One hot mess. One hot boss. One too many hot encounters...

It’s not you. It’s me.
No, seriously. It is me. Not only does my name literally mean “unfortunate,” but that’s the story of my life.

Everything I touch turns to crap. An apartment fire—that I swear I was not responsible for—means I’m living back at home with my sex-mad parents. Yay, me!

Which is why I need my new j

There was no doubting that I was blushing this time around. You could fry eggs on my cheeks.

Holy hot fudge sundae. Emma Hart has only gone and done it again! I love the hype that comes with an Emma Hart new release. It gets me so excited and this beauty didn’t disappoint! After Tequila Tequila I didn’t think it was possible to beat but Mallory is one sassy chick and I love Cameron. He is definitely new book boyfriend material.

Mallory is a walking disaster. If first impressions were everything this girl would stick in your mind for the wrong reasons. She’s moved back home and currently

Well what do you know?? I like this book. I seen this book around but hesitant to pick it up. When I finally giving in, it took me by surprise.

The whole story is cute. Super cute. With a lot of flirting. I think I can take a leaf or two from this book for flirting lesson. But seriously the flirting is the only one I like about this book.

There is min drama/ plot. In fact the whole story is just about the romance between Cameron and Malary. I still want more though. I want the flirting is actual

Sweet and funny.
I have read other stories that featured a female lead as a klutzy mess of a person. Sometimes they worked well and became a humorous feature of the story. But others didn’t work out so well and they were an unfortunate creation to try to read and enjoy.

But this one was written in such a fashion that it was funny and lighthearted throughout the entire story.

You know what it’s like to have a crush on a guy. Especially when you have to see that person every day. W

I usually totally dig Emma Hart's sense of humor and I have a blast while indulging in it.
I usually have a sweet tooth with her romantic comedies, BUT here, somehow, i felt off.
The situation of humorous affect left me with non... :/ so, i guess, it's purely my bad.
Wrong timing?! I wish I could tell you more...

The pacing also felt off, it was too slow and the angst was no where to be found, and not in the true sense of the word, since this is a romantic comedy, there should be no angst,

We all know someone who is terribly clumsy and if something ridiculous is going to happen, it will happen to them. That person might even be you! Mallory is that girl. She regularly spills drinks, food, trips over or bumps into things. It’s like she is a magnet to catastrophe.

On the day of a very important job interview she is nearly run over, silver lining in that sitch is that the man who helped her was hot af. There has to be some perks to being Mallory right?

Emma Hart is definitely one of the reigning queens of ROM-COM and this office romance was another hilarious and sexy book that was so much fun to read.

Cameron and Mallory have the craziest first encounter and the laughs start from the the get go! FLAMINGO PANTIES! That's all I'm saying and why do I not find it weird that a grown woman in her twenties has a pair of these?! In fact it made me love her right away. This heroine is a bit awkward, a bit of a klutz and totally loveable. She is aptly ni

Such sweet, catastrophe filled, slow burn goodness, with a good dose of snark added into the mix, of course. This book had it all for me from start to finish and I really wish there was no “The End” in the end.

Mallory is a walking catastrophe waiting to happen. No lie. This woman just falls into these situations on the daily, but, regardless of her klutziness she is sassy, snarky and somehow turns all of that into a charming woman with a good heart. Cameron is a real

I'd like to apply for the position of editor or pre-reader for Emma. I absolutely love her stories, but there are SO. MANY. ERRORS. This has been a problem for me in multiple books.

This would have been a five star read for me had it not been for all the editing issues. A hot boss that ISN'T an alpha jerk? Sign me up. A hot mess that rolls with it instead of wallowing in her misfortune? Here for it. All that AMAZING dialogue and great secondary characters (lookin' at you, Aunt Grace)? MORE MORE

What's with the blurb for this book?

Like, I can understand, barely, but I do get it, censoring the word crap, but censoring the *words* sex and porn, like what the hell? Seriously, it's totally off-putting.

Were I not a fan of Emma Hart, I'd totally skip this book just because the blurb is so moronic.

Sweet and lighthearted but missing any substance

This book was cute and sweet and funny but that's really all it was. If your looking for a quick read with zero angst or drama or literally any kinda of antagonist then this is for you. I really enjoyed it at first but as soon as it felt like the ball was really rolling it literally just ended. And there were quite a few editing errors, that's usually not a problem for me but this book had them all over the place. To the point where some sentences

Omg, this was adorable. How did I go on with my life and not know this existed?

Catastrophe Queen made me laugh so freaking hard. I loved everything about this book because the characters just made it super fun to listen to. Not going to lie, I loved my ship in this because I just knew that things were going to work out for them.

The romance and chemistry was alive for Cameron and Mallory. She is a walking disaster but definitely makes things fun for him. He's her boss that ends up falling for her

4 Hurricane stars!!

Catastrophe Queen is a hilarious read with a snarky and accident-prone heroine and a gorgeous hero. This book was very well written and I loved the light hearted banter.

Mallory (25) has been unfortunate since the day she was born, she trips on flat surfaces and if it’s a hot drink, never ask her to bring it to you. She is simply a klutz.
After a potential job interview, she was distracted which resulted in her toppling backward

Gah, I do enjoy an Emma Hart book. They’re always fun and exciting.

As soon as I seen the description for Catastrophe Queen I knew I had to read it. It’s has some of my favourite things in it. An office romance, a clumsy, funny woman and a handsome, caring business man. I knew it was going to be a winner for me.

The opening wasn’t a good start for poor clumsy Mallory, what starts off with embarrassing quickly turns in to more embarrassment and you just can’t help but feel for this woman and her

Catastrophe Queen is a quirky and sweet office romance with a nice slow burn.

Emma plays this story out perfectly. Nothing is too rushed, but you can sense the mutual attraction between the two. I love how their relationship develops over time and things aren't rushed.

I really enjoyed reading about Mallory's mishaps and her clumsy tendencies but what I loved most was Cameron and his family. Emma paints them in a sweet light and it just makes them all the more enjoyable to read. And Mal

Cute read!

This is such a cute and funny read. Poor Mallory was destruction just waiting to happen. Honestly I'm not sure how this woman is still living after everything that happens to her. Haha! I love that Cam is such a fun loving boss. The ending seemed kind of rushed but all in all its a good read.

There isn't an Emma Hart book that doesn't make me question my sanity since I always end up LOL in public. Every. Single. Time.

Her latest release is everything you may expect it to be. It's hilarious with an adorable mess of a heroine and a charming book bf material of a hero. Prepare yourself for ridiculous situations, a lot of chuckling and some swooning. It's the perfect light-hearted read, I literally devoured it in just a few hours.

Originally I intended to give 4 round-up stars for this one as I've enjoyed it A LOT but then I remembered all the spelling/grammatical errors that should've been edited out. It really takes me out of the story, especially if it's something such as a difference between 'quiet' and 'quite' that makes me go over a sentence a few times, thinking "did I read that right????"

Anyway, story-wise this has been cute and funny and I loved the build-up between the two before they got together.

I laughed, a lot, while reading this book. And, while this was definitely a story about the relationship with Mallory and Cameron, can we all just chat about her family for a second? No spoilers here, but really, hilarious is the only word that comes to mind for her family...or nuts. That one works too.

This was more of a slow burn than I was expecting. But, not in a bad way and there was a lot of time spent with the developing friendship, which made the relationsh

Catastrophe Queen was a sweet and funny romance with great characters that I really enjoyed. Emma Hart is a versatile author and I'm a fan of her books, especially her rom coms. Mallory and Cameron were absolutely perfect together, and their slow burn romance was both well-written and well executed.

Both the main characters and the supporting ones really made this story. Cameron was such an amazing guy, he was sweet and respectful, had a great sense of humor, and I absolutely loved the way he ha

Catastrophe queen was so cute and quirky. With so many laugh out loud moments I am sure the guy next to me was getting a little nervous on our flight. But oh well I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was the perfect story to keep me hooked.

Mallory was such a real character, even with all her clumsiness she was so the girl next door for me. She just seemed so authentic. I mean sure she tripped over air a few times but who hasn't?

Cameron wasn't too bad himself. I mean the fact that he found her clumsine

This was a nice and fluffy fun read from Emma Hart. I'm not always sure how I feel about office romance, but this was done nicely. I really liked the banter between the two main characters, and they easily fell into a comfortable rhythm with each other.

There is angst or drama, this is just a really nice and easy read, and lots of fun. Some interesting secondary characters as well. Emma Hart has a way of writing books that are a breeze to read and leave you wanting to know the characte
