20 minute read. I didn't find anything to enjoy in this mix of the mundane and the familiar even with a few alien curiosities thrown in for good measure. Three generous stars.
This story was very odd. Plot-wise, I'm not sure what happened, but I really enjoyed the otherworldy feel, the setting with the perfect mix of space opera oddities and old Hollywood glamor. Definitely a fun read.
I have just finished Valente´s short story, The Radiant Car Thy Sparrows Drew. Different, strange, daring. An alternate world where trips to space are just like the Melies´old films.
