The word "Therapy" in the title is just for fun! The journal is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
This prompted journal is a great find for someone who is just starting on their soul searching journey or just their journalling journey in general. When I first started to journal I found it hard to write without prompts, looking back on the entries now to see where I have come is also very rewarding.
Journaling helps you reach a part of yourself that you wouldn't explore otherwise. This journal was fun, but some subjects were redondant. At many pages, I wrote that I already answered the question. That's where the 3 stars comes from. But anyways, it was nice to fill out this journal!
This guided journal is better than most. Some prompts were redundant or didn’t apply to my situation in life. Still striving to find the perfect journal.
