This book enlightened me with the most logical definition of globalisation that I have yet come across, and followed it up with clear and concise analysis.

An excellent introduction, written in a convincing manner. The font is the worst, though.

Although the author avoids the question of how globalization can be both a cause and effect at the same time, the idea of supra-territoriality seems to have merit.
