Tielle (pronounced "teal") St. Clare has had life-long love of romance novels. She began reading romances in the 7th grade when she discovered Victoria Holt novels and began writing romances at the age of 16 (during Trigonometry, if the truth be told). During her senior year in high school, the class dressed up as what they would be in twenty years-Tielle dressed as a romance writer.

When not writing romances, Tielle has worked in public relations and video production for the past 20 years. Tielle moved to Alaska when she was seven years old in 1972 when her father was transferred with the military.

Tielle believes romances should be hot and sexy with a great story and fun characters.

When I bought this awhile back, I bought it for the cover and because it was menage. When I started reading it yesterday, I realized that our heros were werewolves. Needless to say, I was a bit surprised although it really added to the dynamics of the story.

Mikhal is an alpha male and Zach is a beta male. They leave the pack before Mikhal and his father (leader of their pack) get into it, and make a new life many miles north. They meet Taylor, who just got dumped by her boyfriend and neither wolf is willing to give her up to the other. They jointly take her to a New Year's Eve party, much to the shock of her friends, and end up giving her a New Year's kiss that she won't soon forget. She finds that she can't chose between the dangerously dark Mikhal and the sweet, sexy Zach. This is a very hot story about how these characters make a threesome among werewolves work for them.

I would have liked to have seen a bit more interaction between Mikhal and Zach which was held until the end of the story. Other than that, I really enjoyed it.

Yum! St. Clare has really hooked me with this first book! I will definitely continue with the series and will take a look at her other books.

What a fun and hot read this was! An alpha male, Mikhal, leaves his family/pack in order to set up his own pack. Accompanied by his best friend and Beta, Zach, they join the human world, but soon discover that their inner beast will never be happy living as a human. After living in the human world for 6 months, their natural tendencies begin to surface...especially when around a certain female named Taylor. They both want her, but know in the wolf world that dominant men don't share. So, the question becomes: Lose the woman or the life long friend?

There were definitely some unique aspects to the shifter world and the story in general--which is something I always appreciate. One thing that I did not buy, but I am willing to overlook is that Mikhal and Zach did not know about the relationship between their former Alpha, Beta and Omega...don't they have a super shifter sense of smell? How could they mask the scent of 2 males on the Omega? That just doesn't jive with me and that is really what kept it from being a 5 star trash read for me.

I enjoyed the first three quarters of this book. I really liked Mikhel and Zach. They were complete opposites, yet I can see why Taylor was attracted to both. It would have been hard for me to choose as well. There was enough detail about Mikhel's and Zach's werewolf sides to wet the appetite, but the main focus was the relationship between the three. This led to quite a lot of sex; some of it good, some of it repetitive. I have to say that the book took a downturn when Zach confessed to Mikhel that he wanted them to be lovers. Now I know that there was m/m in this book, but it didn't quite happen like I thought it would. I assumed that Mikhel and Zach would already be lovers and wanted Taylor in their lives. It wasn't like that and Zach's request seemed to come out of left field. There was nothing that I read that hinted there were any feelings between the men. It seemed forced and awkward and took away some of the enjoyment I was experiencing. It wasn't a bad read, but it just wasn't what I was expecting.

3 1/2 stars. This is a toughie to rate... the smut was top notch, the story not so much. I wanted to read this because I'd read the freee follow-up story, After the Ceremony, and really enjoyed it. So as I read about how werewolves best friends Mikhel and Zach found themselves both into the same human woman and heading towards a seemingly inevitable conflict, I was dying to know how they evolved from that situation into the happy threesome of the story. Spoiler if you haven't read about it: In which Zach is submissive to the other two.

And unfortunately... I still don't know. The story is humming along nicely, then there's a gap of a year in which all sorts of changes happen in the character's minds and hearts that we're not privileged to see. It really feels like a huge chunk of the story just got cut out. And considering it's a fairly pricey book, it would not have hurt it at all to be longer.

So, I enjoyed reading it, but it left me somewhat dissatisfied. I guess that works out to 3 1/2 stars.

Well, well, well, this was one pretty hot read. A deliciously, scorching triad.

Taylor gets dumped by her boyfriend before a New Year's Eve party and is stuck with an expensive ticket and no one to go with. She laments to her friends, Mikhel and Zach about her dilemma and they offer to go with her...together.

She has a crush one both men, each having different characteristics that she is drawn to. And all she expects is a kiss from one of the guys, possibly both, on the cheek and some champagne. And she gets that and more...especially with that champagne.

This was well written and a pretty great plot. And then there's the m/m element that really helps the trio truly connect. I liked this story a lot. Plus the free Kindle price didn't hurt. I would recommend for anyone who is a fan of well written erotica with a point, or two in Taylor's case. ;)

This one has two of my favorite things: ménages and shifters. Yum! This story starts out with our heroine, Taylor, getting dumped right before a New Year's party. She's stuck with an expensive ticket and no boy toy to go … when her two best guy friends want to go with her … wait for it … together! This novella is 115 pages of beautiful m/m/f passion and a ton of steam. The werewolf factor comes in with the two guys: Mikhal is the alpha and Zach is the beta. I found myself wanting more werewolf lore, but all in all, a perfect way to get your own ménage kiss.

This was a book with a little more meat (heh) than I was expecting. Yes, the sexin' is hot and there's something about a dominant shifter demanding submission in the bedroom that glues me to the page, but this one also had an interesting subplot about the m/m side of a threesome. For some reason I liked the whole Me-Alpha side of Mikhel (which doesn't surprise me since I tend to like that in general) but I also liked that he and Zach had to work through some issues with loving one another. I don't know. It just worked for me.

I throwing a lot of thumbs up at this one. A LOT of thumbs.

I'm not really sure how to review this story.
It was a smutty fun time. Lots of sex, lots of snarling, some growling, some claws, and a very weak plot.
If you're looking for a fuckfest this is your book. Most of the story is about MFM but it does develop into MMF. It wasn't as involved as I like in my MM encounters. I prefer more detail, and more reactions from the men, but as a mainly MFM menage book, the author took a decent risk, and it paid off to a degree. It kept me reading to the end anyway.

I thought this one was appropriate to read on New Year’s Eve. I’m not sure how I feel about it and I always find erotica hard to rate. The writing was sound and it was hot, so I guess it achieved what it set out to do, but there was one moment that came out of nowhere where the h, previously quite passive, suddenly went all dominant on their asses and one of the H started calling her Mistress that left me saying WTF am I reading? It came out of left field and pulled me right out of the story. I know it’s smut, but I still like my characters and storyline (if there is one) to be somewhat consistent, lol

I liked the story but was lacking.

One chapter to bring characters in and set the scene, five chapters for the sex scene. One more chapter to develop story, five more chapters for another sex scene. Jump one year ahead, leaving us with so many questions, then one chapter to catch us up a tiny bit, the another five chapters for the sex scenes. Then end of story.

OK, seriouslyhot, and I mean H. O. T. type of hot! But it was just empty of everything else.

I liked the storyline but it wasn't developed at all.

Whole lot of Alpha

A very sizzling read. Heat rating: high and abundant. I liked all the characters and the conflicts. What I wasn't expecting was the change up near the end. Totally missed that coming based on how Zach and Mikhel each wanted Taylor for himself initially and how alpha Mikhel was. Really threw me on how the 3 end up. I think I prefer for her to be the one and only for both Zach and Mikhel. Still was a great read and would highly recommend it. Will be reading the next book.

Got and heavy

Not what I expected but A great read, individual unique personalities that blended together making them work. Surprised by the mmf in last quarter, but as I said the personalities made it work. I was surprised they didn't know the alpha, Luna and beta were all together and always had been, they were worried their mixed scents would immediately give the thruple away yet they had never scented them. That but confused me and would have been a 4* for me other than that contradiction it just wasn't consistent which was a shame.

Her two lovers

Imagine being dumped then being invited by her two crushes to attend the New Year's ball. Mikhel and Zach have been attracted to Taylor since the first time they met her and even though Mikhel is Zach's Alpha to his Beta he wants her just as much. What happens to these three people I hope will entrance readers just as much as the story captured me. I would heartily recommend this book.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this book and the characters. It was a little but of a rough start but so much better than the books I read before it. I'm hunting for the 1.5, though these books were originally published with Ellora's Cave which makes it difficult.

This was a very good story. I really liked all three of the MCs and enjoyed seeing them come together, first as a m/f/m and then later developing in to a m/m/f relationship. I've read this book before and it was worth the reread. This is the first thing I've read by this author but I do intend to read more of her work in the future.

Taylor is a good woman that's had bad luck with guys in the past. Her boyfriend just broke up with her via text on Christmas Eve (she was planning to break up with him but was going to wait until after the holidays) which leaves her dateless for New Years Eve. I liked Taylor and liked her attitude. Admittedly, she didn't really think that she was hot enough for the attention that both Mikhel and Zach gave her at the beginning of the story but she quickly got past it and comes in to her own. I loved that we weren't subjected to her putting herself down through the whole story. Such a nice change from some stories along this line.

Mikhel and Zach are both werewolves and have been friends since they were little kids. They both left their previous pack (run by Mikhel's father) to make a life on their own. Mikhel runs a PC repair shop and Zach runs a coffee shop next door. They both meet Taylor when she comes to get her PC fixed and ends up getting coffee. They both want her but since she has a boyfriend they both content themselves with being her friends instead. When they find out that Taylor needs a date fro New Years, they both volunteer at the same time and when she can't choose between them, they both decide to be her dates.

Taylor really wasn't expecting to be lucky enough to get a date with either Mikhel or Zach. When she finds she's getting a date with both (at once) she's unsure but goes with it, figuring it's a once in a lifetime opportunity. They spend the evening with Taylor either between the 2 men or with one or the other separately. They each start a seduction going but things get tense when emotions escalate as the night progresses. As things are coming to a head, the men finally decide to share Taylor for the night and see where things go (as neither of the men are willing to back away). Technically, Mikhel is the Alpha and Zach the Beta but since they left the old pack, Mikhel hasn't "officially" started up his own pack so Mikhel can't just order Zach away unless he officially takes command (which would involve Mikhel and Zach fighting it out). After the stoke of midnight, Mikhel and Zach take Taylor to their hotel room and give her a choice, she can have neither of them, either of them or both of them. Taylor is no fool and chooses both which leads them in to a hot night of m/f/m action. Things go relatively well through the next morning but eventually, Mikhel's instincts (which have been screaming for him to claim Taylor and show his dominance over Zach) overwhelm him and he has to get away.

Zach is determined to work things out between the three of them and ends up taking some risks, part of which involves not letting Mikhel have time on his own to deal with stuff. The situation brings Taylor solidly in to their world as she ends up witnessing Mikhel and Zach change forms when things clash and Mikhel finally fights Zach for dominance. Things aren't smooth but the issues get ironed out as Taylor accepts what they are and her part with them and the 2 men come to terms with sharing Taylor and all that goes with it. They end up in their m/f/m relationship for about a year until things develop further and Zach wants more from Mikhel. There's more drama and Mikhel has to struggle with his wants and needs and what Taylor and Zach want as well. It's tough but they menage to work things out and the threesome develops in to a m/m/f relationship. I liked the emotions and all that went along with the development of the relationship. I think it was well done and seemed believable in the context of the story. I loved the way things turned out when Mikhel's parents visit...priceless! In the end, Taylor, Mikhel and Zach are happy in their threesome and starting their HEA.

I really liked this story. I loved Mikhel, Taylor and Zach and thought all 3 added to the story and had their own place in it (not like 1 was just thrown in to make the menage like some stories do). I'm planning to read more of this series in the future. Id'recommend this book. Thumbs up. :)

I got this book on Amazon, and I wrote in my notes that it was a personal pick, so that means I purchased it. Anyhow, after reading this book – and this is my first from this author – I am definitely going to read more from her. This book was some of the hottest heat I’ve read in a while. It was ridiculous how hot this was! And like the blurb says, there is a bit of m/m action going on. If that is something you aren’t into, I would still give this book a try because that part is not a very large part at all.

Ok, the story. This story starts with Mikhel, a werewolf. Mikhel is the son of an Alpha, and he definitely has Alpha in his future. He doesn’t get along great with his father, so he leaves at the suggestion of Byron, his father’s right hand man. Zach is Mikhel’s best friend in the world, and he goes with him. That’s what friends are for! So off they go. No pack, no pack law, just freedom.

Present day they own a computer shop and a coffee shop. They have a friend, Taylor, who just broke up with her boyfriend. This guy is a total dirtbag. They had New Year’s Eve plans, and now Taylor is sad that she can’t go. On top of that, that dirtbag asked her for her tickets to the party so he could take someone else!! Dirtstar!!

Mikhel and Zach offer one of them to take her. She can’t make up her mind which one to go with, she’s attracted to both. Mikhel is obviously strong and a take control type of guy, while Zach is smooth and a bit more sensitive. Both have their charms and she is attracted to both. Oh yeah, and she has no clue they are werewolves.

“Taylor felt like she was getting a small view of how these two men handled the world. Zach laughed at it, Mikhel stared it down and dared it to contradict him.”

Oh my goodness, you have to read this story!! Ok, so Taylor can’t make the decision and so the guys decide. They both go with her.

Ok, the New Year’s Eve party is beyond HOT. Zach dances with her, Mikhel teases her. By the end of the night the three of them are beyond hot and ready to go. Luckily the party is in a hotel, hint hint. Upstairs they go….. I’ll leave that part to you.

But after the party is over, after the sun comes up, there is a whole new slew of issues to deal with. They just had one of the hottest threesomes ever. No one wants it to end. But how do you deal with a human, an Alpha werewolf with no pack, and a beta wolf who wants the girl just as much as the Alpha? Let me tell you, the rest of the story does not disappoint. It was just sex sex sex, although trust me – there was more than enough of that to go around. There was an actual story here, the power struggle going in so many directions. It was intoxicating, and I can not wait to read more. If you want to read some ménage werewolf shifter erotica that will knock your socks off, I definitely recommend this story.

Wow. It is the first word that comes to mind after reading this book. Mikhel is a werewolf who has gotten to the point where he has to leave his home. It is not possible to have two Alphas around and things are tense with is father. He doesn't want to start his own pack so he and his best friend Zach head out to the city. A few years pass and they are running their own businesses and have befriended a young lady named Taylor. When Taylor gets dumped (by text) right before New Years Eve, Mikhel sees the chance to make his move. He is a little surprised that Zach wants to make a move too. They can't decide which one will take her out on New Years Eve and Mikhel doesn't want to pull Alpha rank so they both escort her to a party. They take turns spending time with her and she ends up kissing Zach and getting "friendly" with Mikhel. They end up taking her upstairs in the hotel and offering her a choice between them. Smart girl that she is, she chooses both. When a werewolf has unprotected sex with a female, it can cause her to take on traits of the wolf. This allowed Taylor to be able to have sex dozens of times with both men without wearing out. Mikhel's possessive traits come out in full force and he finds himself wanting to turn Alpha on Zach and dominate both Zach and Taylor. Mikhel ends up leaving to calm himself the next day and heads out to the woods so his were can run free. Zach feels like Mikhel needs to assert his right as Alpha and establish the pack, so he brings Taylor out the house they own near the woods. When Mikhel comes backa and realizes that Zach is pleasuring Taylor, he goes crazy and attacks him. This allows Zach's werewolf to submit to Mikhel. They end up deciding that the two of them will share Taylor and she is fine with that. A year later, Zach has decided that he wants Mikhel to make love to him and Taylor is onboard with that. Mikhel is thrown for a loop cause he has never thought of having sex with a man before. So, on New Years Eve they decide to see how it goes.

This book is full of descriptive sex scences and has M/M/F situations. Not for the faint of heart!
