This is a fun, humorous, and entertaining story. The story is fast-paced, and will have you laughing out loud. Filled with friendship, a curse, and a whole lot of love, this story is sure to entertain.

The Warlock's Enchanted Kiss by Deanna Chase was a fun book to listen to as I walked. The narrator did an excellent job of giving each character their own voice. I laughed out loud several times as Carrie and Austin fight their attraction and try to cure him of his "love spell" curse.

This is a great book; this is the second book in the Witch Island Brides series written by Deanna Chase. Carrie Carmichael excels at creating the perfect wedding. But when it comes to romance, the wedding coordinator is always on the sidelines. After years of pining for the town warlock, she’s finally ready to move on. She’s got her eye on the hot new shifter in town, only fate seems ready to step in and derail her plans. Austin McKee has the magical touch—literally. His kisses are enchanted. And when an old flame shows up on the island to marry another man, suddenly the old enchantment rears its head and she’s ready to ditch her fiancé for Austin. Desperate to escape the runaway bride, Austin begs Carrie to be his fake girlfriend. But now lines are being blurred and Austin’s not at all sure he’s pretending. This is a great book with a wonderful story and well developed characters. This book will keep you reading long into the night. If you are looking for a great book, then you need to read this book. I am looking forward to reading the next book by this great author.

If you have not read Witch Island Brides then you are missing a real treat. These books are all fun, sexy, feel good and magical stories. You are going to want to live here, visit here or be one of the people you just read about.
This book is about Carrie, Wedding Planner extraordinaire. She has had a crush on Austin since the day he came on the island. Thanks to him being cursed there will be nothing but friendship between these two. That has been what was going on for the last five years.
Carrie decides enough is enough. She needs some love and feelings. She really takes things to the next level. Austin finally shares his love for Carrie and things get rolling. I thought this book was great. I really wish there was more. I was rooting for them to find a way around the love spell through the whole book. I love the ending. We should all have a moment of pure love shinning the way this book wrapped up.

A funny and delightful short from Deanna Chase, her Witch Island Bride books are a really great supernatural romantic comedy with a lot of calamity.
Sometimes you just need to relax and read something that makes you chuckle, laugh out loud and even gigglesnort, this book did all of that for me.
Carrie and Austin were a natural, lovable, cute couple with or without Austin's curse, Brinn and Darwin had me gigglesnorting my coffee just picturing their antics and Austins Mum was a good chuckle.

Being in love (or lust) has also never been so weird. Witches, Warlocks and some other very odd characters. Throw in a curse that is just plain cruel and you have a fun, cozy mystery. Looking forward to another installment in the Witch Island Brides series.

Deanna Chase writes feel-good stories. If you ever need something that has the witchy supernatural vibe but really is lighter she is the perfect author for it. This one was a cute story but was more sex than anything else.

Austin is cursed on a trip to New Orleans with the boys. His kiss causes whoever he kisses to fall madly in love with him. He has been pining for Carrie for 5 years but is determined to stay away so he doesn’t kiss her. Carrie learns of his curse and is determined to find a work around. Their work around keeps getting interrupted. Things come to a head when Austin’s ex arrives on the island to get married. Funny story!

Another fun light read from Deanna.
Carrie Carmichael is the local bridal consultant for Witch Island who has had a huge crush on the resident warlock Austin McKee for the past five years. Austin has a crush on her too; unfortunately, because of a spell that was placed on him he is unable to kiss her without dire consequences.
Deanna has once again written a light story that is romantic, funny and keeps you entertained. The chapter with Austin at the bar with the sisters fighting over him had me laughing out loud.
Carrie and Austin have a great love story that I would love to explore more. I do wish these stories were longer, I get so involved with the characters and then it’s over.
Can’t wait to read the next installment.

Carrie Carmichael was a bridal consultant – the only one – on the island that served as a wedding destination spot for paranormals of the world. Her job could include just about anything, such as tracking down how-to books for her clients’ wedding night! For that reason, she was currently looking around in Spell Bound, the local bookstore.
As luck would have it, the warlock Carrie had been in love with for the past five years walked in – Austin McKee, a confirmed bachelor who never dated. Austin saw her reaching for a book on the top shelf and moved behind her to help her get it down, only to startle her and cause her to drop it on the floor. He got to it before she could, read the title of the how-to sex book, and with a smirk, offered to provide her with some real-life tips . . . Her face turned a brilliant red. When his hand brushed hers, they both felt the spark and, not for the first time, he almost kissed her. He stopped himself and walked away, mumbling about not wanting to spoil their friendship.
Austin had been celibate for 7 years now. When he was 21 on a trip to New Orleans, he and his college buddies got drunk and they dared him to let a witch put a love curse on him. The curse made anyone he kissed fall deeply in love with him to the point of becoming a crazed stalker. The spell was unfortunately permanent! So he had not been able to kiss or date anyone for the past 7 years! He definitely needed a drink tonight, so headed to the closest bar.
Unknown to Austin, an ex-girlfriend was at the Witchin’ Impossible entertainment club for a bachelorette party and attacked him in front of Carrie who was at the party. In embarrassment, Austin asked Carrie to come home with him so he could finally explain. She still wanted to start a relationship with him, even if they couldn’t kiss. But first a wild cat interrupted them in the greenhouse; Austin fell naked on a rake and needed a healer; and when the healer left, a loud shattering of glass interrupted again. What was happening? Was someone trying to keep them apart? Why was this love curse lasting so long with no one able to remove it? Spells just didn’t last that long!
This book was so much fun to read! I found myself actually laughing out loud at many parts! Well-written and with a strong story line, the reader will thoroughly love this book! The characters can be quirky, but almost always charming and likable. This is a wonderful series and I highly recommend this book!

After a particularly hot few moments with Carrie, Austin heads to Witchin’ Impossible for a drink. Things turn sour when old girlfriend, Brinn Hughes spots him and her obsession begins anew. What Austin has not told Carrie is courtesy of a powerful love spell, his kisses turn women into love obsessed stalkers. Carrie gets Austin away from Brinn. Little did they know that the incident at Witchin’ Impossible would be the high point.

This novella is just what the doctor ordered if you need an uplifting, fun time! Carrie and Austin are star-crossed, or should I say curse-crossed, almost-lovers who finally find their way to each other. The trip there is fun, romantic, and laugh-out-loud funny. Ms. Chase continues to impress me with her writing whether it is a short story or full-length book. Great story, great plot, and great characters abound in this entry. Don’t miss this if you love a romantic comedy or are just a fan of this author in general; I’m starting to be convinced this author can’t write a terrible book (don’t take that as a challenge!). Highly recommend! I was provided the e-book which I voluntarily reviewed.

So after 2 books and a prequel, I have to say, I love this series. It keeps me totally engrossed form word one until the very end. I find myself laughing out loud at some of the crazy high jinx that these powerful creatures find themselves stuck in. This story covers warlock, Austin. who got roped into a love spell that he can't shake after 10 years. He has a cursed kiss. His best friend, Carrie, is the island's wedding planner and totally in love with Austin, without ever kissing him. Let the crazy begin! This story is well written and fun from start to finish. And some steam with an HEA never hurts.

It takes a little while to get to the HEA but it is a quick read.

A very humorous interesting book! The wedding planner, Carrie, will finally get her wish which is Austin. Add in a kissing curse and an old girlfriend mix well and let the fun begin,lol! You will finally meet the witch who put the love spell on Austin, a crazy old girlfriend and her soon to be husband. The hijinks will keep you laughing but the romance is beautiful! Enjoy this magical interesting book!

I have been provided with a copy of The Warlock’s Enchanted Kiss by the author for an impartial review. This is the second book in the Witch Island Brides series. This book was just so funny and it was so easy to get into and I finished it in one sitting. I loved getting to meet Carrie Carmichael and Austin McKee and see them deal with his problem. This series has just been fantastic and they have all been so much fun to read I hope there are many more to come.

Deanna never goes wrong!! Her books are seriously funny and quirky!! I am so happy reading each and every story. This book was very funny and romantic, but do NOT mess around with love spells!! They are never good for anyone!! Kissing is an intimate experience and shouldn't ever be taken for granted. That being said, I'm off to kiss my husband passionately!!

Such a fun, humorous, and entertaining story, and quick read or listen. It will have you laughing out loud. It is filled with a curse, and a whole lot of love. Carrie and Austin's love story is so much fun, and his curse is keeping him at arm's length with Carrie. This series has just been a fun read, and both books have all been so much fun to read. I hope there are many more to come.

Fun and exciting!
Austin and Carrie knew exactly who and what they wanted. The only problem was the live spell. Good thing they're made for each other and have a way to figure it out! Yay for true love and finding the one!

Cute short novella for a quick excursion to a small paranormal town Some sex present so possibly inappropriate for younger readers, but overall, it was a fun short story with a variety of enchanting paranormal characters. 😊

Funny, bawdy, steamy read that will keep you thoroughly entertained from beginning to end. Great characters and witty, naughty dialogue makes this a great quick read. Highly recommended.

Loved this book. A bit racier than some of the others, but fun. I loved one of the main characters parents, so perfect.
