My one-night-stand wants me to pose as his queen. He’s insufferable. Cocky. And hotter than sin itself. I’ll say yes—to get my family out of debt. Then I’m gone. But I’m pregnant with two heirs to the throne. And this king-size lie is starting to feel real.
Owen: I never wanted to be king—and I never planned on having a wife. But my big brother abdicated, and this playboy prince is stuck with the job. There are a thousand airbrushed duchesses knocking on my door, But I’ve got a different kind of woman in mind. Norah’s wild, loud-mouthed, and American. Everything about her turns me on. It's a marriage of convenience. A fake wife for a real king. That’s what I told her. She says she hates me, but her body tells a different story when I get her behind closed doors. With each taste of her luscious lips, each sassy turn of her hips, I want her even more. Not just for now. Forever. When a man shows up at my coronation, telling me he owns her— He’s going to be sorry he ever stepped foot in my kingdom. Norah is my queen. And I’ll be d@mned if I let anyone else get their hands on her.
I’ll sacrifice everything to protect her, even if she is the most royal pain I’ve ever met.
Lexi Whitlow is a small-town girl with big dreams. She spent her early years growing up between Virginia and North Carolina, playing in the dark rich dirt of Eastern North Carolina at her granddaddy's farm. She's a Southern as can be, and she spends her days chasing her five-year-old and her puggle (that's a pug-beagle hybrid, folks) and writing her ass off.
She holds a master's degree in English literature, and her mom is so proud she's "using her degree."
Lexi harbors a not-so-secret love for bad boys. She loves fighters, tough-as-nails cowboys, bikers, and criminals. Her husband is a scientist... but he has the heart of a bad boy for sure. She spends what little free time she has crocheting, painting, and going on long walks with her family.
King Size is another great book by Lexi Whitlow. It was a fast paced, beautiful and a little emotional read with some drama. I enjoyed it a lot. I liked how they met, reunited and the twists and turns. I loved the author’s writing in this book; her writing has improved the last few books.
Norah is traveling around Europe. One night, she meets Owen. Norah and Owen have a passionate night together that they won’t forget soon. The next morning, they hope to spend some more time together, but Owen needs to leave. Owen is Prince of Anglesey, an European country, and his country needs him. Norah doesn’t know that Owen is a prince. Anglesey is a country Norah had planned on visiting and she’s shocked when she discovers that Owen is a Prince. Owen needs Norah’s help. Norah doesn’t want to help, but she eventually will. They will have a fake engagement that soon becomes a real one.
I really liked Norah and Owen. Norah is genuine, passionate, kindhearted, sweet and strong. She loves a good adventure. Traveling around Europe and fake dating a Prince are definitely adventures. Norah was hesitant to accept Owen’s proposal. She didn’t love him, but she wanted to give him another chance and the money is amazing. In the end, Norah is so happy that she give Owen a chance and with the family she has created with him. Being in Anglesey and dating a future King went maybe a little too easily for Norah, in my opinion.
Owen is friendly, rich and determined. He loves Anglesey, but he never planned on becoming King of his country. His older brother should have been King, but he started acting really crazy. Owen wants to do a good job as King and he wants to change the country a little bit. He listens to the people. Owen was attracted to Norah from the moment he first saw her. He has found the perfect Queen in Norah. Owen and Norah are a beautiful, royal couple.
-- My honest review is based on an advanced reader copy of this book. --
"Men are fragile creatures. We walk the Earth trying to convince ourselves and others that we’re alpha beasts, but we’re just frightened creatures beating our chests, howling at the moon. When a woman like Norah comes into our world, we’re humbled, and heated, and determined to somehow catch her attention long enough to make an impression. And sometimes we do."
Well I was pleasantly surprised at how good this book was. This is my first book by Lexi Whitlow but, won't be my last.
Norah is an artist traveling Europe and taking the time to enjoy life. With a chance to have one night with a handsome man she meets on an online app, she indulges and regrets it as he flees out of her flat like he had fire on his heels.
Owen is a royal prince, he will not be King but he is tired of the restraints put upon him. Deciding to join a dating app for a night of fun, he meets Norah. He doesn't want to leave her which is not the norm, but when his older brother looks like he has gone full on cuckoo, he is called back to claim the thrown. He needs a wife though and when fate has Norah crossing paths with him again, he knows she is the one for him. He is not prepared for Norah's temper but he knows he has made the right choice, now he has to convince Norah.
This was just what I was hoping for. Chemistry off the charts, entertaining banter, and a few surprises along the way. Checking out the rest of the books from this author.
I enjoyed this book as a royal romance. Owen is a soon to be King and is Paris wanting to just find a woman that doesn't know who he is. So he tries a new app and finds a beautiful artist.
I really like Norah. She is a strong independent artist that takes care of herself. So she doesn't need a man to take care of her let alone a prince. So she will help Owen but she doesn't NEED him. That is what I love about this book. They might not be equal in status but they are equal in human emotion.
I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy for my honest review.
Surprisingly good read. Just enough conflict and suspense/angst, romance, and sweetness. Interested in seeing more from this author. Additionally, I was THRILLED that there weren’t other full books with this book. Couple of decent snippets.
King Size: A Royal Bad Boy Romance By:Lexi Whitlow When Lies Grow Into Truth!! Ever heard the saying that the "tale" grows taller on down the line... Well, for this duo it's certainly true because it started with just one lie, or omission of details, but it quickly snowballs into a deluge. Soon, it's not just everyone else they've convinced, but themselves too, as they get caught in their own deception & fool their feelings into believing the hype. Can something lasting come from a "King Size" lie?! Can they come clean with each other about their feelings?! Will a persistent echo from the past ruin everything... including a Nation's most precious treasures?! I happily received an ARC of Lexi Whitlow's "King Size: A Royal Bad Boy Romance" via Booksprout. This is my 1st time reading any of Lexi's work, & I enjoyed reading her book immensely. I can happily recommend this book to others. All opinions expressed within this review are uniquely my own & freely given! Until next time... Happy Reading!
Meh.2.5⭐ It wasn't terrible. I didn't care for some of the authors views on politics. I liked how she wanted the h. To be an equal to the kind (feminism) but sometimes the way she did that was to make the H seem less capable, which I did not like. For example, in the end the H is like "I could never make a decision without u" that in itself isn't so bad but the context behind it is that she is way smarter than him and that he would do a bad job... idk I really just didn't care for that. Another thing that really bothered me was the H lack of knowledge. Like the h explained income tax to him?!?! Am I supposed to believe that these princes were raised without having studied foreign governments?? Also, the h. Went to art school, why does she know more about politics than a prince?? So she has all this political history/in sight from high school or just because she's an American? It's just dumb. Aside from that. The plot just falls short. It's a bit boring. There is a few sex scenes but not many and they are detailed but nothing exciting. 2/5.
****spoiler****
***biggest spoiler*** What I liked the most was the big brother. I wish the author would have made the characters be nicer to him. He was my favorite. I enjoyed that the mother and oldest son worked together to give the H the crown.

Owen and Norah are royally in love and they are finding a way to navigate the perils of Royalty and Commoners. Norah is on a extended vacation exploring Europe to find some zeal for life. One passion filled night with a charming sexy stranger leaves her yearning but alas he's disappeared and she must be moving on to her next adventure. She never for one moment imagined that the handsome stranger would reappear or that he would have such a lofty life surrounding him. Owen has always been relegated to the life of the spare. While he has all of the pomp and circumstance still surrounding him he often is looked on as an afterthought. One incredible night with Norah, posing as a common man, leaves him yearning for more. When fate throws them back together it couldn't be more fortuitous. The crown of Cymrea is in need of him, when his brother seems to have flipped his lid. He needs a woman at his side to fulfill antiquated laws and who better than the diverting Norah. But bringing in a commoner to be his betrothed may not be as easy as making a royal edict. There are traditions to uphold, people to please, and threats to combat.

A one night stand can lead to love or not? Owen and Norah were good together. I really enjoyed the interactions of all the characters in this book. A great story line and relate able characters kept me reading to the last page.

Being bored at the art gallery where everyone was thin plastic faces with big lips. Owen was so bored he left and check on an app that has hook ups. Norah runs into the man who left her in the morning as fast as he could. She still does not know that his not Collin but Owen the Crown Prince. Collin (the prince) goes to her friends house as they were all sitting around and was brought in by their butler. Sinead an her husband. are the Earl are kneeling behind Norah. Norah couldn’t at first figure that out why they were kneeling and then it comes out who is really was now she is almost going ballistic. Owen tells her he would like to show her where he lives and talk about a business proposition. He explains most of what is going on after they were caught in stage position so the paparazzi would see them. Norah goes to a store with Duncan her bodyguard when the press comes in and starts asking her question until Duncan steps in and takes charge. When Norah comes back she was really pissed and confronted Owen. Owen and Norah go through some difficult times like they had to be cautious when they would go beyond the palace. Meanwhile her ex friend Eric helps her get a credit card and linked it to her saving, when she goes to use it therefore was no money in the account. Meanwhile Eric goes to Anglesey to find Norah in his mind she belonged to him though they were never together just friends. The first attempt he is escorted out and told to leave the country so he did. But Eric is back though under another name and brazen enough to take a tour of the palace and meets Owen’s mother. He keeps texting Norah with threats to her telling her he could kill her anytime. Twists, turns, love and attempted murder makes this a page turner. Excellent Read
I saw this on a Facebook kindle book ad, and it sounded entertaining and a nice break from what I've been reading recently, so I picked it up and read through it in an evening. It was fun, though uneven in some parts, as noted below.
Loved the worldbuilding, especially the work put in discussing the country's current economic situation and how the new ruler would like to improve it. This wasn't done preachily or as an infodump, it was very natural and I really liked the attention to detail that made this feel like a real place.
Characterization was really spotty. The main two characters were pretty well done, but the rest were really uneven. The main bad guy was particularly badly done - he had no real motive, and went from zero to "I want to wear your skin" with pretty much no reason. Now, that's not to say there aren't crazy vindictive men out there (especially in America), and many of his actions were chillingly real and plausible, but for a story I want to see more of a motivation or at least an explanation (he had a secret room about the heroine, I don't know, something). It made the threat from his direction seem cartoonish as well as horrifyingly real, which isn't a great combo. I'm also iffy on the character of the male lead's brother, as there was ZERO motivation or explanation for what he did, and frankly the story would've been better if he'd died and left the hero the heir than what was done instead. Loved the hero's mother and her interactions, although I am surprised she was so gentle on the commoner heroine.
Definitely a hefty dose of crazysauce, but hey that's what was on the tin so I'm not complaining. I could've done with more luxury porn, given that we have a honest to god king on our hands. The sex scenes were present and okay, not terribly explicit, and the first one was the best and was definitely creative. I wonder if the first one-night-stand is where the story started, as a short story, and then it developed from there?
I'm going to round up to 4 stars because I enjoyed the hell out of this. I might look up more books by the author, and I hope she improves because she's got a great start and just needs to work on better integration of disparate elements to really become excellent.
This is one very unique and genuine story about Norah and Owen! Norah is an artist in Paris and meets Owen at one of her shows and he is taken with her and the way she carries herself, out going and care free! They spend one incredible night together that ends the next morning a bit to quickly. Owen has hidden his real identity and is forced to leave without an explanation. Shortly after that Norah receives some shocking news from her parents that they lost all their money due to bad investments with a family friend who was to protect them ends up stealing their life savings. Norah has been fending off sexual advances from a childhood friend who believes they belong together and she ends up needing his help to get to access to her money back home. With the funds she can continue traveling. Norah ends up at a friends house and they all get invited to a royal party. Norah does not care for all the fuss but enjoys her night out. They girls end up on a yatch with the royals for another party and Norah ends up sitting in the quite reading. Owen’s guard has a full background check done on her and let’s Owen know she is there and they end up seeing each other again. Norah does not care he is the Prince and gives it to him for they way he left her! I love her feisty ways of dealing with Owen. The sparks between seem to pick up where they left off in Paris and once Owen explains everything to Norah, she accepts his explanation. Owen is in a situation where he wants to protect his family’s claim on the crown and also be with Norah so he comes up with a plan to make Norah his fake fiancé and he’ll pay her for her time. This is one special relationship that grows as each chapter is read! They have a wonderful relationship one day and the next Norah is ready to give to Owen! How will Owen keep Norah safe from the threat from her past? Can Owen become king or will other threats take it away? Can Owen and his mom protect his older brother the true heir safe from himself? This is one heartfelt story that you will not want to stop reading until the end! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Owen is a Prince but he is only the 'Spare' as his older brother is the Heir apparent. Owen is a playboy prince with only one night stands - nothing ever serious and no relationships at all. But then he uses an APP and finds Norah who is an artist but unlike any he has met before. Their one night stand is amazing and beyond anything that either had anticipated. But he has duties and she gets bad news from home. So they don't expect to see each other again. but fate has it's own agenda and they do meet at a party on a yacht. These two are not serious, they both enjoy life and have fun whilst also indulging in the passion between them that is off the charts. There comes a situation where Owen wants more time with her and she needs to help her family so he proposes the perfect solution - she become his fake fiancée. There is a deranged ex to contend with and royal duties as well as their feelings for each other which they haven't declared as yet. As the story progresses you can see how their feelings are developing and when Norah's life is in jeopardy, Owen knows that he can't live with out so he must save her. Lexi Whitlow has given us a real treat of a suspenseful, romantics story with a few twists that are so well written that my imagination was captured at the beginning and I was kept engrossed within the story right to the end. I have read most of Lexi's stories and this has got to be amongst her best. With great characters [loved Owen and Norah and I did not like Eric at all] and a terrific storyline to make a fantastic entertaining read. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. But I purchased my own copy and am about to start reading the bonus story Rancher's Second Chance having read the deleted scene already.
This has most of the makings of the traditional Cinderella story, if only Cinderella had agency.
We have a prince, traveling incognito (handsome, of course). We have a poor artist (beautiful, needless to say). There's a Sisty Ugler (her stalker/ex). We even have a fairy godmother (in fact, I think it safe to say we have two - the prince’s bodyguard AND the prince's mother.
Nora, our heroine, and Owen, our hero, meet in Paris when both of them decide to try out a hook-up app for the first time, at the same time.
Nora is doing a sort of performance art thing with paint at a bar/gallery where Owen goes to meet her. They have an amazing night with transcendent sex, but before they can decide whether to do breakfast or just split, Owen gets an emergency phone call from palace security, telling him his mother needs him to come home IMMEDIATELY, the plane is waiting.
Needless to say, Nora is not impressed at him leaving with no explanation whatsoever.
Cliché? Sure. But, on the other hand, what isn't? I love Regency romance, and at least half of those are some variation on the Cinderella theme. At least this one gives Cinder… er, I mean Nora, agency.
So, how do they end up together (this is a romance, after all)? Hah, that's why you read the book! And yes, I do recommend reading the book. I liked this book a lot. Whitlow seems to be improving by leaps and bounds. Not that her books (at least, the ones I read) were ever bad, but this one is good.
I'll leave you with my favourite quote from the book. Remember that Nora was performing with paint.
Her body collides with mine in the middle of the bar, and I’m covered in color. Consumed in it.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. This is an unusual story of royal politics. Prince Owen of Anglesey, is second in line for the crown. His brother Prince Lloyd is to be king. However for serious reasons, he abdicates and Owen is next in line for the crown. One prerequisite is he needs to be married; One night in Paris Owen uses a dating app for a hookup and meets Norah. She is unlike anyone he has ever met. She is fun, witty, smart, artistic and beautiful. When Owen is awakened by his cell phone there is an emergency at the palace. He has to bale on Norah. She is not too happy about that. Norah's childhood friend Eric won't leave her alone. He wants her to marry him and she told him she has zero interest in him. Later in the story Eric becomes a threat to her and the royal family. Anyway about a month after the Paris interlude, she is invited to visit her college girlfriend Sinead married an Earl and lives Anglesey. They are invited to a royal function where Owen disguises himself as a crew member to see Norah. Well lets just say Norah did not put up with any nonsense. Afterwards when she finds out who he really is she still treats him the same. Owen loves that about her. He comes up with an elaborate plan to make her his fake fiancé. There is a lot to this agreement. Since there is chemistry between them and Owen his helping Norah's parents out, she agrees to his plan. Little did they know all the trials, confusion, danger that would present itself. An excellent read.
They say you have to kiss a lot of frogs before finding your prince. This time some might say she kissed a lot more... This story had me laughing out loud with all the nicknames and they way our heroine, a commoner, talked back to HRH, our hero. There are several emotions to work thru as these two go from hook up to??? And now a bit about the story...
Owen has escaped the castle for the night and is looking for his favorite type of distraction. Unfortunately all the plastic made up skinny sticks are just not cutting it anymore. Norah is working at an art exhibit enjoying her time in Paris. When she swipes to the right and ends up spending the night with "Collin". The night was more than either could have expected. But family obligation gets in the way and Owen rushes out in the early morning light. A few months pass and now he needs a wife and heir... luckily he runs into Norah. Only problem is she won't give him the time of day.
Favorite passages: - “Yes, I can wait until this evening. Bring a bottle of something expensive so we can celebrate your grand achievement : being born rich, male, and royal.” - A hospital emergency room knows no distinctions between class, color, creed, or credit rating. This place is like Purgatory. Everything is leveled. - I take a deep breath, hoping my voice projects rather than cracking like a frightened child’s.
Note: I was given a free copy and voluntarily chose to review this book.
A chance encounter in Paris at a most unlikely place provided the perfect beginning for Owen and Norah. Their spontaneity proved to be a perfect start, then he was unexpectedly called away. Fate seems to have a hand in their lives because another opportunity presented itself and things take another twist.
This modern day fairy tale is a wonderful story filled with interesting characters and an unusual set of backstories that all come together in a most unexpected way which will delight readers who enjoy a fast-paced story filled with plenty of surprises.
The story is told in a believable manner. Seems there are problems in the realm and things in Prince Owen's world are about to get a little off kilter. Thankfully his mother is well-equipped to deal unexpected surprises. And speaking of surprises there are more than a few in store for Norah as well.
Be prepared for an appropriate amount of steam that doesn't overwhelm the story, a set of situations that would try the most patient individual and some really heart-warming moments you will not want to miss.
Once again, the author has presented her readers with another wonderful book that will hold you captive right to the end. This is a stand alone story that comes with the possibility of a very large smile.

This is another wonderful read by Lexi Whitlow. I couldn’t wait to get to the end, but I had to read every word. You have to read it! The story of Prince Owen and Norah is captivating.
Prince Owen doesn’t understand what it is about Norah that makes it hard for him to forget her. Norah’s having trouble forgetting Owen, also, but only because of the unforgivable manner in which he ditched her the morning after. There are fireworks between them the next time they meet, but not the good kind. What is it going to take for Prince Owen to convince Norah to give him a second chance? Will she meet the royal expectations? What a ride you will be taken on when you join these two on their adventure through the ups and downs of dealing with royal maneuvering, a stalker ex-(boy)friend, death threats, and public scrutiny to reach their HEA.
I really enjoyed this story. It is well-written with solid characterizations and a smooth flow. It is an easy, engaging read with a great story line and well-developed characters. Lexi Whitlow weaves an intriguing tale with strong characters who build believable relationships and whose story has just the right mix of drama and hot romance.
I volunteered to leave an unbiased review for an ARC of this book.
I want too start by saying that this was really well written and the characters were very enjoyable...but it wasn’t my favorite and that’s my fault. Royal romances aren’t my thing. I have a really hard time getting into them for some reason. This story is heavy with royal references and wording. Besides that, I did still find that it was an enjoyable read. Owen, although arrogant, was admirable in the sense that he wanted to meet someone who didn’t know he was from a royal family. He just wanted to be able to be a normal guy. I find that admirable because he could’ve been “I’m royalty-bow down to me now and come home with me” but he wasn’t. Norah was strong willed and I loved that even though she knew the protocol for how to deal with royalty, she still spoke her mind to Owen. I love their back and forth banter and the names that she comes up with for Owen. Overall, a really good read that I enjoyed but maybe should have looked at the blurb a little better knowing my preferences. If you’re someone who enjoyed the royalty trope, then there’s no doubt in my mind that you will LOVE this book!
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
There’s a lot of different things going on in this story and they all work together to create a book I couldn’t put down once I started reading. This was a lot of fun, and I suspect that somebody’s been royal watching. We have Owen; prince, playboy, and reluctant heir to the throne. Then there’s Norah; free-spirited, American tourist, with more than enough of her own problems to deal with. One sizzling night in Paris sets everything in motion. I loved Owen. I personally think Norah was harder on him than he deserved, but it made for some highly amusing exchanges between the pair. I also loved that Norah is so strong and so straightforward: what you see is exactly what you get with her. There’s a couple of the secondary characters that come close to running away with the story and I’d love to read more about the whole royal family and their retainers. I received a complimentary copy of this book via Booksprout.
This new book by Lexi Whitlow left me so happy I couldn't stop smiling. King Sized had some fun humor, great sexy times and just a touch of suspense, but nothing to get excited about. It was just one of those reads that made me feel good to read. It was two people falling in love under very odd and crazy circumstances and overcoming great odds.
Norah is one of those people everyone wishes they could be. She is free-spirited, strong, and hugely smart. Owen is wildly smart, down to earth when he is allowed to be and caring. This combination of characteristics makes for a wonderful relationship. This isn't an angsty read and I loved that. This was just a fun romance and I couldn't get enough. The brother adds a bit of extra intrigue into the mix and I hope you loved him as much as I did.
This is one book I definitely recommend to the masses. Everyone needs a fun and happy romance to cuddle up to.
I am generally not a fan of stories involving royalty but I thoroughly enjoyed “King Size”. Owen the playboy prince never wanted to be king or to be married but when his brother abdicates he is next in line to the throne. Norah is a beautiful free-spirited American artist in Paris. When Owen and Norah meet the sparks fly. They indulge in a one-night stand then Owen disappears. Months later they reconnect and Norah discovers that Owen is royalty. He needs a fiance to assume the throne and become king and Norah needs money to help her family out of a financial crisis. When Owen suggest Norah become his fake fiance she accepts. What transpires after will keep you on the edge of your seat, with the many twists and turns, the suspense, danger, intrigue and passion. “King Size” is a book well worth your time. One-click for an entertaining fun read. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
HOOKED ON A FEELING!!! Hey guys, are you ready for a treat. Yep, this baby right here. Lexi knows how to weave a tale as smooth as silk, but with just enough rough patches you can feel the friction. The main characters has issues to overcome and some are smoldering it gets pretty heated. The characters were right in the middle of all the drama and you're lIke no way. I was mesmerized following the two along and was hooked until the last word. The characters were intriguing and complex with a whirlwind of emotions. Trying to regain a trust is such an adventure to say the least. The scenes and storyline were strong, realistic and believable. If you're looking for steady pace, nerve racking, tantalizing read with turns, twists and unexpected surprises that captures your attention from the start. Congratulations my friends you've found it. Lexi draws us into her imagination and we fill like a character instead of just reading. Great read. Excellant job Lexi and thanks for sharing.
I really enjoyed the conversations in this book. I thought Lexi did a good job on making the exchanges humorous and engaging. The deleted scene for the introduction to this book actually makes so much more sense than the opening (I just didnt feel that the sparc to sex scene was just believable for me). It didn't help that the characters reference that opening in the body of the body which was slightly confusing. I was wondering when I was about 20% in if the book would just be a filler up since the two protagonists reconnected but the storyline was really believable and I followed along the path easily. There were a few times toward the middle though that I felt the author was being a bit verbose and overly complicated in descriptions. This was only a couple instances so didn't kill the feeling I had for the book. This was my first Lexi book and I will be reading others.
This is a fabulous fake fiancée romance that’s extremely well written and features plenty of laughs, suspense, and steamy scenes. Norah is a free-spirited, opinionated, and confident artist working her way across Europe while exploring life. Prince Owen is a notorious womanizer – one who likes to keep his identity secret while he plays in playgrounds away from home. Their attraction is immediate and intense. I loved the interaction between these two – at times irreverent, always brutally honest and also very sweet. Norah’s confrontation with Owen when she discovers his true identity is priceless and easily one of my favorite parts of the story. As a whole, this storyline is compelling and will grab you right from the beginning – as it did me.

This was one fun read. With the story as unbelievable as it was, in my opinion Lexi Whitlow made it believable. She roped me in at the beginning and kept me turning the pages till the end. She made the royal family human to me. For some reason I liked Owen even with him being a jerk at times, it made him human in my eyes, I liked him. I loved Norah, she is smart, feisty and very humorous. I loved how she put Owen in his place and laughed at him constantly. In my opinion Owen and Norah are a hot couple. In my opinion Lexi Whitlow wrote a suspenseful, humorous and sexy royal romance. She kept me guessing when bad was going to strike Owen and Norah. In my opinion, if you are a Lexi Whitlow fan she did not disappoint, at least she did not disappoint me. If you like royal romance I would recommend. I received an ARC edition for my honest and voluntary review.
This book made me think about Harry and Meghan and I could not help but compare the two even its obviously not them but they were the images that I had throught out while reading.
I fell in love with Norah’s character as she did not take prisoners and my favourite scene was when Owen went to talk to her after the midnight royal cruise, absolutely hilarious her friend's reactions to his presence and considering at that point did not know Owen's true identity.
This book had it all love, passion, intrigue, deception just to name a few and you will not want the story to end as you just want to read more about the unlikely couple that has chosen to conqueror it all and change the norm for the good of the kingdom.
