True Love's Ghost

Life was pretty ordinary until I reached 16, until I fell head over heels in love-with a dead boy.

When Angeline first meets handsome, well mannered Tom one afternoon in the derelict wing of a stately home, she is filled with the inexplicable sense that somehow they've met before.

But nothing can prepare her for the shock when she realises why no one else at the house has ever heard of him-Tom is dead and has been for the past one hundred years...

I love paranormal romances, especially ones which show a great deal of imagination and this one showed A LOT of imagination! I've read a lot of vampire romance books and shapeshifter romance books but I've read very few ghost romance books no doubt because how difficult it is for the couple to have their happily ever after. This is why when I found this one I had to grab it ASAP! I wasn't disappointed. I enjoyed this book from start to finish and the author did an amazing job coming up with a way for the couple to have their happily ever after even though one of them was a ghost.

it was such a heartfelt story and you could feel the passion and the love that these characters have for each other I love it when a writer can convey feelings in their work. I don't know if it's normal or not but when I read a book it's like a movie playing in my head where I can actually see the characters almost hear their voices see the rooms that there in if the author is doing their job. And believe me this author paints such a wonderful picture and its portrays so much passion and emotion you can't help but feel like you're going through everything with them. I will be honored to purchase this book when it's available loved loved loved this book you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't read

2.5 maybe a 3 star, I'm undecided.
I really enjoyed the premise and idea of this story and characters were well written and I loved them, the whole plot was intriguing and unique. I just thought it was too short ;) no but really that and things felt like they happened a little too fast and the whole Gabriella and auriel thing happened to out of the blue like I needed hints or more something so when it happened I would've been like "omg yes, no way or wtf, wow, I knew it etc" haha. If that makes sense at all.... What I'm trying to say is that the story and characters were great and I really enjoyed his story and had fun reading it but the plot felt too rushed in places and I wanted more of her friends and family and too see them grow as well as seeing her relationship with Tom grow more. The plot for me needed to slow down and have more details maybe more about the past and flashbacks or little things she remembers in a dream or from seeing something so again the whole Gabriella thing doesn't just jump out all of a sudden, but then not really have that as much of the plot and not really go into detail about it or anything. But then again in saying all that this was a romance and that was definitely done really well so I cant really complain. For what it was a romance with a little mystery and a ghost it was great, really fun to read.

don't get me wrong, I loved this book. but towards the end I was getting very strong fallen vibes. the end of this book was almost completely identical to the fallen series ending. and I know there are only so many things people can write about, but I would have prefers something more....idk, something different.

I read this book years ago and I’ve never forgotten it. It took me years to find it again, and when I searched it on Amazon, it finally came up!!

It’s a quick read, but truly worth it. It really gives an endearing story and I will read it again once I forget the spoilers (don’t we all).
