The Supers are having growing pains. They are trying to expand and perfect their powers, learn how to work best together as a team, figure out how they work together on a personal level, and how to best serve their community. Unfortunately, the community doesn't want them. The city has a special task force dedicated to stopping them and their allies are targets. It's getting more difficult to know where to draw lines, know who to trust. Do they fight for what is right, fight for the people or do they disband before the fight turns even uglier?

Rogues is a complex RH; part comic book, part romance. It's 100% entertainment. Astrid continues to grow. She still has a hard time truly being part of a team but she's come so far in this short period of time. I love her strength, her breakdowns, her impulsiveness, her self-doubt. Her individual actions and lack of communication are still being addressed but it's clear that she is their heart, the center of the team. She's getting closer to Owen and Quinn, trying to bring Draco in fully, and ease Cedric (Casper) out of his self-induced life of isolation. Owen and Quinn continue to be awesome. My love increases for these two each book. Their bond, their bickering, the way they are so different yet compliment each other so nicely, how they are with Astrid, hot, caring, protective. I adore them! Draco is pure hotness. I love the slow build with his feelings for Astrid, I love his flashbacks, his protectiveness, his depth. Casper's scenes are pure vulnerability. Each time he steps out of the shadows it's amazing. His ability to face his fears for Astrid moved me. Also, his brain is incredible and sexy as hell.

The story itself just keeps getting better. The bad guys are dangerous; equals in every way, sometimes even superior. The suspense, the danger, the touch of humor are perfect for this action-filled, superhero adventure. I cannot wait for more!

HOLY MOLY GUYS!

Things in this book are a little harder for Astrid and her team of supes.
It seems the city they are trying to love has turned their back on them.
The question now is: should they continue to fight, or back off?

Plot Twist happens!!

In this book, we see Astrid getting closer to her team mates Owen and Quinn.
She also tries to break Cedric (Casper) and Draco from their comfort zones.
Trying to bring them into the team in a more functional manner.

We find out a bit more about what went down in the beginning (when the kids were in the group home) with Project 12.
As well as what is currently going on with Crescent City.

Some of the past mysteries have been solved.

I am just loving this series.

I haven't gotten a solid grasp on how many will be in Astrid's harem and I am kind of loving that aspect.
I like the unknown of it, always on the edge of my seat, wondering who will be brought in.

I can't wait to see what the next book will bring.
The things that went down in this book have to be leading to something epic.

If you haven't picked up this series yet, I recommend that you do.
It is very enjoyable and I don't think you would be disappointed.

I really am loving this series. After what was a slightly rocky start in book one for me, the rest of the books after have just been pulling me in.

Rogues is no different and is jam packed full of action, intrigue and adventure. Just when you think you've worked out who the baddie is, bam, we're wrong and it's not what we originally thought. As well as the characters being kept on their toes with everything so are us readers.

Astrid's relationships are growing from strength to strength in this book. She adds one more to her harem and they're all starting to discover that they are actually all stronger together than apart. Casper has more of a starring role in this book too. I really like Caspar and I think he needs to trust that Astrid won't judge him, hopefully in the next book he'll come out more.

I'm really enjoying these books and Rogues is another 5 star from me. I'm looking forward to the next book and discovering what adventures the team will go on and who else from the Supers project they'll meet.

This series continues to feel like a superhero TV show or movie to me - superhero action and gadgets, romance (albeit of the reverse harem variety which, sadly, we do not see in TV) and the necessary villains. "Rogues" is the third in the series and my favorite part(s) were the additional focus on Casper and Draco - my two favorite heroes. Their situations in the series have touched me the most from an emotional standpoint and I was happy to see their page time increased. I like that the romance is progressing at different paces with the different heroes (liking quite a lot actually as compared to the immediate-ness of so many other RH books). This series is light and fun and though I usually prefer a longer, slower and more detailed story I find myself liking the escape such a fast-paced story provides in between my longer, heavier reads.

Wow, wow, and wow!!! Book three did not disappoint in the least. We again follow the heroic journey of Astrid, Quinn, and Owen. However, we are introduced more to a wonderful character, Draco. We also learn of a couple new badies. What else could you ask for in a super hero tale. The interactions between Astrid and "her lost boys" are witty, fast paced and quirky. Absolutely perfect!!! The battle wages on against the evil in the city as they dawn their super hero suits and set out on adventures that have you cheering, gasping and pumping your fists. Can't wait for number 4.

Astrid and her team are working to bring Draco and Casper into the fold. New enemies arise, and old loyalties are questioned. I actually really enjoyed the interactions between Casper and Astrid, and hope to see their relationships develop. Draco's character gains some depth, and is able to overcome his own inner struggles. Overall this was a fun and great addition to this series. Angel Lawson has definitely created an endearing and fun new series!

Love this series. Astrid and the guys are put in a tough spot when the community is turned against them. They have to decide if they want to continue being vigilantes or just let the special police force take care of everything. This was so much more emotional and we get to learn so many new secrets. Love meeting Casper and Mr perfect trying to figure out his role. Can't wait to see where the elites will go next.

I’m pretty sure I’m done with this series. It reads too slow for me with all the character building in every book, along with everything happening on the waterfront. The author knows what she is doing with the story though and I do see lots of potential. I’m not invested in the characters like I hoped I would be.

Things just got even crazier!

Holy cow guys and gals, things just got nuts! The twists in this book are incredible and completely unexpected! Crack and Casper are starting to warm up to the team a bit more and Jensen isn't who he appears to be. Things are going crazy in the world of the Supers and I can't wait to read more!

This series just keeps getting better. Astrid, Quinn, Owen and Casper are trying their best to do the right thing and now Draco is joining their team. Someone is keeping secrets and they may just rock the team to the core. I was shocked and can't wait to see where things go next.
