Read this for my Conflict Resolution in the Workplace course. It was definitely one of my favorite college classes, which is due more to the instructor than this book. But to the book’s credit, it is:

•short (less than 200 pages)
•practical
•super important (and not just for the workplace)

Other than being a smidge outdated and a little bit self-important (like “Wow, NO ONE has ever thought of mediating workplace conflict before!!!”), it’s packed with helpful methods for constructively dealing with one-on-one and team conflicts. Recommend!

Seems pretty common sense, but not common practice. It’s a great idea that you don’t remember in the heat of the moment. Cheesy as hell.

I wish I'd read this book ages ago. This stuff should be taught in schools.

This book has a lot of short examples of workplace conflict and is written in a conversational tone, but lacks some substance.
