Second book in a row with semi-incest. Whyyy. Everybody says the ending is chilling with a great plot twist. The thing is the first 3/4 of the book is email exchanges of nostalgic love stories that become weirder and weirder (enters semi-incests), and that ends just with a bunch of accusations put on a character. Out of nowhere. This is no plot twist. It's just an ending that isn't coherent with the rest of the book.
The main character is weird to be fair. The whole situation (a guy messages his ex-girlfriend who never showed up to their wedding on Facebook thirty years later) is creepy. But. It just didn't do the trick.
