Everything in this book sounds amazing and it's definitely inspired me to try making more pastry by hand!
Only downside is that the author seems to use a large range of pie and tart tins, and I just don't have that many. Would be good to have other options (eg "this works best in a 9" tart ring but a 8" tart case will be fine")
