I principi della DBT in azione. Accettazione, cambiamento e dialettica

Rate this book

This is an excellent book about how to do DBT beyond teaching skills and following protocols. I find it particularly useful in bringing the spirit of DBT (e.g., acceptance, change, and dialectics) into an integrative approach to psychotherapy. (As my site does not have a full DBT program.) Valuable to any therapist working from a modality that incorporates third-wave CBT.

I found many parts of this book very helpful in gaining a deeper understanding of DBT and application of the principles.

I just find this style of writing too verbose though (its actually how I write and struggle with how indirect my message seems to come out!) and get more from books written in a very direct, pointed style of writing.
