UNWANTED MATE I don’t want to feel this pull towards Mika Bright and feel the lust that overtakes me when I smell her. She’s the opposite of everything I want in a female and as the next Alpha to my pack I want my mate to be of my kind, strong, capable, on the fringes of my emotions. Mika isn’t like that. She’s sweet and soft and she needs me to give her things I don’t think I can give her. She’s human to my wolf. Light to my dark. She’s not mine and yet I want her unlike any other female in this world. If I mate her I will lose every iota of control in my life and to a guy like me, control is power.
UNWILLING MATE I will not mate Hannah Seers even if destiny and my animal call to me to do it. She’s spoilt, rude, mean and ugly in ways that have nothing to do with her perfect form and the body that drives me crazy. I shouldn’t look at her and want her and I damn sure should not give in to her demands for a mating but she has something I need and if I have to mate her to get it, I will. That doesn’t mean I will love her even as I take her body and it sure as hell doesn’t mean I want her heart. Or do I?
RELUCTANT MATE The problem with being a liar and a cheat is that before you know it you don’t recognise yourself anymore. I’ve spent my life lying, living in a world where other people don’t really know the real me. I’ve lied to myself, my friends and the one female who I should have claimed years ago. Beebee hates me, for good reason. She doesn’t trust me, for good reason. She wants me, because I make her believe that she should. Now it’s up to me to decide if loving her is worth the risk of losing my freedom and risk losing myself once again when things fall apart.
UNLIKELY MATE I’m a mixed breed shifter who has both bear and wolf within my blood. I am dangerous, big andscare the females in my own pack. I prefer solitude and I keep to myself because I doubt that I will ever be lucky enough to find my Fated, my true female, the one who will complete me. When a car breaks down on the side of the highway that borders my pack and the land I guard the last thing I expect is to see the smallest human female staring back at me. The very last thing I know is that she definitely can never be mine. Even if I know it’s true.
DESTINED TO MATE I’ve killed. I’ve lied. I’ve stolen. I’ve committed every unspeakable crime that you can think of and I haven’t regretted it once until the day Julia Silverton comes for me. She’s my Fated, my one but I don’t want her. I can’t. She’s good and I’m, not. She’s love and I’ve hated for so long I don’t know what that means anymore. She wants me. Needs me and I will save her but I will never give her my heart. I can’t. She’d break me.

DNF after Unwanted Mate (book 1) This is a bundle (I can’t find the individual books anywhere) that I found on scribd. I picked it up because I heard somewhere that they were all rejected mate books. I’m only rating the one I read.
Unwanted Mate 2-⭐’s The book opens with the H (Bear- a wolf shifter) meeting his fated mate (Mika aka Meek) at a diner. She’s a human and he’s not interested because he already has a girlfriend he plans on mating, Hannah. This shouldn’t be a spoiler because it’s in the blurb… but after he’s a jerk to her, the next scene is a sickly/confused Meek running into Bear’s sister who quickly realizes that Bear “mindwiped” her.
It had a YA/immature feel to it, and the plot felt disjointed/didn’t flow smoothly. This was mostly a result of missing worldbuilding. Basically, we’re thrown in… then stuff happens that is never really explained or super logical. For example, the “mindwipe” comes out of nowhere, we end one scene and then are told that’s what happened without even informing us it was an option. (which is a pretty peculiar ability for a shifter) Later, she needs blood to survive… Why? - because we’re told she does… and it has to be someone related to Bear since he refused. Again odd, but Ok, but then towards the end another is mortally wounded and the character rips open his wrist to feed the individual blood, then another licks it to seal the wound and stop the bleeding. 🤔 And that sounds like a vampire. This happens a lot from the h’s special power that’s never explained to the confusing mate-pregnancy- human/shifter mating tidbits.
Also, there’s a fair bit of stuff that just doesn’t make sense. Like being told he lost his best friend because he (Logan) is Hannah’s true mate and she chose him (Bear). To said ex-BF showing up and being his friend. Later, Logan is actually a family member (cousin I believe) cuz the h can use his blood since he’s related to Bear… but again later, Meek is thinking about how she wants to setup Logan and Jules... who is Bear’s sister and should also be related to Logan. 🤷♀️
Pushing all that aside, my biggest grump is that we skipped over all the really angsty parts. He rejects and mindwipes her… off page- we’re told about it later. He and the OW are running all over town… off page- we’re told about it later. The OW is spreading rumors and the pack members are mean to her… off page- we’re told about it later. They are coming over for dinner (h lives w/ his parents) and she’s sad or hiding in her room… off page- we’re told about it later. He announces his engagement to the OW to the family (and h)… off page- we’re told about it later. He FINALLY dumps the OW… off page- we’re told about it later. We’re told how evil, awful the OW is, but there’s only one actual scene where she speaks to the h… and it’s short… and the h acts like a wimp.
Bottom Line- Rejected mates are my jam, but this was missing all the good parts. Peeking at the next books… Hannah’s (OW) is next and I have ZERO desire to read about the author trying to redeem her… which will probably be by giving her a sad story which drives me nuts… cuz you know there aren’t any nice people that have navigated some hardships. And it looks like she also has a big part in book 3… so I’ll pass.
Safety- No scenes between Bear and Hannah happen on page, but he mentions that he’s had sex with her after meeting his mate. because by now I’d be balls deep in Han again and another mention of how horny he is (because of Meek) but he can’t find satisfaction no matter how many times he screwed Hannah. Later, there’s mention that Hannah cut him off until he’d give her a commitment… so it’s conflicting… because he did get engaged. But his alpha dad is denying his petition to mate her.
Not the worst shifter books I have read but definitely in the top 4 worst ever. This author has no respect for “fated” mates and rarely lets her characters shift into their animal form. I love the idea of a cougar/wolf or a bear/wolf but they rarely shift. Also, I truly have grown to hate the term “male” or “female”, this author loves to use the words. This author is easily confused with her own story. The wrong last name used for Mika, Julia is the one that kicked Brigger not Barbie since she was supposed to be in jail. I am glad it was a bundle and it was FREE but it was a waste of a weekend.
Book 1 is 1 Star Bear is an immature, selfish ass, he’s just fine with making Mika sick by “trying” to remove him from her memory and leaves her until near death as long as he’s still able to be with Hanna. Engaged to a raging bitch he only wants Mika after she moves on with someone else. I think Mika forgave way too easy and the happy ever after was too fast. Minimal groveling and unforgivable actions. I never “felt” the mating between these 2 people and Mika would have been better off with Logan. Mika is supposed to be some type of “elemental witch” but the author glosses over THAT without explanation? What happened to her mother?
Book 2 is 0 Stars Hanna and Logan? No freaking way...this author has lost it. Fated means nothing to this author (proven in both this book and the last) so why saddle him with the she bitch? Bear (whom I still don’t like) still loves and misses his friend, trying to let everyone know she is misunderstood. I can’t stand this selfish bitch that was physically hurt so badly that now people want her around, hell even Mika is friends with her and sorry no, can’t even fathom that. This snarky bitch was not redeemable. Skimming over her “fathers” crimes took away too much from this story since we didn’t find out much about them other than he lost is “place” on the council. What happened to Lync?
Book 3 is 2 Stars I would kill myself if Hanna was in my head as often as she is in Barbie’s ~ I had a hard time keeping up with this “ability” since Hanna didn’t know how it worked or how to control it at the end of her book, but again this author explained nothing and allowed the rambling of the she bitch in both Brig and Barbie’s head…and I do mean meaningless rambling. This book, this ONE book could have been epic…it was on track to actually explain everything, but the author totally destroyed the story line, and made the story drone on and on…in my opinion. Brigger is Barbie’s fated? How the heck didn’t she know? This wrapped up way too easy and the author rushed t the happy ending AGAIN
Just a minor pet peeve, there is no reason to shorten the name Scarlett to “Scar”.
Why am I continuing this bundle?
Book 4 was 0 stars since I DNF OK, I admit it…I skipped a few chapters but in my defense the book was boring and had way too much of the “spoiled she bitch” written in AND again, the mental discussions were a bit too much. This book was a bit like book 1 since it is again about a male denying his fated female but in this case it’s because Banner thinks Cass isn’t strong enough to handle his bear/wolf. Skipping to chapter 22…I’m sill bored and done…this entire bundle was a waste of time.
Book 5…. NOPE…I can’t make myself…

I’m.. confused. I only read the first book but I guess they were never published separately so I can’t review them that way. I’m just really confused. I didn’t get any sense of love between the characters, and honestly I was kind of hoping that either a) she’d end up with Logan, or b) she’d die and Bear would be left with the knowledge that it was his fault. I know that’s mean and whatever but I honestly didn’t think he deserved to be happy. He literally TRIED TO KILL HER?! And the whole “suspense” thing was so random and pointless it didn’t work. The entire thing sounded like an amazing premise but it was written like an outline, not a novel.
This author obviously does not know what a cliffhanger is or that these books are NOT stand-alones. The last chapter of book one leads right into the plot of book two and is a continuation of the unfinished story line in the first book. Hello cliffhanger!
Add to that the fact that the author forgets elements of the story line -- such as Logan actually being a cousin to Bear and Julia that should disqualify him from being a romantic interest in Mika's mind. Also add the many misspelled or missing words and weird sentence structures along with flimsy attempts to explain the structure of this fictional pack. The plot was somewhat interesting but not very well-constructed, and that lack of quality definitely took away from the enjoyability of the book. I was definitely disappointed.
Meh. Liked the premise of the first book but I don’t think it was executed well enough. My whole thing is that one minute the guy, Bear, hated her then bam! He wants her. I didn’t feel the build up because one minute they weren’t together and the next he recognizes Mika as his mate. Honestly, I don’t care enough to read the books seeing as how I didn’t form an attachment to any of them. Well, maybe Logan but I don’t care for his love interest in the next book.
Oh, and I don’t think Bear was redeemable enough. He was a huge dickhead.

DEC 26 2020: I've only read book one in this series, and this was a reread of that. I plan to finish the series in the new year (2021).
• Book One - 4 Stars Based on the reviews for Unwanted Mate, I seem to be in the minority of who liked it. I had never read a shifter romance like this, and I enjoyed the change. Looking forward to seeing how the author makes the next books heroine likable.
Reread Review: I enjoyed book one just as much as I did the first time I read it. I love fated storyline in shifter romances, and although I would have liked for Mika to make Bear grovel for at least a chapter or two, I can't help but be happy for both of them. I love Logan but I wasn't rooting for him and Mika to be together. I also loved the fight in Mika and even though all her instincts screamed for Bear she stood strong and did her own thing, like moving in with Logan, and away from Bear and his family. I wouldn't mind rereading this one in the future.
• Book Two - 2.5 Stars Honestly, I don't know what to rate this one. I definitely enjoyed reading it, however there was a lot I didn't like about it. Doesn't make sense, but it is what it is.
The main thing I didn't like was that in book one we fall in love with Logan (H) and loathe Hannah (h), yet in Unwilling Mate in order to like Hannah and accept her being with Logan we have to think he is an unworthy mate. I think the author could have gone down another route in order to redeem Hannah, because this way tarnishes how you feel about Logan to begin with. He is made out to be the bad guy and Hannah to be the misunderstood. Yes it's heartbreaking what Hannah went through her whole life, but I don't believe that gives her a right to be a horrible person to others. I think their opinions about her were justified, however the way the author portrays it is that she was judged before they got to know her. But why would anyone go out of their way to do that when the person is so cruel?
Also, hannah never apologizes for all her actions; she simply blames it on her upbringing. Which I can understand, but like I said; they never knew and that doesn't make it okay to be a bad person to others. Had the she apologized and tried to make her wrongs right, i would have been able to see her as a redeemable character.
I'm glad to have finished this, because I'm looking forward to Barbie's story. I'm hoping the other three books in the series makes up for this one.
• Book Three - 2.5-3 Stars Reluctant Mate I'm still getting my thoughts together for this one, but I will say that this one was a lot more enjoyable than book two. I just wished that Beebee was as fierce and sassy as the first time I met her in book one, because unfortunately that women was nowhere to be seen in her own story, but instead relying on Brig to save her.
As soon as I gather all my thoughts, I will do a better review. __________
This is actually one of the worst books I have ever read. I only got part way through the first before having to give up, so who knows if the other four are just as terrible as the first!
Bear was a disgusting coward. I don't know why the author thought this asswipe would be a ideal hero for a romance story.
Basically, little virgin waitress meets big bad wolf Bear and turns out they are fated mates. He already has a girlfriend he's in loveeee with so ignores the mate bond. But not before messing with her memory and telling her 'not to think of him without pain'. Like seriously WTF!
He then precedes to go and bang his girlfriend Hannah whilst his mate is in heat and dying or some shit like that. They rescue her and he keeps on banging this bitch. That's when I decided to give up.
The only reason I decided to buy that book is that I love fated mate rejects bond stories. But I am not down with the male fucking others having met true mate. Thanks but no thanks.
Think I'll give the rest of the series and the rest of her books a miss from now on. On a side note, I am VERY surprised at how the rating is, did the author get all her friends to review because I don't know people enjoyed these stories?

I read and loved each one of these books! I absolutely adored all the different characters from the b$&*hy Hannah (funnier then heck) to sweet Cass (how that gal always saw the bright side of things is beyond me). Each book with each couple (that always has some type of problem) has its own drama or adventure ending in its own HEA. Could not put it down! Highly recommend it and hoping there’s more.
I'm just not sure what to say except this book needs a content editor in the worst way. To keep reading, or to stop while I'm ahead?? That's where I am now (I've only read book 1).
**Book 1: Bear and Mika**
There were parts of the story where I honestly thought "if the whole book was like this it'd be the easiest 5 stars I've ever rated a book" but boy oh boy there were parts where I felt quite the opposite.
The pace of the story was good, the characters (the good and horrible ones alike) were spot on. The author was very good at making you like and detest characters that's for sure. I just can't get past the plot holes, sections of rather confusing writing style, and contradiction.
I honestly feel that, at least for book 1, if the author had a content editor and reworked or tweaked it that this could be a really great read. That is why I'm going with 3 stars. It kept my attention, it kept me turning page, it's just sad that it wasn't finessed more before publishing.
**Book 2: Logan and Hannah (eww)** My thoughts on book 2 (without actually having read it): I love Logan. He was amazing in the 1st book, and I really want to see him in all his glory as the Hero, but I just hate Hannah so much that I'm not sure I can stomach their union. He. Deserves. Better. And I honestly do not want any level of redemption for her. (So I guess we'll see if I find the strength to keep reading. If so I'll review each book here.)
I loved this series so much!!!! This community is great and the men let me tell you!!! This is one of those series that will have you wishing shifters were real so you could one. These men will have you questioning your relationship and mad that you don't get it like that. Then there's the women lol. They are sweet, sneaky, and know it all but then there's Hannah the mean one that's not really mean but covering a lot of hurt and pain. These women are fierce and are not to be messed with. Now there are so many more people in this town I want to read about. I would love a book on Lync with him getting better and maybe finding another mate. A book about Noble and some of the other enforcers would be great. But I think what I most want to read about beside a better Lync is Nick and the girl that tried to kill him but is really his fated (I can't remember her name). I highly recommend this book! This author is great and she knows how to get you going and keep you there! I can't wait for what's next.
I only read the first book in this box set. My review is for Unwanted Mate.
2 stars
The writing was disappointing - a lot of the plot is shared after the fact/off page. There was little angst on page between the heroine, Mika, and the hero, Bear. A few mistakes were also thrown in, such as Mika taking Logan's blood because they are cousins, which makes him close enough to Bear to provide Mika with Blood to keep her alive. However, Mika later wants to set Logan up with Jules - who is Bear's sister. Wouldn't that mean Logan is Jules' cousin as well? Mika forgets that detail.
There was also a lot thrown at us without any real world building. Why do shifters need "blood" to survive- weird vampire influence. How does Mika, a human, gain weird weather powers? Haivng heightened senses after getting shifter blood is fine, but its pushes a bit when she also loses all her cellulite and other flaws. Very Twilight-coded as they become the prettiest versions of themselves after they turn. This goodreads review is pretty accurate too.
Tropes: -Fated mates -Rejected mates (reunite) -Human & shifter -Wolf shifters -OW drama -Hero is in love with OW -Cheating (hero cheats on OW with the heroine) -Grovel... not really. He feels guilty after he sees he caused her pain and secretly pays for all her stuff but he still chooses the OW. Eventually when he realizes he loves the heroine, he wants to win back her trust and love and asks for a 6 month trial. She sees he changed and they move on. He needed to do a lot more to win back my forgiveness.
Triggers: -Kidnapped &assaulted by enemy -Side character is pregnant with twins, one dies in birth.
I've only read the 1st book and I won't be reading anymore in this series. The more and more I think over this book the more disappointed I am. There are several reasons.... 1. Being fated to someone you hate or never know and bc your fated you automatically love them. Just no. That's not love people its lust plain and simple you cannot love someone you don't know. 2. Logan- I liked him alot, in fact I wish it had been him Meek was fated to not the jackass Bear. The reason I will not be reading another book is bc you have this great guy who you can't help but like and in the next book he's getting together with Hannah (a women who this book depicts as a completely selfish, cancerous women who everyone but Bear hates!!!!). I mean he can't stand the woman but what fate makes it different.... 3. Meek and Bear- I just i cant. Shes a human who is now stuck living in a shifter town bc the guys shes fated to rejects her. Ok cool. He gets engaged to another woman, okay.....man she's fated to is jealous bc shes living with another guy so of course its natural for him to come over, take her virginity and then walk away bc you know hes engaged. WTF and she still ends up with him! 4. The author can't even seem to keep her characters straight. At one point the brilliant Meek mentions she wants to set up Jules and Logan. They are cousins and I don't mean distant cousins. I mean its brought up time and time again in the beginning of the book. Cousins...... 5. At the beginning of the book Meek runs away to get some much needed relaxation. So she goes to a friend's cabin. Jules calls and hears Meek dying on the other end of the line so of course the shifters just call up her friend and find out where she is. Bc you know giving conplete strangers the location of your single friend who is all alone in a cabin is the smart play. Seriously there is just so much I could add more but its just not worth my time
This was a great collection of five standalone stories based around the pack of Greyriver Shifters. Each story focuses on a fated couple, two people regardless of race, gender, shifter type or human, who are linked to be mated. As always the males are big, alpha, dominant types who eventually care obsessively for their females, even if they don't to begin with, but the females have their own way of showing their strength and soon have the males towing the line.
During this series we follow the matings of Bear and Mika, Logan and Hannah, Brigger and Barbie, Banner and Cass, and Blain and Julia. Although these can be read as a standalone, I would recommend reading them in order as most of the characters do appear in each others books, which gives some good background into that character ready for their own story. There is also an underlying story that runs throughout the series, which would be confusing if you don't read from the beginning.
I did enjoy these books, however there were times when I really disliked some of the male Shifter characters and their attitudes towards their females. I'm not sure I would have been so tolerant with a man if he treated me the way these guys treated their prospective mates...fated or not, I'd have been out of there, not constantly trying to please him.
An enjoyable fantasy series with Shifters, Humans, Fated and Mated, threats to the pack, loyalty and betrayal, and not forgetting some hot, animalistic sex!
I am in agreement with a lot of the reviews, the first book was not so great. The series improved both in plot and character development and I found the series concluded satisfactorily. It seemed the world was not quite fleshed out as it should have been and as a result there is a few contradictions in both behaviour and emotional responses. I read an ebook version and found there to be quite a few errors in both spelling and sentence structure, which contributes to the story jumping around and being a bit incoherent. I found the last book the best in the series. Both in cohesiveness and enjoyably. Basic storyline is that packs of shifters have spread out into separate regions with individual and archaic laws, causing low birth rates and less fated couples. Fated mates are rare and members of the greyriver pack are starting to find theirs, this puts into motion a chain of events that revolutionises and incites change to unify laws and make sure more fated unions occur.
I read book one (Mika and Bear), and it was so long, I kind of lost the will to read any more. I liked the story okay, even though there were a lot (as in way too much) going on. We don't get a conclusion to anything outside of the relationship, and I hated Bear as a love interest. I was rooting for Logan the whole book. Sorry Kristina, but this was a miss for me.
Some grammatical mistakes, and a lot happens in the background. For instance, the whole reason Bear doesn't want Mika, his fated, is because of Hannah, and we don't meet her until almost to the end. Before that, we get told that she spreads rumors and follows Mika around town. Blah....
We don't get any closure with Mika's mom or the attacks. Heck, we don't even get any closure with Hannah... I was disappointed to say the least and didn't want to read any more.
I finished book 1. Then stopped to read something else because I don't really like bingeing. Anyway, it was a nice book, except for the main love interest, Bear. He is an absolute asshole and hasn't been redeemed in my eyes. I expected more from him and from Mika. But she was a softie. I understand, I really do, there are forgiving people out there. I am not one of them, if a man did that to me I would have his balls, literally. There were so many grammar and spelling mistakes that I had to do a double take every other page. It kind of messed up my reading. This book could do with a lot of editing. That said, there were some good parts and I will definitely give book 2 a chance but maybe not right now.
It was an interesting read. I was only able to find all 5 books in one. Which was fine. But I do think that the plot was relatively repetitive in the books. I do think the most interesting books were Barbie and Brigg’s and Jules and Blain’s.
I thought it was odd how Hannah became the glue to hold the group together even though Bear and Mika are the “alpha” couple. In fact it was as if they were dropped from the series completely.
The books were overall an easy read and entertaining enough. It was a struggle to get through the first book and some of the second. But if you have time to kill I will say these books will help you pass some time. But they wouldn’t be my first recommendation.
Look these books could be really great if you had a better proofreader and remembered what you had the characters do in previous chapters. Dialogue is good, storyline interesting enough. Honestly I wish there was a report button for editing mistakes. My rating is low because of poor editing which would fix the problems in the book. Here is one example a character hates her love interest because he wiped her memory she describes this as rape and then next page says she's just annoyed at him etc. Seriously.
I’ve only read the first 2 books. Mika and Bear.. hmm it was okay. A female in heat sounds painful. Logan and Hannah.. I’m not understanding the redeemable qualities people are saying about Hannah. I just can’t see it. I didn’t like her in the first one and I wanted to see what the hype was about for the second one but no. I won’t be reading the rest of the series.
5 books for free - that should tell you this isn’t 5star worthy but it is okay. Are there typos? Yup. Could it use editing? Yup. Are there issues with the story you wish were addressed or explored? Definitely! But this is a solid beach read or filler before your next invested series release.
Well it was free … so I guess that will will give you an idea. The first book was ok , not special but ok . If you are looking for a shifter story with a ton of inner dialog this is for you. But not my fave.
DNF. Only started because it was a free download and I’m not even joking when I say it isn’t even worth the energy it takes to click the *download* button.
First off, the shifter aspect is not very prominent, it's more of a side-note. Other than that, it is heartbreaking, snarky, ugly stories about struggling to survive and fitting in. It's vindication of the bad guys, and hurt-comfort in a variation of the classic shifter romance: Lots of conflict, and making up, an overbearing alpha, a mate who's trying to fit in and a clear line-up to the next story. It's a good choice if you just want to loose yourself and be entertained for a couple of hours.
Book 1. It starts out a bit harsher than your run of the mill shifter story, but I quite liked it anyway.
Book 2. I was quite impressed with how the author managed to turn my preconceptions upside down. And I quite liked how they fought for most of the story. Unfortunately it seemed rather forced towards the end, but it was still an interesting story.
Book 3. A bit more comedy and slapstick than the previous ones, but I liked it.
Book 4. If you can accept the premises of Cass, it's actually a really nice story, slightly repetitive, and fun. I think it's a shame that Banner never really got unfolded though.
Book 5. Mostly just porn and a plot that evolved just outside of the actual story. There was a lot of speculation on what was going on, but nothing tangible enough to actually follow or make sense of. I found it very frustrating.
Ok so there are five stories/books in this book. Each one is about a different couple, but there is a long going story that goes throughout each book. Book 1 sucked me in. However book 2...omg that one is my favorite. Hannah was my favorite character throughout all the books. I’ll be honest...by the end I was a little disappointed. It was kind of anticlimactic. I wanted a little more groveling from the alpha. As a side note...the author had no idea how a cervix works in the first 2 books. Thankfully the word cervix is not mentioned in books 3-5. Also...the phrase “for all intents and purposes” is used 9 times. 9. That’s almost 2 per book. It might not seem like a lot, but after a while it feels repetitive. Read this if only for Hannah. She’s hilarious and has so much depth and character growth.
I absolutely hated the first book. I mean, I get the whole fated, can’t make your vagina fight biology thing, but really? Have some self respect. I would have kicked Bear in the nuts repeatedly. And we really see no interaction between the two characters besides at the beginning and then when they all of a sudden get together. We are told about family dinners and stuff, but I would have liked to actually experience some of the tension. But I didn’t so I couldn’t really buy the whole love thing when they actually did get together. Then I loved book two. Hannah was fantastic. I got somewhat confused by all the council stuff in book 3 but I enjoyed it. And the last two were fun. Hannah really made the whole thing more enjoyable for me. I would have given a higher rating if not for Bear and Mika’s book. I do hope it continues cuz I would love to see Lync and his brother both get their own books. And clark.
