These are lovely children's books about a little fire-spouting dragon named Coconut and his friends (porcupine girl and a carnivorous dragon) who go on all sorts of adventures. This is the second one I've read to my son. I'm not sure if they've been translated into English yet.

An added bonus is that the author is from the city we live in and actually lives on our street! Unfortunately, we've never (consciously) seen him.

I actually really liked this one. The structure is of a wild chase and the the characters benefit from the different situations. I liked the conclusion as well
