Some chapters are better then others. This is a good book for those beginning to learn about being culturally proficient. I felt like many of the chapters were very repetitive but still some good bits of knowledge in there.
This book provides some useful frameworks for administrators who seek to create culturally sensitive schools. Two extended hypothetical case studies help illustrate the principles being taught.
