Cree Blue has found her dream job, but solving cold cases has landed her in the hot seat...again.
Teaching FBI recruits to work unsolvable crimes using unorthodox methods should be easy for an experienced psychic like her. But when a cold case of brutal serial murders lands on her desk, it puts her in the killer’s crosshairs and pins a target to her back.
This deadly game of Catch-A-Killer just got real.
The killer’s first mistake is turning his fixation on Cree. He shoots to the top of her personal Most Wanted list. Taunting the suspect with her quick wit and sharp tongue is as big a gift as seeing ghosts, and nothing stands between a southern girl and her will to survive.
With time running out, Cree must identify and stop the killer before he strikes again, adding her name to his victim list.
The only thing I don't like about this series is that it is only 6 books long and I'm now finished with it. Otherwise, I love, love, love this series. And, like the last book, this one has a twist I didn't see coming. It's as fantastic as the first five and does the series justice as far as a finale goes. They are funny, as well as filled with romance, mystery and, of course, ghosts. You won't be sorry if you get to know Cree and the gang. You'll love them, I'm positive. I highly recommend this book and this series.
Cree Blue is now working for the FBI. She and West have moved to accommodate her job and are in the process of fixing up the place, him doing most of the work, while she presents psychic detective work to a select few FBI trainees.
She is soon on the trail of a serial killer, assisting Mason, who was in the first book and her first love interest until he went to work for the FBI. She knows who the killer is, but missed something else that was important. She doesn't get it until the end of the book.
I love the dynamics of all of these characters. The relationship between Cree and West is built on trust and true love. She's still friends with Mason, which totally works. And she's got a few new ghosts to contend with in her new place.
This book is short and is filled with action and suspense. I was taken in from the very beginning and the pace kept me glued until the surprise ending.
In my opinion, this is the best book of the series. In my review of the last book in the series, I thought the series was finished. Obviously, it wasn't. I'm glad I was wrong. I enjoyed all of the books, but this one was just a cut above the rest.
I have been provided with a copy of Deadly Flirtation by the author for an impartial review. This is the sixth and last book in the Cree Blue Psychic Eye Mystery series and oh my gosh I just can’t believe that this is the last book in the series. This was just such a great way to end this series. It went down in true Cree fashion and it was just so easy to get lost in. I just absolutely loved going on this journey with Cree and her friends. It just feels like these characters are family I have just fallen in love with all of them and I’m sad to see them go. I hope the author will revisit these characters to see what possible trouble they can be getting themselves into and I can’t wait to see what’s next from this author.
Cree has gone to train for the FBI and gets far more than the teaching assignment she's expecting. Although she's away from home, we still get to see mostly all of the characters and I liked that. This story was really good but felt shorter than previous books. The new twists to the story were really interesting and hopefully there are more books coming soon. Cree's "family" is growing and I'm excited for another member to come into their gifts as well as any other new members. It was really a great plot to have agents deal with a psychic during training. I love the writer's style and am also going to try some of the other series.
Cree and West are happily married and have relocated to Quantico where Cree is teaching baby FBI agents on the merits of psychic assistance in law enforcement. West is at home undertaking a house renovation, but don't think things have slowed down!
Their condo has been overrun by not one, but six ghosts...an old mob how had that as their base back in the day.
Then West undertakes an investigation that leads to murder and mayhem, added by the bullet-riddle ghost of Willard Smith.
And on the heels of this, the baby agents are given a real cold case to investigate with interesting results leading to Cree becoming involved in aiding the FBI in capturing a serial killer.
Absolutely Fabulous - Ghost Whisperer meets Kate Beckett
Awesome. Probably the best one yet. She has been asked to train new FBI recruits in working with psychics. An old cold serial case, a murder, a kidnapping and both she and West are in danger. Can she unravel a case that has had the FBI stumped for years. It's only thanks to her that one of the victims has been named. A fabulous plot, well thought out, well executed and with a terrific twist at the end. More please!!
This was the last book in the Cree Blue Psychic Eye mystery series and it was fabulous! Each story has been a fun step on Cree’s journey as a psychic. In this book, Cree is training new FBI recruits. There are mobsters, ghosts, and cold cases for Cree to deal with. There is also a twist that you may not be expecting. In the end, we are left with expectations of a new series to follow this one. Yay!
It irked me how the supporting characters were written. Like they didn't know how to do their jobs. And how suddenly Cree knew everything, yet not.
I guess if you don't focus on the details, and how they don't make sense, it's an ok read.
Would I ever read this series again? Probably not. Unless it's rewritten adding the missing details that were so desperately needed. Especially time jumps!!

Final book in the series. Cree and West are in DC where she’s teaching at Quantico. A cold case goes red hot when Cree identifies another victim and the ghosts in her new home helps her solve another case connected to a case West is working that gets him hurt. Now Cree must watch her step and bring all her ghostly powers to bear before she’s the one on the other side. This was another fun, humorous, endearing, quick read and a great way to end the series.
I loved getting more Cree and getting to get more of her Sass. What I enjoy most about Cree is how she's going to do what she wants no matter what anyone tells her. This was a great read with some awesome twists thrown in. I really really really can't wait to hear more about Cree and her adventures.
Please don’t let this be the end of this series!!! All of the books were great. Cree using her psychic abilities to help solve crimes was what drew me to these books, but the development of the characters was what made me keep reading. Cree is snarky & funny and had me laughing out loud throughout.
Ok…so Cree is pregnant at the beginning but then they discover she is pregnant at the end? The timeline for when Sophia runs out to the car is off. It wouldn’t take hours. There are mistakes in names (again) and there are still missing and extra words. Maybe beta readers would help? Still liked the series. Hope there will be more.
I have loved this series from book 1 and I’ve never been disappointed in any book this author writes. I love Cree, she’s very complex and I love her quirks as well. Her teaching FBI agents about psychics is very entertaining and couldn’t put this down.
Not as happy as I was with the old story line. Cree belongs at the plantation with her family and friends. From the ending I am wondering if this is the end of the series. Good book but was looking for more.
Cree and West move to DC so she can teach at the FBI. She gets 4 trainees to start with. They are given a old case to work on. They bought an old house that came with six ghosts, one is a mob boss. Lots of psychological games going on in this story. Good story
Wow! I am loving this series! It is full of wonderful characters and intriguing stories. I am binge reading this series and I can't put it down! Cree Blue has found her dream job, teaching FBI recruits to work unsolvable crimes using unorthodox methods. But when a cold case of brutal serial murders lands on her desk, it puts her in the killer’s crosshairs and pins a target to her back. Unfortunately this is the end of the series... I really hope there are more adventures to come! I have completely enjoyed this series!!!!
