Escorting members of the Hermes familia deep into the dungeon Aiz (who recently reached level 6) gets a chance to test her new strength as she is split from the group and has to face the red headed monster tamer who calls her Aria. There is plenty of action and some humor in this volume as one might expect in this series. :)

Meanwhile with the powerhouse Aiz taking on the incrediably dangerous beast tamer by herself the rest of the Hermes familia is dealing with the Violas monsters and dangerous cult members willing to do anything to win. Even with Bete, Lefiya , and Filvis making their way into the dungeon casualties and injuries are going to be far from rare in these trying times.
