Excellent book, filled with detailed instructions on how to clean and cook fish. The recipes looked great and the photos were both helpful and numerous.
I thought this book was very insightful for cleaning, preparing, and cooking fish. It explained, in detail (along with helpful pictures, which tbh I didn't expect, and it was a pretty neat addition) what I expected to gain from reading the book (cleaning, cooking, and canning fish).
