Destroy is beautiful, strong, charismatic and charming. He is also selfish, shallow, petty and jealous — or is he? Now if he can manage to keep her alive long enough to love him back, while he’s also trying to prove that he’s a male of value to his community, he may have a shot at this mate thing.

Rowan is a young woman plagued since birth with a power so strong it’s uncontrollable. Some would call it a gift — a gift? Hmpf, some gift… her entire family was ostracized from their kumpaniia because of this gift. Most of that kumpaniia struck down, their lives taken from them by this gift. Her own family unable to settle, forced to leave their beloved Romania, constantly moving from one place to another in order to evade those that still hunt her — because of this gift. It’s not a gift, it’s a curse; it’s evil, and it draws evil to her. One day it will end with the destruction of all she would have loved if she’d had the chance. She keeps that part of her locked down tight, refusing to allow the magics that seep from her very pores out into the world. She can’t let anyone in, can’t allow anyone to get close. Not even the oh-so-sexy Gargoyle who fixates on her and declares that she’s his. He just doesn’t understand that it’s not her he’s drawn to, it’s the evil that lives inside her. She’ll have to run far and fast to keep those hunting her from finding her Goyle and the sanctuary he calls home. If giving her life for his is what she’s called on to do, she will, without a second thought. She loves him, even if he’s drawn to her under false pretenses.

About the author

I write Paranormal, SciFi and Fantasy Romance. Why, you may ask? Romance, because who doesn’t love a good romance, and the lack of reality in the story lines - because, well, normal is highly overrated. I’m 55, I have two kids, one 32 and one 12 (yes, God does have a sense of humor), one grandchild, one husband, and a menagerie of animals. Literally, too damn many things that eat wandering around our property. I love to cook, and I am a voracious reader, though since I started writing I don’t get as much time to read as I once did. I am a homebody and prefer my writing/reading time to a crowd. I have had stories and fictional characters wandering around in my head for as long as I can remember. I started letting them out into the real world and surprisingly, people have loved them. I am a Self-Published Author, and I like it that way because I can decide what and when to write. I am by no means a formal, polished, properly structured individual and neither are my stories. But people seem to love the easy emotion and passion that naturally flow from them. A bit of a warning though, there are some “triggers” in them that certain people should avoid. I’m a firm believer that you cannot have light without the dark. You cannot fully embrace the joy and elation that my people eventually find if you do not bear witness to their darkest hours as well. So please be sure to read the warnings supplied with each of the synopses about my books before you buy them. I've got three series published at this time, Avaleigh's Boys - PNR, Whispers From the Bayou - Fantasy PNR, Haven - a SciFi, and three more in process. I’m a bit sarcastic, scathing actually, and a smartass to boot, so if I offend you, it is most likely not intentional. But be prepared because it probably won’t be the last time. I’m always glad to hear from readers; those who have followed me from the beginning, and those who have just found my people. What a FABULOUS read!!! I love the whispers from the bayou series!!! It's magnificent!! Destroy is a arrogant,clever and sexy beastie and I love him so much!!! I'm so glad he got his happy ever after ,he was so lonely and Rowan the witch is perfect for him. The chemistry between them is electric and Rowan doesn't make it easy on this goyle!! Rowan has been on the run for most of her life because something that happened when she was a little girl. She hides the magic in her because she thinks it's evil but when her boss decides she will play the debt her father owns with her body,things get bad and it's destroy to the rescue . Getting to her just in time with ribbons tied to his horns,powder on his face and deep red lipstick on his lips!!Theirs also more of carnage my favorite gargoyle of all time and his carolena and their little girl lily is so adorable and very special too!! Can't wait to see her story down the line. And theirs also more of enthrall too!! And he just might have found his mate,my fingers are crossed for this sexy sweet vampire!! And theirs also more of the mad and dangerous lore,this ancient might scare most,but I have hope for him finding his mate before the madness grows worse. I don't know how many times I laughed and cried and put my fist in the air shouting with a hell ya,but I'm worn out!!! If you haven't read this series pick up Carnage his is the first book in this series,I promise you'll be hooked on a place were all sorts of paranormal creatures live and love! The heroine: Rowen - she is the indentured servant to Abraham, who was father to Carolena from Carnage. Abraham was never a good man but has become worse and now can’t keep himself away from Rowen.

The Hero: Destroy - he was seen as a very lonely gargoyle in Carnage who wanted to have a love like Carnage and Carolena. He had no friends until Carolena and was highly misunderstood, partly because he was a bit of a troublemaker and partly because he was so lonely. Though he has gotten better and often comes to their place to play with their daughter Lily.

The Story: Lore lets Destroy know that he found a woman for Destroy when he and Murder rescued Carolena from her father’s home before Lily was born. Soon after that he takes Destroy to Rowen when Abraham is attacking her and they save her and bring her to the Whispers community.

Though Rowan is not just a human like Carolena, she is a powerful witch and has been holding her magic deep down inside herself for so long that it is now leaking out of her. She is afraid of what she can do, since she has never been able to control her magic.

I am really liking this series so far. It is a very different world than many I have read about before. I like the fact that different supernatural creatures are living together in a community hidden deep in the Louisiana bayou. There are all different types from gargoyles, to vampires, to windigo and even water creatures. I also like that these books focus as much on the story as the romance

This one was also much funnier than Carnage. All the characters are so endearing in their own ways. I will definitely be reading more of this series. They are pretty quick reads at around 250 pages and very entertaining.

Destroy doesn’t have the best reputation in Whispers. The gargoyle is known to be selfish, shallow and arrogant; always rushing in without thinking. Destroy knows they're wrong, he’s a handsome and good male, worthy of their loyalty and respect. His problem isn’t selfishness, but loneliness. He longs to have a mate of his own to take care of. So, when he discovers Rowan's is his mate he is determined to show her exactly what a fantastic and handsome male he is.

I have been so excited for this book! When reading Carnage the first book in the Whispers of the Bayou series I feel in love with Destroy. He’s impulsive and arrogant, but demonstrated that despite this his heart was in the right place. All he needed was someone to guide and befriend him so he could show his protective and caring side.

In Destroy the lonely male finds his mate and finally gets a chance at the love he longs for. However, Rowan, a witch, is afraid of her powers and worries that the handsome gargoyle claiming her is just attracted to her magic. I loved watching Destroy trying to win over Rowan, much like Carnage it develops into a very sweet romance.

But, although I enjoyed, they do spend a lot of this book apart. Although this was necessary to move the story forward and for character development, it seemed they jumped from knowing on another for a few days, being apart for a while and then suddenly in love and living as a mated couple. However, they had an abundance of chemistry and the scenes between them were adorable, so it wasn’t such a big leap.

What I love about this series is that although the romance is the focus, there is also a good amount of time devoted to the other characters in Whispers. This sets up future romances and gives these books warmth as you get to know and love the residents of Whispers.

This was another great book in this series, perfect if you want a paranormal romance on the cute side. It has also set up the next book really well and I can’t wait to see the next romance unfurl!

Officially hooked

Not gonna lie. I started the first book thinking it was going to be a hard DNF, I did not think I would like it. Turns out, I loved it. Then I thought - maybe the second won't be as good. Yeah, it was.

First of all, I loved Destroy. His relationship with Lily, his tenacity, his sense of humor, such a great character. Rowan was such a strong character. Not one of those whiny females that just let life roll them over. They are perfect together. I am so intrigued by the rest of the characters in these books. I cannot wait for the next one. Really pleasantly surprised by this series this far.

For a book I didn't want to read, this was fun.

Though he redeemed himself in the previous book, I still didn't really have a thing for Destroy but this book totally had me rooting for him. He was just that awesome and caring and sweet and amazing and all those other adjectives you can think of.

Unfortunately, his lady Rowan wasn't my cuppa. You could see how devoted Destroy was to her but her "feelings" didn't really seem all that real to me. Could just be me though *shrugs*

I really want Murder's book. I'm glad Enthrall gets his HEA next.
They're all just such plain wonderful guys.

It took me a bit to decide whether to give this 2 or 3 stars. 2 stars seems more appropriate though considering I gave book 1 of this series 3 stars and I liked that a bit more.

Destroy is book 2 of the Whispers from the Bayou series. It is supposed to be about the Gargoyle named Destroy but the side characters got as much, if not more, page time than our main character. I love the other characters too but was really disappointed that it took away from Destroy and meant that we didn't get as much of a well formed story as we could have for him.

The writing style is a bit juvenile and underdeveloped and was grating at times. The "I, I, I, I, I," and "He, He, He, He" type story telling is a bit tiring.

He smiled. He really liked this new Destroy. He was a very capable male, a fun male, and a dependable one. He was proud to call Destroy friend. He made a short trip through his house, making sure all was in order. And to his surprise not only was it in order, but Destroy had cleaned his house for him. He walked outside again and into his yard. He glanced at the house across the way and smiled as he ghosted away to visit the first of his people and make sure all was well. He wanted to personally speak with each one before he returned to Philadelphia, so he only had a few hours to fit all the visits in, but he knew he could do it if he hurried.

There were also some unfinished things and random plot points that began but didn't continue. Perhaps the author means to pick them up and continue them in future books. Unfortunately they weren't left with a continuation, more just that they moved on. This is especially true with Lilly and her dragon and the dragon tree. The story is still fun though and I really love all of the characters.

My favorite thing about this series, besides the GARGOYLES (because seriously, Gargoyles are the best), was the names of the characters. Some of the characters are Destroy, Carnage, Murder, Lore, and Enthrall. That is so fun!!

I am curious to read Enthrall's story and that is what was set up in this book as the next story but I don't know that I will be in a big hurry to get to it. I will likely read it though because they are fun and amusing. Hopefully the author will continue to improve upon her writing style as each book comes.

I loved the first book, and I also really liked this one! The only thing I would like to talk about is the unlimited point of view. You can hear all of the characters thoughts and this is extremely annoying to me. I don’t feel like I have connected to any of the characters because we haven’t focused on any of them.Does that make sense? It doesn’t my hood. Anyways I would recommend these books but I don’t know if I’m gonna read the next one.

Destroy finally gets a human! I really liked Rowan and her magic. She was fascinating, tough, and always stood up for herself.

Destroy has really grown since his introduction in the first book. He has developed into a great character who is perfect for Rowan.

I can't wait for Enthralls book. Also, I want more goyle babies.

This book was amazing! It is the second book in the series and the characters we love from book one are present in this book, but you be lost if you didn't read the first one. Personally I would recommend reading book one because no one should deprive themselves of getting to know the characters better.
Destroy is considered a young gargoyle. Destroy is also considered, cowardly, selfish, annoying, arrogant, and a down right pain in the ass. Some of those might be true of our gargoyle, but I think you'll come to find out through this story that that Destroy may have been but misunderstood. Destroy, unlike some of the other residents of Whispers is lonely and he wants a mate. Destroy longs for what Carnage has with Lena even if he has to drive poor Lore more insane to get her.
Rowan hates to be called a witch, hates that her family was shunned because of her, hates that her family has constantly move because of her, hates what her father has become because of her, hates that she's evil. Rowan volunteered to work for Mr. Ashlar to pay off her father's debt, because she knows it's her fault that he the way he is. Rowan was there when the creatures rescued Miss Carolena, if only she didn't have evil inside her, maybe they would rescue her too.
Whispers is its own little community in the Louisiana swamp, it is for superstar and is protected by magic so is human won't go there. There are all sorts of creatures there, which is a lot of what I like about this series, it doesn't single out just one type. Destroy seems very immature in book one and maybe in the beginning of this one, but he grow emotionally and matures as you read this. There are many times as I was reading this that I couldn't contain my laughter. A time or two that brought tears to my eyes. This book was an emotional roller coaster for me, but I loved every bump and hill. I would highly recommend this to any PNR reader.

I didn't think that I would find another mystical creature to love as I do my different shifters, but I have. Gargoyles are such funny, sweet, sexy, alpha males. Destroy is not only handsome, but such a funny and protective sensitive one. He and Rowan had me laughing out loud at their arguments. They brought out the best in each other for sure. Then add in the others of Whispers and I didn't want the story to end. Carnage, Carlena, Enthrall and all the others made the story with their appearances. I have to say that sweet Lily stole a couple of scenes with her sweet self. I loved that she was happy to spend time with her daddy alone. My heart was happy when Rowan and Destroy found their love for each other. I was happy, sad , and mad all at the same time when I came to the end of the story. Whispers series is a wonderful storyline. I can't wait to see what the Louisiana Bayou has in story for us next.

I love this series. I so very much want the next book right now!!!

I love Destroy. I will admit in the first book I did not like him very much. If it wasn’t for Carolena actually being such a great person and talking to him no one would have known and he wouldn’t have been able to show what a great gargoyle he is.

I love how this is the 2nd book and I usually have something that I do not like about the main female character, they are usually to bitchy or whiny. But not in either of these books, they have strong moral compasses and compassion while having backbones.

What a fantastic sequel! There are so many interconnected micro- stories in this book, where the H shows his true self, deeply hidden in book 1, the h accepts her gifts and his love, and the characters from book 1 and embedded into this story too. It is a full on adventure, the romance is entwined into so much of the action and I just loved it. This is how to write a great book, so much passion and creativity.

Loved it as Much as the First

A small town deep in the bayous of Louisiana is home to a group of very special residents. Run by one Enthrall there seems to be an influx of new residents. Destroy is a pain in the behind, so many of the residents feel. Yet perhaps he is growing, maturing, with the help of Rowan. At least that is what Enthrall thinks.

I found the first in the series and was intrigued, then happy I read it. I'm ever so pleased to finally have this next story in the series. With the original characters still visible, the introduction of a few ones shows an enlargening tale. I am anxious for the next book.

This book was wonderful. Destroy has been waiting so long for a mate and now he has his chance. Rowan is working for Carolena’s father to pay off her father’s debt.

Their relationship is awesome. They bicker back and forth but fall more in love each time. Of course, Destroy is all in as soon as he finds out about her. Rowan is harder to convince. As a witch she is afraid that he is just drawn to her magic.

This story also sets it up for the next book in the series. It will feature Enthrall. I can’t wait.

Destroy and Lilly make my heart so happy! Rowen is a maid we meet in the first book. She is saved from one thing but then has to confront more demons. With Lore and everyone’s help things get gory.

Impressive storytelling!
The “Whispers From the Bayou” series is fascinating to me. It is replete with creatures beyond our understanding of reality. The author’s storytelling brings them vivid existence, full of passion, needing love just as we all do.
I love Destroy’s eager, what’s-not-to-like-about-me personality, his playfulness. It is a pleasure to see Rowan finally begin to use her abilities and move beyond devastating childhood trauma.
Destroy, trying to get back in Rowan’s good graces, makes me laugh! What a volatile relationship they have.
I enjoy seeing more of Carnage and Carolena, their lives thoroughly intertwined with Destroy and Rowan’s. Who can resist that irrepressible little imp, Lily! There are threats to face, situations that need ‘fixing,’ and a woman to convince - all wrapped up in an impressively told story.

First book was a bit rough but had promise. This book was not so much. No Improvement in style. The story was so meh. I didn’t like the OTP, all instalove with little growth. All the growth in the male lead (whom I loved in book 1) was all told not shown. I was hopeful for this series but I’m going to pass.

Adorable Destroy.

Oh my goodness what a complete turn about Destroy's character makes. In the first book he's portrayed as a bit of a shit stirrer to be honest, a childish, self centered ego manic who displayed psycho tendency's. I mean he'd stawk Carolena, watch her through the window, invite himself into the house she stayed in giving off some creeper vibes. Though towards the end of the first books we see that his friendship with Carolena changes him. Well in this one he's a completley changed male, caring, sweet and who loves kids especially Lily. The patience and devotion he had with her; I don't know about anyone else but seeing a man who loves kids and the way he interacts with them I would have been sold on him instantly! I would have jumped his bones grabbed onto his horns and said right to his face 'MINE' and gotton right to making some baby Gargoyles of our very own. He was adorably possesive, protective and jealous I just couldn't stand it and let's not forget how freaking HOT he was; big, tall, packed full of muscles with a chest to leave you speechless, gorgeous amber eyes, horns and wings too. Our leading lady a Romanian gypsy called Rowan was a sweet little thing that had a very low self esteem, thought the worst of herself and her gift because of a horrendous incident that took place when she was a child. Our two main characters paths cross when Destroy shows up at Carolena's father's house when she was being attacked by him. Rescued by Destroy he takes her to Whispers where he can keep her save and protected and take care of her while she recovered. While Rowan is getting to know Destroy Carolena receives a letter requesting that she return to Philadelphia to settle her late fathers estate and so Rowan leaves with Carolena and Enthrall. She only got to spend a week more or less with Destroy not nearly enough time to get to know someone. Even he states it that she'd not had any time to get to know him and I agree. In the first book Carolena spends so much time with Carnage that a bond of love was believable in this one it felt rushed having her realise she loved him when her life was in danger. She was so hesitant all throughout believing herself unworthy of him and not believing his true feelings for her that it seemed to me more of an infatuation/adoration/lust more than love or a Florence Nightingale effect of falling for your saviour. There were also so many points of view in this story I almost found myself getting lost. We had Destroy, Rowan, Carnage, Carolena, Rowan's father, Rowan's grandmother, the Windigo, Alexandru, Lore, Enthrall and Felicity it was just to much. Though it was nice having a catch up with Carolena and her family, I absolutely loved that. Their my favourite couple and adore them, so when Carnage states that he'd desperately love another baby I was thrilled and hope that takes place very soon. So many chapters were dedicated to others that Destroy and Rowan's love took a back seat in the story and wasn't allowed to bloom as it should have. Even though they share two heated kisses nothing much happens between them though the banter and constant bickering between them was very cute. Destroy was wonderfully romantic when he proclaimed his feelings for her as humans do, so swoon worthy. When it came time for their night of passion as usual something got in the way and all I had to say was 'damn Destroy just can't catch a break'! And when it does actually happen I was left felling a little disappointed, even though his claiming of her was intense and animalistic it was too short and over quickly. I mean it was her first time and he didn't prep her for long, then after they were done she asks him for more and the scene fades to black just when it was starting to get interesting. Considering how fast their first time went a little more passion between them after that long a wait would have been in order. The fact that were also told so much about Enthralls mate and that he's already interacted with her gives too much away, I think that there should be some suspence, keep us riveted to our seats leaving us wanting more. And with the information we have I can only imagine one way he could keep her with him and I hope I'm wrong as I like to be surprised with the outcomes in stories and not find them so predictable. I still enjoyed this tale non the less but found the first to have been so much better and this one lacking in some areas.

Whispers From the Bayou, Book 2. Can Whispers survive the consequences of a gargoyle and a witch?

Destroy…a strong, handsome, discerning, brilliant male…best of the best. Of that, he’s sure. But is he? If so, why then can’t he have the one thing he longs for? Carnage found his mate. Sandra Neeley has proven time and again her command of the paranormal. She makes the unbelievable believable. Whispers is a world unlike any other. In some ways, it mirrors the human world. There’s infinite diversity. Magic and the supernatural permeate the very air. But in this world, good and evil, light and dark, hatred, jealousy, all-consuming love, and joy exist side-by-side. I can’t begin to fathom how Ms. Neeley created this world. All I know is I love it. I’m captivated by it, to the point where the real world ceased to exist, so immersed in the magic that nothing else mattered. Gargoyles, witches, vampires, Ancients, merpeople, dragons…can they be real? Ms. Neeley makes you believe. Your mind tells you these are creatures of legend who can’t exist. Your heart tells something completely different. Ms. Neeley transforms them, makes you see who and what they truly are. It’s more proof of her incredible talent. Destroy is so full of himself. In many ways, he’s comical. But is this real or just a façade? Destroy is so much more than he appears. Rowan’s power terrifies her. She denies her very soul in a misguided attempt to protect others. Yet she too has unplumbed depths. These two have only the tiniest of connections. This story shouldn’t work. Yet the smallest sparks are fanned into flames that consume you entirely. Add the wealth of supporting characters, the beauty of the Louisiana bayou, the emotions Ms. Neeley evokes, and you have an enchanting treasure! Congratulations, Ms. Neeley! I adored this book! Destroy deserves so much more than five stars!

A final note. This is an ADULT book. It contains explicit language and sexual scenes. If you don't enjoy this genre, this may not be the book for you. There are book synopses and reviews available on Goodreads and all booksellers' websites. Use these resources. DON'T LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW WHEN YOU KNOW YOU WON'T ENJOY THE BOOK. It's not fair to the author. She works hard to provide a quality work product. If you know you'll object to a book's subject matter before you buy it, you're doing yourself and the author an extreme disservice.

Sandra R. Neeley is amazing, and delivers once again with Destroy, her newest installment in the Whispers From the Bayou series. Having read and loved Carnage, book 1 in the Whispers From the Bayou series, I was practically on tenterhooks waiting for Destroy to come out. And, now that I have had it in my greedy little hands and the chance to read it, I must say it was fantastic!

Rowan, has lived from place to place for the majority of her life. Never staying anywhere for very long, in fear that she and her family will be found and finally punished for her greatest mistake, made when she was a young, defenseless child. Having been born with immense magical power, she tries to deny its existence and live as a normal person, lest she make yet another disastrous and highly fatal mistake. But it is only a matter of time… Working as a servant for a businessman in order pay off her father’s gambling debt, Rowan lives in fear not only of the people chasing her family, but of her drunk and lascivious employer whose advances are becoming more and more aggressive as the days pass.

Destroy seems every bit the selfish, immature gargoyle only looking out for himself. But, as the saying “Love changes everything” goes, his life changes in every way when he finds out that the mysterious servant, Rowan, is in life-threatening danger. After saving Rowan from a brutal attack, Destroy brings her back to the hidden community of Whispers to take refuge (and hopefully stay with him forever). But she is so skittish! How can he convince Rowan that she is his mate and they were meant to be together?

Destroy could technically be read as a standalone, but I honestly recommend you read the Whispers From the Bayou series in order, to get the full picture and most enjoyment out of it. But really, it is fantastic in the first place. So, why would you not want to read all the books? Honestly, I highly recommend getting Destroy, as well as Carnage, book 1 in the Whispers From the Bayou series. I could not put either of the books down, and actually read them both in one sitting. Do not pass up this chance to venture into the magical and wondrous world that Sandra R. Neeley has so masterfully created. Hope you love these books as much as I do, and are now impatiently waiting for the next book in the series. *cough cough* Looking at you, Sandra.

This is one of the few times I'm going to be serious, well as much as possible anyway!
Destroy was a character I was intrigued with from Carnage, book one, he showed so much potential and you could just start to see the kind of Goyle he was, not the mask he showed everyone around him. He was kind of a, well best way I can say it, a Jackass.......yep he was alone so long he kind of forgot how he acts toward people is what he gets in return.
All he wants is a Mate, a woman of his own to make him feel whole. And some acknowledgement that he's a worthy Male. What happens when a lonely, slightly arrogant, very beautiful Goyle meets a human woman who refuses to admit she is more then a normal human?? Will Rowan be able to see the real him while Destroy tries to break down her walls and show her he can be all she needs?
The past these both carry with them brought a whole new depth to this world, the secrets they shared and the changes their meeting brings to Whispers is much needed!
And I can't help myself, I really, really think my brain will explode waiting to see what happens with a certain tree, I think it's a conspiracy to keep me waiting til the very last book!!!! And I'm more then happy to wait, I'll even try to be patient, well......I did say try!!!

Sadly I DNFed at page 110 as it really cute with all the characters with little Lilly I love carnage ,lore and enthral but distroy and rowen I didn’t feel a connection I thought the beginning but was brilliant and started well but then it was a lot of repetitive sentences and going over the same situation or event to different characters so I lost intrest in picking it up to read sadly which is a shame because I have book 1 - *6 great stars which is still on that shelf * but this one is not one I enjoyed would I read about enthral and ? , lore and Lilly -probably but I think I liked the dark aspect book 1gave I’d like slightly less overconfident heroine’s from the first day they arrive, as they have been dumped in a strange land surrounded by completely different cultures and people (some have wings&fangs) lot more men than women and the year back then women where not as outspoken nor did they stand up for them selfs by themselves in a mans world so I’d like to see funny ,dark, unique vulnerable,and maybe chilling for enthral well I can only hope x

Just perfect.

Destroy is the second book in Whispers From the Bayou series. And I am kind of speechless when it comes to telling you how much I enjoy the series, and how much I love the characters. Love the first book, and this one too. This one has more humor, but keeps on telling us about the same characters as before. Destroy and his lady love being the main focus, but barely so. As it is more as the story just keeps on flowing. Continuing to build up atmosphere for more to come. For me this is the perfect set up. Seemingly effortless and at the same time intense, joyous and thrilling journey of the characters, keeping me at the edge of my seat. As in the first book the storytelling is gripping and wondrous, the worldbuilding effortless and perfect. The story is a world of it´s own, delightfully engulfing with it´s luring mysteries. To add to it all, Loretta Rawlins is the perfect narrator for the story.
By now I have both the audio books and all the series on kindle. Is there any hope the rest of the series will become available on audio?

Wow! I love this series!

This is one of the greatest series EVER! It has depth and the characters come alive with every word. It allows you to get to personally know each and every one of these characters. They are beautifully woven and written. You become invested in them so much that finishing any of these stories is very sad to the reader because of the way this author writes her stories. I would recommend ANY AND ALL of her stories. If you have not found this author yet you are greatly missing out. She is a phenomenal writer and an author who cares how the reader feels about her characters. They will come alive, make you smile, laugh, cry and smile. Invest in this author she will not disappoint! Miss Neeley ......if you EVER need a reviewer I would like to offer my time..... please consider me...... thank you for writing such glorious stories and sharing them with me.

What an amazing book.
I have been looking forward to reading this book. Destroy is the second book of this series, Carnage is the first, they will steal your heart.

Sandra R Neeley has given a new meaning to the word gargoyle. She brings the creatures of the Bayou to life.
I laughed, giggled, was surprised and at times angry.
Destroy is a sweet, loving, caring possessive creature that has to proof he is a worthy male among his people. He has been lonley and unloved for so long, he can't wait to find his mate. Then along comes Rowan, his Mate.
