Construction of the Bolt headquarters is well underway while Emma works relentlessly to unburden Reece from his pain. His emotional burdens are buried deep, but the most innocent story from his childhood brings his past torment to the fore. His love for her and his growth into a better man allow him to dig deep, strengthening the bond they share. It's a good thing too as ish is about to hit the fan.
There were so many revelations in this volume, some of which didn't come as a complete surprise, but were still as painful to discover as any other. My heart broke for my baby Reecy. He had suffered so much and to find out that the pain wasn't at its end was almost unbearable. Thankfully he had not only his great love in his corner, but also his new friends and even a surprising ally. But the road to justice has never been easy for Bolt and this instalment of his story wasn't any easier. It was full of heartache and suffering, gains and losses, and not even the love he shared with Emma could protect him from the fallout.
I'm still very much in love with Reece, but then again I didn't doubt that I would be. He was not only chivalrous and brave and heroic and awesome and totally hot all at the same time, but he was also sweet and kind and nerdy and loving. Once again he was absolute perfection and I still can't get enough of him.

Pulse by Angel Payne is Volume Three: Parts 7,8,9 in the Bolt Saga. This continues the story of Reece "Bolt" Richards and Emmalina Crist. Since this continues a story line for Reece and Emma, I feel you should read the previous books.
Reece and Emma are still on their journey to take down Consortium. They are still fighting the dangers that are keeping them from their goals. But along the way they are working to make their stronger but past wounds do come up along the way.
This is such an exciting series it has the adventures, the suspense, hot love scene and strong heroes. Just love this series and can't wait for the next installment!

Angel Payne keeps up cranking up the angst, twists, and tension! Reece and Emmaline are still being inundated with suspense to go along with the chemistry and passion. I can't wait wait until the next one.....

ARGH!!! Now I have to keep waiting for the next installment!!! This is killing me, this series is so good! Each time I think I have a handle on which way it is going, it goes in a different direction! My favorite couple is in the City of Lights, Paris France. What a first class trip to get there too....WOW!!! Bring on #9, quickly, PLEASE!!!!!

Angel Payne is the absolute mistress of story telling! Every time it seems like she cannot possibly up the drama in this story she does! Part 9 starts right where part 8 left off. Reece and Emma are better and better. There are smooth transitions between each book. I am anxiously awaiting the next installment! I would love to give this story more than 5 stars, as it is totally worth it. I am in awe of this woman's imagination and talent!

Wow, bam, zing! What a thrilling, dangerous and suspenseful continuation of the Bolt series. Family drama is at the center of this installment as well as the evil Consortium. Will they never be defeated? Reece and Emma’s sexy romance continues even as secrets threatens their happiness. Team Bolt is in Paris for their latest adventure and it’s full of twists and turns. A series not to be missed. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC.

I couldn't believe that Angel could make this story any sexier, hotter or intense - boy am I so pleased she proved me wrong. Once again she has stepped up another rung on the ladder and produced more installments, that you simply cannot put it down. Love it!

Part 7 - This saga just keep getting better and better and more interesting every time! Emma and Reece seems to finally have some "peace" in their life. They are building their dream home on top of a mountain. They are keeping their engagement a secret but wants to get their mothers to meet and start building some familial relationships.
When LA names Reece as the honoree at their next gala, Reece is surprised when not only does his parents show up, his brothers are also at the gala. Past wounds gets dredged up and some unexpected things happened that ended up looking bad for Reece who is then shocked by what Emma tells him. Now there are some mysteries to solve besides taking down the Consortium.
Part 8 - The story picks up with Reece making a public apology for what happened at the Gala and hopes his parents "forgive" him. After finding out that there might be ties to the Consortium of other family members, Reece and Emma and Team Bolt knows they need to get closer to try and find out more of what is really going on.
Reece and Emma decide to head for Paris in hopes that his family will forgive him and invite him to be a part of their new hotel opening in the city of Love. Reece and Emma of course, gets a little romance on in this wonderful city and we continue to see how these 2 were made for each other. But old ghosts bring jealousy into the open until Emma decides to take action.
A surprise visitor shows up at their safe house and totally shocks Reece. Not only is this someone he knows but he is also Angelique's presumed dead boyfriend!
Part 9 - Wow....Reece's brother Tyce is the surprise visitor that shows up at the safe house. It's a beautiful reunion for Tyce and Angelique but Reece is shocked to find out that Tyce was also taken by the Consortium and experimented on! And the hardest part is to know that someone close to the brothers is involved...all evidence points to Dad!
Reece, Emma, Tyce, Angelique and Team Bolt decides that they must try to find out why their own father would let the Consortium do what they did to Reece and Tyce and why they want to take their other brother and them again. As they set up the trap that they thought covered most of the scenarios that they could think of, something unexpected happens that they are all captured by Reece's father who intends to turn all 3 of his sons over to the Consortium! Since Reece and Emma never gives up on things, they figure out a way to escape but it is Tyce that takes the ultimate step to stop their father.
Reece and Emma decides that they must take the offensive with the Consortium and Reece publicly vows to bring them down. This entire saga is so edge of your seat reading and keeps you guessing about what is going to happen next!

Book 7
Wow just when you think there can’t be anymore twists in this story BAM!!! The suspense and action are again a great addition to this series. I feel like there is so much going on you can’t help but get lost in this amazing world that Angel has created. The love from Reece and Emma just keep getting stronger and stronger proving that they can overcome all the odds. Each book from this series leaves me breathless and needing more. I need to know how this will all come together but I love that I have to keep jumping off the cliff in order to find out. Angel’s writing is flawless and I can’t wait to see where the next book takes us.

I feel like my head has been through a blender. There is so much drama from Reece’s family and toss in Angelique for good measure my poor mind is blown. I freaking love every second of this series. The chemistry between Reece and Emma only gets hotter and hotter you can’t help but fall madly in love with this couple. I can’t seem to get over this ending it has been the best by far and I really want to throw my kindle. I need more ASAP lol. This series is one you will not want to miss.

Mind blowing, action packed and filled with emotion. This is an incredible addition to the series. The characters have a hold on my heart and I just can't get enough of them. Emma has grown so much since the first installment. She is fearless, fierce and loves Reece with everything she has. She will fight to the death if she has to. Reece is one hell of a superhero. He has to overcome so many obstacles including his crazy family. These two make for an epic duo now if they could just work together they can overcome everything. This was a tear jerking installment. Angel did an amazing job and I am so excited to see where the next book takes us. I suggest you pickup a copy and enjoy the roller coaster ride this series will take you on.

Combining these books definitely gets one’s pulse revving as the story of Emma and Reese continues….In book seven you are taken aback with what the heck is going on now??!! Emma and Reese are the consummate couple and it seems like nothing can tear them apart. I think most women would love to have a Reese in their life to protect and support them. However, there is danger and other things that are coming for them. Will they be ready to fight? Throwing Reese’s family into the mix brings some additional challenges. Will they be able to keep everything they have worked for? This is one drama laced, steamy romance that is penned to perfection. Prepare to stay on the edge of your seat when reading this book and then get ready for the next one. Book eight has Reese apologizing for the fiasco at the gala and hopes that his parents will understand and forgive him. However, there may be ties to the consortium by some other relatives so Reese and Emma go on a hunt to find out the truth. Their journey of discovery takes them to Paris and Reese is hopeful that he will be invited to take part in the grand opening of the family’s new hotel. However, there are a few surprises in store for these two lovebirds as ghosts from the past sneak back into the present and one especially will have an effect on Reese. The ninth book opens with the reader learning who the mystery man truly is from the end of the last book and boy is it a doozie. This is one that you just have to read but you will not believe where all the information is pointing. The good news is that the people from the past are working in conjunction with Emma and Reese to set a trap but will it all go according to plan? This is one book that will keep you on edge and have you begging for more. I am thoroughly obsessed with this series! (This is not a standalone and needs to be read from the beginning.)

Reese and Emma are still ready to blow you away even at this stage on the game. There bond while still true and tested is going to go through yet more trials as they face even more from people that just can’t get it through their heads that you better get on board or be prepared to be #Bolted! There will be the classic sexified love we have all come to know and love but also the breath taking action that is not to be missed as they heroingly fight against those that would try and come between all that they are.

Reese and Emma are c'est magnifique in Paris but as you can expect there is no rest for the them on this European trip. As they take in the city of lights they also mean to uncover all the history behind Richards past with the Consortium and it’s not going to be sunshine and lollipops. The allies Reese seeks out will do nothing to endear him to his lady love and they will need to work extra hard to no only uncover to the truth but also stay true to one another.

Wow! Just Wow! I'm not even sure what I want to say about Pulse. The chemistry between Emma and Reece is off the charts hot but the suspense in the rest of their lives is crazy. I love that each new installment picks the story right up and each has taken the reader deeper into their world. I wasn't sure how Angel could get us any more tangled up with the Consortium than she had but Pulse brings to light information that I did not see coming. Angel is a master at building her characters so the reader is invested in what happens to them. She has added new characters as the story progresses and I quickly loved or hated them. After getting some unexpected information from Reece's brother they know something is going to happen but don't know what. Reece and Emma's love is put to the test yet again. They are repeatedly tested by everyone from enemies to family.
I have loved this entire series so far but somehow Angel just keeps making it better and better! I am so in love with Angel Payne's writing style. We get more depth with the characters in each new adventure. This book has HOT romance and the suspense is off the charts with all the new twists that are thrown in. I am anxiously awaiting the next installment!

An electrifying romance and saga
To enjoy the full extent of this saga it is highly recommended that Vols 1 & 2, BOLT and IGNITE be read prior to PULSE. This way the full impact of Reece and Emma's relationship is experienced. Now on to Vol 3 PULSE.

WOWZAAAA!!!! Pulse contains parts 7, 8 & 9 in the Bolt Saga and Angel Payne once again has not disappointed. Each addition just gets better and better!
This book continues the story of Reece "Bolt" Richards and Emmalina "Emma" Crist. These are continuations from the previous installments so if you have not read Part 1, I highly suggest jumping onto the Bolt train!! You will absolutely LOVE this saga!
Reece and Emma are still on their journey to take down Consortium. They are still fighting the dangers that are keeping them from their goals. Their passion is still off the charts hot, but the drama of their everyday lives is at an all time high. These two just have kept me on my toes the entire saga and every time I'm like "I've figured it out!" Angel throws a twist my way and I'm like WHATTTTT!
This is such an thrilling series it has that has the superhero adventures, suspense, and the passion that runs through the pages just keeps me so attached to these characters and their story. Angel has done such a beautiful job on this saga and I love being BOLTED! Another 5 star read!
This book continues the story of Reece "Bolt" Richards and Emmalina "Emma" Crist. These are continuations from the previous installments so if you have not read Part 1, I highly suggest jumping onto the Bolt train!! You will absolutely LOVE this saga!
Reece and Emma are still on their journey to take down Consortium. They are still fighting the dangers that are keeping them from their goals. Their passion is still off the charts hot, but the drama of their everyday lives is at an all time high. These two just have kept me on my toes the entire saga and every time I'm like "I've figured it out!" Angel throws a twist my way and I'm like WHATTTTT!

Angel this is a great conclusion from Bolt. Emma and Reece are still strong in love as ever and new bonds are formed. I couldn't put it down. With these characters you are pulled in from start to finish. There's intrigue, sadness, and true love. Hot sexy scenes that will have you clenching your thighs together. Enjoy Paris through Emma and Reece's eyes as they leave LA. You'll still be in love with Emma and Reece cause they still bring their A game. Angel you are a great writer and don't disappoint. I'm glad you have brought Emma and Reece to life cause no one else could tell their story the way you do. A must read to see what happens to Emma and Reece.

Absolutely loved this third segment that was so good! Yes Angel Payne had me cheering once again for Emmalina and Reece in this third collection. They were the amazing team that works so well together against the Consortium and who is the one in the family that helped them? You are going to find out in the collection and you will be so mad! I threw my iPad at the bed in shock!!! But love keeps these two together and nothing will stop them or Team Bolt from helping them take this group down. They are all over the globe in this third collection and Angel Payne is such a descriptive writer making you feel as though you are in Paris. She makes you feel as though you are flying with Bolt and feeling all those electrical impulses and desires. Bringing that sexy superhero to life in our minds!

Let me start by saying it didn't take me so long to read because they weren't good but because they were a slower read than what the previous Bolt books have been. I don't mind the slow down as we got to see what it would like for them to pretend they're a normal couple, vacationing together, loving each moment they have together. Though a slow down it had its epic bolt shockers and action scenes. Like a big shocker at the end of book 8! And then, for the first time I bolt book history I cried. The end of book 9 was sad, happy, epic, and full of heroism. The end of Nov can't come fast enough for the release of the next book!

Omgosh!! I know I ask this almost every time, but how can you end a book this way!! Sagas 7, 8, & 9 are included in the book titled Pulse!! And though I’m sure Angel Payne named it Pulse for a different reason, it will make your pulse soar to new heights!!! You will not be able to put this book down!! Reese and Emma face new challenges this time as they move their relationship further! Reese’s extended family plays a huge part throughout this book! Be prepared for tears both happy and sad!! Lots of fun, excitement, suspense and huge reveals!! I loved this series so much!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

OMG, I just can't with this series. There are so many twists and turns that as a reader you just can't anticipate. Chapter 7 was a great lead up to the next coming Chapters as we are given glimpses into the Reece before the Consortium. The end of Chapter 8 was like "WHOA", mind blown. The end of Chapter 9, heartbreaking, but throughout we get to watch Reece and Emma come into their own as individuals and together as a power couple while they are mostly curround by friends and put into heart pounding situations. I am absolutely stunned with the series as it evolves.

Overall this is a series that will completely consume you in a good way!! Completely loving this series! Bolt aka Reece and Emma are amazing the chemistry is beyond beautiful!! This whole set has been a whirlwind of emotion and action it kept me turning the pages. I’m never sure what our amazing Superhero couple will have to face but they face it gracefully and accomplished everything together. I’ve loved each part of the series and looking forward to reading more. I can’t wait to see where the rest of their story takes them and how it all plays out for the couple.

Wow you blew me out of the water with this one. Reece Richards and emmalina Christ are in for another adventure. With team bolt head quaters being built to family drama. They head to Paris on they’re quest to take down the consortium and confront family. You get lots of adventure and hot sex with this volume as well as questions answered and more questions waiting to be answered in the next volume. I honestly can’t wait to read fuse ... these book are amazing make sure you read them in order and congrats mrs Payne on another book well written.

In order to truly appreciate this book you need to read Bolt and Ignite. I love how Reese and Emma’s relationship keeps blossoming and changing. While building their home and Bold headquarters Emma tries to help Reese through his issues. This book just made me love Reese more as you learn more of what he went through and the pain he constantly carries. They push hard to work on each other while working on taking down the Consortium. I was on the edge of my seat reading as fast as I could to absorb every bit of information Angel Payne gives us. I cannot wait for the next book!!! Love these!!!

This next volume is just bursting with suspense and action! Reece and Emma's relationship continues to get stronger and passionate. Reece believes his family is involved somehow with the Consortium and as danger continues to follow the lovebirds, a surprising character changes everything! Emma finds strength to back up her man and the Bolt team faces more issues with the Consortium. Just so much is happening in this volume and so many twists and turns. I can't wait to read the volume 4!!

never ever did I think I would enjoy a super hero theme book. Angle Payne is amazing. I fell hard in love with the Bolt series. There's action danger love and lust all in one amazing book series. I don't want to give anything away about Pulse I will say there's some dirty dirty love going on 😁 A MUST READ
