we have the biggest battle of all for Ava and her protectors, and it is a big one. But there are more than a few surprises left. Ava must wield Excalibur in the final battle, but will she wield the sword or will it wield her.
This was seriously a truly great ending to the series. Rhys is still hilarious, we learn more about Ava’s family, her relationships with her men have their ups and downs, and the battle for Camelot reaches its conclusion. Plus there are not one but two epilogues that give us a taste of happily ever after. Seriously great read!
This is the final book in the Curse of Avalon series and it was amazing! The book grabs your attention right from the beginning full of action, adventure, suspense, and love. If you love paranormal reverse harem books you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this book!
Kinda sad this is over. Love Ava and her guys! This series was a very nice twist to Avalon, Camelot, and several characters many of us have heard of before. Really enjoyed the mesh of modern with the “old”.
A war is brewing and it is family vs family. Ava and her men prepare but is anyone ever ready for war? Can Ava and Rhys pull it off and save everyone? Loved this book! I'm happy to see the storyline complete. It needs an edit but the storyline was good.
I was hesitant to read this last book because I was happy with where book 3 stopped. Wow! I’m glad I read it!! F#{king amazing! The sexy scenes were so hot and the story was great! I opted to forgo sleeping to read the whole thing!!
This whole series was great such a fantastic take on an old story, i loved the characters and their relationships and the stpryline kept me interested the whole way through, it had a bit of everything!!
What a series! These have to be some of my fave characters ever. I laughed, cried, needed cold showers...lol. It's a perfect ending to the series and couldn't have asked for more... Other than swapping places with Avie and having the guys for myself! :-)
Okay the last in this series and it ties off the story well. Whilst it did not wow me I did enjoy the twists and turns some of which I did not see coming! It was not as explosive as I hoped for it bought the story full circle and had moments where I did actually laugh out loud, well worth reading I did enjoy it immensely

I have absolutely loved every book in this series and this is no exception. This is a nice long book and you won't be bored reading it. It really is an awesome ending to a series. Lots of questions are answered and things are tied up nicely.
