Beautiful little book. It is perfect for your evening walk, and gives a dose of inspiration for everyday. Love how neat and tidy the short chapters are - there is no filler here. Each chapter has a relevant, different concept, and her advice for each concept is spot-on.
Even though it's tempting to listen to a bunch of chapters a day because they are concise, I enjoyed limiting it - not only did I savor the book more, but also, it allowed for a deeper reflection on each concept.
There is no religious overtone in this book, but all the same - it's spiritual food.

Gill Hasson is a UK-based personal development expert and in this useful pocket guide to positive thinking she sets out what negative thinking is, why it’s damaging and includes exercises and practical techniques for recognising negative thoughts and countering them. Particularly good is that Hasson recognises how difficult positive thinking can be, which I found easier to engage with than American writers who generally suggest you’re not trying.

Se lo he recomendado a varios pacientes a los que les resultó muy útil y beneficioso. Si bien es un tanto básico, algunas activados reflexivas van muy bien con TCC

an interesting book for those who need to focus more on being more optimistic in your view and interactions in life. It explains the positive benefits of doing various things and that by focusing on one small thing at a time, can accumulate in a more positive view on life.
Just the simple act of saying something kind to someone each day can cause a healthier outlook in life.
The book also has a lot of positive quotations from various people. I found them helpful to type them up and post them on walls and mirrors etc. Especially the funny ones.
Definitely worth reading, especially on your off days.
