I was a faithful subscriber for years when Victoria Magazine was first published. I always loved the layout of each page especially pictures of gardens and food. This past Christmas, 2021, my youngest daughter, gifted me with Victoria at a Table, etc. I had saved several recipes from the magazines. A family favorite is the Country Herbed Chicken. Unfortunately, I lost the recipe that I had cut out of the magazine. This book is a godsend since this recipe is included. There are many more recipes in the book that I would like to try especially, Mapled Brussel Sprouts and Roast Loin of Pork with Fruit, Corn Bread and Sausage Stuffing. There is something for everybody to try, taste, and enjoy!!!
