This is just to show you that I have no pride in revealing what in fact I am reading.

Ok, if you are at Target, buzzing from a giant Starbucks chased by a jumbo Diet Coke, do NOT pick up this book even if it is somehow calling out to you, promising that it will fix all your problems!

Such a weird-ass book that was sometimes so jaw dropping that it forced me to turn to look at a photo of this so called life coach to see what the fuck was going on here???

I suppose I applaud her for her breezy style and her strong opinions, but I can't say that it left me more enlightened or more of a bad ass. And, I'm still not looking at myself in the mirror, saying "I love my fat ass." So maybe that's been my problem all along.

A previous coworker told me I should read this because I was starting a new job and was anxious about it.

Kind of him to suggest but I don’t think self help books are for me

I got some book vouchers for Christmas and kept seeing this book everywhere so I thought I'd give it a read. The book is very easy to read. It covers a number of points and concepts that can help you to change your thinking.

The book is a good personal development book. It costs the same price as a beer and if you can get any benefit from it then its a good way to invest a couple of hours of your life.

The books are pretty short. I managed to read it in two days. If you want to make some change in your life and you need a book to help kick0start that change, then this book might be the one to help

This book was perfect for someone like me who isnt thrilled to read boring self help books. The stories, examples and situations are realistic. I feel motivated and equipped to at least start on my journey to getting my truest happiness. The advice is easy to incorporate into my life and not overwhelming. Highly recommend this quick read. You will laugh out loud and walk away seeing things differently

It was funny enough and served it's point. I was hoping Archer would have delve deeper into more context, but it worked.

Some good ideas, some redundant. I think she tries a little too hard to be funny.

I really appreciated the exercise about getting over old, deep-seated beliefs and creating new, powerful stories!

This was a good book. It is stuff we all know but we just don't do and she tells you how you can start doing it.
