Finding Family is the 4th book in the Salty Key Inn series. As usual this book does not disappoint. The disappointing part is that there isn't more in the series. I have enjoyed reading this series, as I found a part of me in each of these women. Sheena a strong wife and mother that takes care of everyone. Darcy a smart sassy woman always choosing the wrong men. Reagan beautiful but totally insecure about her looks and her brains. This series shows the evolution of all 3 women and how they grow and find not only love but happiness in their immediate family, as well as their ever growing adopted family. Never have I read a book that touches so many parts of myself and others around me. Judith Keim is truly a talented insightful writer, producing books that one can just not put down. For a truly page turning read check out the Salty Key in series or any of her other books as well.

Rather disappointed in this series. It took 4 books to tell a story that could have realistically been told in 2 or maybe 3. The first book sets out the premise and mostly focuses on the sisters working to get the hotel up and running to meet the goal. It also focuses on the oldest sister. The second continues the story and focuses more on the middle sister and her romance. The third continues and focuses on the youngest. Even after 3 books I still didn't know if they had met the goal and would inherit this hotel from their deceased uncle. This was almost watching a soap opera in that it took a lot of pages to say basically nothing. The actual story of the sisters and their struggles was good but drawn out way too long and by the time I was halfway through the 4th book I felt like I just wanted it to be over already.

I received an ARC to write an honest review. This is the final book in the Salty Key series and it was fabulous. As the year is almost up in the Sullivan sisters challenge that their Uncle Gavin gave them after he passed away, to take his rundown inn and make it profitable in one year, they would inherit his estate. I don't want to spoil it for you by telling you if they succeed or not because reading up to finding out is so enjoyable.
The sisters have worked together fixing up the inn, they had a very tight budget but by utilizing each of the sisters' strengths, they can make it. This was the book that is to tie up loose ends but she didn't hurry the book. Judith allowed us to follow their journey to the end. Showing us their ups and downs, their happiness and their disappointments, adding romance and watching them grow and change.
The book is about life, challenges, not giving up and what it takes to succeed. I thought I would be sad to see the series come to an end but I wasn't. It was like life, you carry on for them and I felt like I needed to put more effort into my life, challenge myself, and watch myself grow and change.
This is a book I highly recommend. There is so much negativity in the world today, that this was a refreshing book. Bringing the heart and soul of the family to us. If you haven't read the other 3 books, I think you will enjoy them all and get so much out of them. I know I did.

Avranno rispettato tutti i requisiti richiesti dallo zio?

Finding Family is the fourth and final book in the Salty Key Inn series, written by author Judith Keim. Each book can be read as a stand-alone, however, I strongly recommend reading the previous books in the series.

Book 1 Finding Me
Book 2 Finding My Way
Book 3 Finding Love

Sheena, Darcy and Regan are in the midst of a competition put forth by their Uncle Gavin in his will. Their objective is to turn his rundown hotel, the Salty Key Inn, into one that will turn a profit, and they have been given a strict budget and one year to do it. If the sisters are successful, they will each earn a large share in their uncle's vast estate.

This story begins with the completion of Gavin's, the new restaurant at the Salty Key Inn. If the restaurant brings in the revenue they are hoping it will, then the terms of their uncle's will can be met. It's been a long year, and they are looking forward to moving on with their lives. Sheena has plans to stay on at the hotel and oversee the daily operations. Darcy wants to focus on writing her book, and Regan is looking forward to starting her interior design business. One thing none of them realize is that their uncle had other plans for them. He could have simply divided up his estate upon his death, but instead, he chose the year long competition. It really had nothing to do with his estate, but everything to do with the hopes that the three sisters would realize that finding family is the only thing that matters in the end.

I have to admit that this was my favorite book of the Salty Key Inn series. The author brilliantly weaves together these characters throughout the series, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of each sister, with their sole purpose of reaching a common goal. This is a story true to life, showing triumphs and disappointments, friendship and love...and the common bond of family that we all experience in our daily lives. The one thing I truly loved about this entire series is that the author took the time to tell the story of their journey... the story was never rushed at any point just to tie off loose ends. Finding Family is the perfect title for the final book in the series, and it clearly shows Uncle Gavin's true intentions...finding family and never letting anyone or anything break that bond.

I would like to thank BookBuzz/Wild Quail Publishing and NetGalley for allowing me the opportunity to read and review this book. My views are my own, and are in no way influenced by anyone else.

It was lovely to catch up with the Sullivan sisters again in book 4 of the Salty Key Inn series to see if the sister completed their uncle’s challenge. Can Sheena Morelli and her sisters Regan and Darcy finish transforming the rundown Inn into a profitable and successful business in just one year? Well in this book we will find the answers to that one and many more questions from the first three books. I really enjoy this sweet story about the sisters and their family as the characters where very endearing and the story was told in such a way you almost felt like you were staying in their lovely Inn. I have reviewed an Advance Reader Copy in exchange for my unbiased and voluntary review of this book that I would recommend to anyone to read. This book is all about family as the title says; will Gavin’s dream for the sisters be the ultimate challenge to bring this family together again?

Will the girl dreams come true; will Sheena getting to run the Inn while the other two follow their dreams outside of the business if they win the challenge? Darcy wants to write her first novel and get it published and Regan wants to continue doing interior decorating with Mo as she has finally found her passion in life. But as we all know in real life dreams sometimes have to take a back seat to what life throws at us on the road to happiness.

Sheena Sullivan Morelli and her sisters, Darcy and Regan, work to complete their Uncle
Gavin’s challenge of turning his rundown hotel into a profitable operation within one year. Winning means earning a share in their uncle’s sizable estate. More than that, it determines how they’ll spend the rest of their lives. Sheena wants to stay on at the hotel, overseeing the hotel operation. But Darcy and Regan want to move on with their lives—Darcy writing a novel and Regan going into the interior decorating business with Mo. But life has other plans for them. And in the end, all three realize that the only thing that really matters is finding—and keeping—family.

This was a very good read. I liked all the characters nd getting to know them. This is the 4th book in a series but it felt like a standalone and you learned enough about their backstory as this book went on. Family relationships are tested but in the end they are there for each other.

I received the for an honest review from NetGalley.

Sisters Sheena, Darcy, and Regan have been working hard to complete their uncle’s challenge to turn a rundown hotel in Florida into a profitable operation within a year to meet the terms of his will. This being the fourth book in the series, the ultimate question will finally be answered as to whether they have completed the challenge that their uncle has put forth.

What I enjoyed most about this book and the rest in the series is that it takes a look at three very different sisters of varying ages and allows the reader to see them grow and find confidence in their individual abilities, see them work together as business partners, and see them bond as sisters and confidants which they didn’t truly have before.

If you are looking for a book that is inspirational, uplifting, imaginative, has lots of romance and turmoil, and shows the depths of family relationships, then you definitely will want to add this book to your collection.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Finding Family is the 4th and final book in the Salty Key Series. I have loved them all. Three sisters Sheena, Darcy, and Regan have been working hard to complete a challenge to turn a rundown hotel in Florida into a profit within a year. These are the terms made in their deceased uncle’s will. They had to work together to make this happen. Each sister has her own unique talent that works to the advantage of making this happen but they won’t know until the end if they were successful or not. A lot is riding on this as they borrowed to add a restaurant. The book is filled with so much action and romance. It shows how the sisters have come together in business as well as in just being a family who cares and would do anything to see the others happy. I received an advance copy of this book for my honest review.

Sheena and her two sisters Darcy and Regan have got a wonderful legacy. The chance to upgrade and improve their uncle's hotel. He has left them the legacy with provisos. They have to satisfy the auditors within a limited time frame that they are capable, far thinking and above all not selfish to grab all the money for themselves.

Each one is also facing personal hurdles of different kinds and they all seem to be coming to a head at the same time. Balancing their personal goals and their professional goals is going to take all their skills. They have been handed over a gold mine and it is upto them to nurture and take care of it.

This story of three sisters coming together, working together with a common goal with the beautiful setting of Florida and the Salty Key Inn as the background was a very interesting summerish type of read

Finding Family (Salty Key Inn #4). I wanted to like this book more than I actually did. The premise was interesting and I like a good beach read. But, this one fell short for me in a few ways. The 3 sisters have a good relationship with each other and the thought of running an inn in Florida would be a good thing! However, their relationships with their significant others left me feeling that they were spoiled little girls. I found myself continuously wanting to just go to the last chapter and getting it over with! I guess I'm not used to books just being a story, no mystery to solve, etc. If you like books with just over the top perfect life scenarios this is the book for you! I have no interest in what happens to any of these characters in other books.

I received an Advanced Reader Copy of this book. I have read the previous three books where the characters were developed and this book continued with the year long challenge that the Sullivan Sisters started in Book 1. I love the characters in this book and their development. Judith Keim has a great writing style where you feel you are part of the story by her descriptive writing and you can imagine being at the Salty Key Inn. I would highly recommend this book along with the series. I feel with the way Book 4 ended, we could have more stories revolving around the Salty Key Inn, as there are many characters I would love to learn more about.

As an advanced reader for Judith Keim I was able to read Finding Family, the 4th Book in the Salty Key Inn series. Once again, Ms. Keim brings family together with her ability to identify different personalities among all the family members. You are in for a surprise when it comes to Sheena and I can’t wait for you all to read it. Finally in this book we find out if they won Gavin’s challenge… You will have to read it to figure if they won or not. In this 4th book I was very pleased with how all the characters have found their “it” in life. This is a must read.

I looked forward to this 4th book in the Salty Key series - and I wasn’t disappointed. Sisters, Sheena, Darcy and Regan are in the home stretch of remodeling their Uncle Gavin’s hotel in order to inherit his estate.
Gavin’s challenge has been just that...a challenge not only from the restoration aspect, but also from the re-building of the sister’s relationship.
Judith Keim has written a great series of family disconnect, challenges, romance and ultimately the ability to once again become a family. A must read series. I received an ARC of this book for my honest review.

This book works well as a stand alone. I enjoyed it so much I can hardly wait to read the first three. These sisters have lived together and struggled to complete their uncle Gavin's challenge. The hotel is about to become profitable, but what will happen once the challenge is complete? Do the girl's inherit their uncle's estate? Will Darcy write a novel and Regan be an interior decorator? Lots of surprises in this wonderful tale about the importance of family - and what that family may look like. I highly recommend this book.

So enjoyed spending more time with the Sullivan sisters! These kind, smart women all have different gifts and are tackling new challenges, whether it’s reviving a hotel that’s seen better days, embarking on a new marriage or gracefully coming to terms with a change of plans when looking forward to an empty nest. I genuinely like our heroines, caring women who are growing, finding joy, and strengthened by the men they love and their families. Finding Family is another lovely and heartwarming read by author Judy Keim!

This book was the best of the Salty Key Series. As this series has developed Judy Keim has become a stronger writer and her characters stronger and more developed. There are a lot of family crisis', challenges and surprises in this book (a couple I did not see coming). The Sullivan sisters have almost reached the goals that their Uncle Gavin set for them. I feel fortunate and honored to be able to read advance copies of this series for my unbiased review. I am impatiently awaiting for Salty Key 5.

Families Always have Plenty of Love to go Around as the Family Grows
This story is the 4th installment of the Salty Key Inn series. I had read the first episode, but missed the next two. Although I was missing 2 books worth of background, this book had just enough information to make the story complete. The plot is good, the characters are rich. The story seems plausible and fantastic at the same time. As loose ends are tied up, the story could expand into new generations of interest. It is a very satisfying tale. I received this ARC book for free and this is my honest review.

Last of a four book series. All four of the books were extremely good. Easy reading. And a perfect ending. Story of three sisters who have to meet a challenge to inherit their uncles estate. They have to fix up a broken down hotel on the Gulf Coast of Florida and they have to live there together for a year and make it profitable in order to inherit. Totally enjoyed it and would recommend it highly.

Book 4 of the Salty Key Inn series, the three Sullivan Sisters are nearing the finish line. Have they fulfilled Uncle Gavins requirements? So much going on besides the hotel, Darcy and Regan both have ideas of other careers, Sheena wants to run the hotel...will they win the challenge ? No spoilers from me but they do find family and I think that was the most important thing they learned during the challenge. Great series, hope you enjoy as much as I did.

This was a wonderful series of books! I like when each novel concentrates on one character but still continues the storylines of the other books in the series. I especially loved how the will of the late uncle encouraged the reunification of his nieces but also started the healing process of his own brother, Patrick. Wonderful series, courageous female characters and supportive male characters. Thank you, Judith for another wonderful get away through words ♥️

A nice end to a wonderful beach read series. As always, Ms Keim weaves a sweet but engaging story amongst real and textured characters. I must say this last book appeared more "thrown together" to finish off the series. The editing was wanting in several places and the storylines were tied up but not fleshed out as they usually are but I don't think this substantially affected the story... Except to bring it to an end sooner rather than later. A great casual read

Loved This Series!

I really loved this series. The characters were like all of us...flawed but lovable! Descriptions of everything were so detailed that I could clearly picture the hotel property in my mind! The one negative was the use of the word "Gawd". I lived in MA for the first 50 years of my life and never heard God pronounced "Gawd". It really grated on my nerves! Other than that great series!

This is part four of a series, and the only title I've read by the author. The characters were depicted in such a way I'd like to go back and read the other installments of the series. Family dynamics are addressed within a well-crafted, enjoyable story.

This is the 1st book I've read written by Judith Keim; she has done a great job at writing a good book. I can’t wait to read more of her books.
