On a hike with her Buttercup troop, Sofia must prove to an overprotective Baileywick and King Roland that princesses need to (and can) do things on their own. In this Level 1 reader with simple text and word repetition, young children will be able to enjoy this Sofia the First story on their own.
This story was cute and similar to the TV episode it was based on but there were some important parts left out that made the story kind of confusing and hard to follow. The pictures were wonderful though.
Sofia is in a troop, they go camping to earn badges but her butler comes along. He does everything for her including bring a royal chair for her to sit upon and sweeping the dirt from the path before she walks... unrealistic camping. My children were confused on the whole concept.
This is a short children's story that describes a group similar to Girl Scouts set in Sofia the First's universe. It teaches the message that children should always try their best, and it can be modified for both girls and boys. The story is even somewhat humorous!
This is a great book but I think the level 1 label is a bit off. This seems too advanced but maybe World of Reading and Step into Reading are different. Either way, this is a good Sofia story with beautiful illustrations. My daughter loved it.
Nemu buku keponakan tersayang tergeletak begitu saja di kamar. Sambil bolak-balik eh malah sambil baca. Dengan melihat gambar secara cepat total baca satu buku ini ga nyampe lima menit. XD
If you know a young child who likes Sofia the First, then they will probably enjoy this book, but I don't thing this book will win any new fans to the series.
