A special interest book for home gardeners, this book is nicely illustrated with lots of photos and step by step instructions. Some of the projects require little in the way of purchases, using natural garden materials. My favorite project was the seed tape for small carrots. I’d also like to try the homemade cleaning solution made with Lemon and thyme.

I put this book on my "to-buy" list! Lots of great, doable projects for your own garden/yard, from cute bird nests and feeders to upcycled planters to a rain chain to bug repellant simmer jars. Organized neatly into like projects into chapters makes it easy to find projects. Beautiful step by step color pictures, even to fold newspaper into a seed starting pot! Love this book.

I love a good crafting - do it yourself book. They are fun to read and this one has crafts for the garden. I am using the instructions for building a herb dryer to make a cover to keep the birds off my strawberry plants.

And I plan on making the firestarters as stocking stuffers for my kids who love to camp.
