Good for basic information

Max Axiom book are always a great resource for students on whatever topic is being covered. In this particular one, Max is teaching about Volcanoes. I was a little disappointed that it didn't add more to, or clarify better what was already in the Earth Science Text book, like these books usually do. However, a good book all the same for more reluctant readers who may enjoy the graphic novel style way the information is presented.

Great comic book style way to learn about science. In this episode Max Axiom travels around the world talking to different scientists about volcanoes. You learn a lot about the types of volcanoes and what kind of eruptions there are.
