Hits on the same beats as many journeying dog stories, but it's still worth a read for the below reason.

First review
It's rare to find a book written from a dog's perspective, and even rarer to find one about a dog learning humility. If you like the sounds of that, you'll like this one.

What a sweet book about a dog that runs away from home and learns some very valuable life lessons along the way. Things such as learning humility, and one’s place in the world without having to be afraid of everything. It’s such a shame that such well written books like this become forgotten to time. The older scholastic books truly are an amazing gift and I suggest seeking them out and giving them to youngsters these days, rather than some of this new drivel that’s coming out.

Found on my bookshelf. Enjoyable read.

Told from the point of view of the dog.
