Way too short so it seems like a silly premise.

I loved this book couldn't put it down. Anna Thompson and her two best friends Olivia Newman and Grace are tired of their boring lives so they decide to go to on a vacation to the Caribbean and get wild. On the first day there they meet Evan Covinton and Olivia and Grace drool over him, but Evan only has eyes for Anna. When Anna starts drinking too much by herself Evan shows up and takes her to the side where no one can here and tells her that he has to get marry soon. When Anna wakes up the next morning she sees signed paper and makes an excuse to leave, but when she gets to her room she tells the girls that they have to leave now. Two weeks later on her way to her office she bumps into someone and when she hears his voice she is shocked.

When Anna decided she needed a change after a breakup, she talked her two best friends into a get away. As soon as they got to the resort they ran into hotter than hades Evan Covington. Both Grace and Olivia would gladly be his play thing for a night but he only had eyes for Anna. Too bad she decided she couldn't handle the attraction and blows him off. Only to discover when Evan wants something, he stops at nothing to get it. I loved how Evan was so patient with her even after she continued to run away every time they got close. This was a quick feel good story that leaves you with hope that good people really do get what they deserve sometimes.

Excellent.

Brilliant book. Loved the storyline and the connection between all the characters.
Adored Anna and Evan. So happy they eventually made their marriage known to all their family and friends. I know Evan went about it the wrong way initially but so glad he got it right eventually and not give up.
Have absolutely loved this series. Every single book has been a blast. Well done to each of the authors involved.

I knew this story was short when I bought it, but since I normally love Melody Anne's work, I took the chance. It didn't win me over. I really liked all the characters and the writing was fine, but things were kept too shallow with the mains. There wasn't any real tension and the resolution at the end was like a shoulder shrug. I wanted more emotion. I'm going to do my own shoulder shrug and say this was just not for me.

Second Chances

A truly lovely Cinderella story. So exciting, fun, life changing, for Anna and her friends, to make a trip to do something for themselves😍. Evan, runs into the girls, funny things happen, Anna, is such a funny, yet serious, young woman, with such history, but an amazing story for them to have forever💖. Loved it.

I liked this short and sweet story but IMO it really was too short to do the storyline justice. This should have been a book to allow the reader to love the storyline and characters and truly be able to engage with them. This has the potential to be so much more. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.

Love at first sight?

I know this was part of a series, so it was short. I liked it. Evan and Anna were perfect for each other. Funny, Anna never had family, but growing up in foster care she made good for herself. She was an accountant and boring. Decides to be bold and meets meets a very wealthy Evan, she was so afraid she ran. But he found her. Nice feel good story. 4.5 ⭐️

I really enjoyed this very short and sweetly adorable story. How would you like to go on a vacation and wind up with someone you only met for a couple of days? Well that is what happened to Anna. Evan saw Anna and knew that he needed her. Now he just had to convince her. He always gets what he wants. But he might have a surprise with Anna.

Anna and Evan 's story is truly short but sweet! Evan saw what he wanted and did what any rich alpha would do... He got his girl any way he could. I highly recommend this story! You won't be disappointed.

Loved It

I think it is time for a vacation. Hmmm, what besties would I take. Shoot, I may just have to fly solo and see what. comes of it. I truly enjoyed the chase and honesty of Evan in his pursuit of Anna. She didn't have a chance because he already stole her heart.

Disappointing

A bit disappointed with this one. Not because of the writing or story. The story has incredible potential. Problem is this book is just too short. Just as in really getting to know Anna and Evan it's over. The end.

Short and Sweet

Wow what a proposal and prenup. But the heart wants what it wants what can you do. Evan and Anna story wasn’t easygoing she made it hard for them both love this book it an excellent read.

Enjoyable.

This was a fun and sexy novella. Anna sure did try resisting Evan. Loved their chemistry. But can they make a real relationship considering he needs to be married quickly. It’s a very heartwarming ending, loved how his Mother was towards her too.

Love At First Sught

Melody Anne sweeps you into Anna and Evans meeting, and you can't help but follow along as they work their way to an HEA. I have so enjoyed each of the books in the Left At The Alter Series, but this is one of my favs. A must read.
