A good book with helpful tips about crystals, herbs/plants and different rituals to push past negative moods. It wasn’t my favorite, but it was definitely useful if that if the kind of inspiration you are looking for to amplify your mood!
-I would not recommend this book to someone who is new at using crystals, herbs, etc. There is not enough safety info on oils and herbs. -CROSS REFERENCE. Author doesn't totally explain why some items are associated with certain moods. For example, I associate carnelian with energy, confidence, and creativity. I thought it was strange it was in the tranquility section. The author doesn't explain that because this crystal is associated with confidence, it can help ease your mind. -The tables in the book are FANTASTIC -I would recommend this to someone who wants a source where they can quick reference oil blends and rituals but this book is not superior to other books with recipes and rituals
