Provides a thorough explanation of the psychology of anger with a focus on children. The first half of book provides examples of situations that cause a child to be angry and how to best handle them. The second half provides many games to help children learn to deal with anger. It is good to know that anger is a healthy behavior as long as it is dealt with rationally. I am still trying out some these games with my children.

Fantastic, practical advice and strategies. I borrowed it from my local library but I think I might have to buy myself a copy...
