Some chapters are better then others. This is a good book for those beginning to learn about being culturally proficient. I felt like many of the chapters were very repetitive but still some good bits of knowledge in there.

A lot of great information just not very well presented. It also requires you to purchase more books if you want more details.

Practical approach and techniques that can be used in many settings. It raises questions and asks the reader to answer them personally, without finger-pointing at others.
