The Alpha Billion-weres #3

The Billion-Were Claims His Mate

Rate this book
Werewolf. Billionaire. Bastard. Boyfriend? Curvy fox shifter Savannah Orman has enough on her plate without the world’s sexiest wolf shifter, Austin Bronson, trying to stake his claim on her. Her family is crazy, her mom keeps meddling in her non existent love life, and their restaurant is about to be repossessed by a jerk who calls himself The Lord of All Foxes. All she wants to do is save her family’s business with her side job as a bounty hunter.

So why does Austin not only keep stealing her marks, and then taunting her with searing kisses, but showing up at her family home and telling everyone she’s his mate? Now her kooky mom is planning their mating ceremony, and the whole town can’t stop talking about the first ever fox-wolf pairing – which is SO not going to happen!

Austin Bronson’s a wolf on a mission – to claim the fiercest, funniest, sexiest woman he’s ever met, even if she doesn’t know she’s his mate yet. But when dark forces from his past make him an offer he can’t refuse, he finds himself going up against Savannah in a game with deadly consequences - capturing the most dangerous shifter in the country. Now he'll have to choose between the love of his life – and the life of his pack.

Georgette St. Clair writes hot, sexy romances starring Alpha heroes. The road to love may be rocky and fraught with peril (and humor and scorchtastic sex and healthy heapings of snark), but her shifters will stop at nothing to claim the women they love.

Georgette has worn many hats in life: newspaper reporter, EMT, internet marketer, cocktail waitress, temp, nurse’s aide (not in chronological order).

When she’s not rescuing fur-babies, she spends her days in a fantasy universe where she nudges her smart-mouthed, take-no-gruff heroines onto paths which will set them on a collision course with true love.

The final book in the Alpha Billion-weres series.
In this one we meet a new shifter, a curvy fox named Savannah. Savannah has a crazy family she tries to help, as their livelihood is threatened. Her side hustle is being a bounty hunter, which also involves hunting wolf shifters.
Austin (the third wolf-brother), is a sexy loner with a dark past, who hunts dangerous lone wolves. Austin and Savannah have gone after the same marks several times, which becomes increasingly annoying as Austin keeps stealing her marks. Their path cross yet again, but this time, things are different.
The story is cute, entertaining, and filled with lust and secrets 🦊🐺💕

This is the 3rd installment of this series. I think the last also. Its been about 5 months since the 2nd book was released. I have to be honest and say I forgot most of what this series was about. It took reading the whole thing to remember some of what happened in the other books. Vague memories though. Thats the issue about waiting so long to release the next in a series. We forget the other books. Authors have lives too and sometimes things get delayed. On with my review.

Savannah is a bounty hunter. She's been in competition with Austin for awhile and he pushes her buttons. Annoys her....sexy bastard. Austin has limited time and he wants to pursue Savannah but something is eating away at him. He doesnt want to get close knowing his days are numbered. They team up for a last big gig but there are things not right about it. Can they figure it out before the end? Did his brother, Cliff really betray him or is there a bigger secret at work? Can Savannah save Austin along with her family's business and home?

This was just ok for me. It was a little slow in certain parts of the book. I think about the middle and towards the end it was much better. I do like Georgette's books. I've read her stuff for years and loved many. I think over time my tastes have changed a little. I need more variety in stories and hers seems to be the same for the most part. I know she's done some different things but I am anxious to find out what her next project will be. I'm in no way stopping reading her books at all. Just voicing my opinions and feelings.

I received a copy of this book from Booksprout.

Wow

While I did enjoy this book you definitely have to go into it knowing it’s a lite romance. Even with all the melodrama of a horrible childhood plot twist it was still a very immature character profile.

The male and female lead were so childish towards each other it can even be construed as charming in the vast majority of the book. The “honeymoon” ending was not so charming however. I can’t find it appealing where on character runs off on there honeymoon to do a job. I don’t care if it does make sense for the plot, it’s just not romantic.

Either way, it’s a drawn out story yes, but it was still an interesting read. Too childish for me to want to read again but it was still quite witty enough to earn a 4 star review. Enjoy.

Austin Bronson is aware that he is turning feral, the timing sucks as he has met the woman who was meant to be his mate. However Savannah Orman, a fox shifter, makes no bones that Austin is driving her nuts. As a bounty hunter she needs the monies to save her families restaurant and he keeps nabbing her bounties. Working together they both are after the same man who is not what he pretends to be. Can they join forces and is Austin's feral side really making an appearance?

This was fun, there were times I thought it was a little bit over muddled with everything going on but overall enjoyable story. I liked Savannah she is feisty. Fun series.

The final Bronson- Austin

Austin was the youngest brother in the family. His father beat him and broke his bones constantly while his mother sat and watched while getting drunk. When he was sixteen his brother had his father send him to a military school. He was tortured while there so he ran away. He is now part of another pack that are basically bounty hunters, but he never felt like he had a family. Until he saw Savannah. There was just something about her. But he knows that he cancer be with her because he has been having crazy hallucinations. He was told that he was going feral.
Savannah hunts bounties in order to earn money to help her family. They borrowed a bunch of money and a balloon payment of sixty thousand dollars is due in thirty days. She is always competing with Austin for the rewards.
There is a million dollar bounty that Austin must take to save his pack from death, but Savannah needs the money or her family will lose their house and restaurant.
There is trouble involving Jason Washborn from a previous book. Old disagreements are resolved and secrets are exposed.
I love the way this series has ended. I just wished that the bad elders got their just dues. I love these type of stories, please keep writing them.

*SPOILERS* As with all her previous books, this one was a mile a minute filled with oodles of fun, wit and lots of surprises! Combine one super independent, sassy, hard working foxy were named Savannah busting her bum to make sure her family doesn't lose their home and livelihood.... And her arch nemesis Austin the grumpy Gus werewolf... OK so archnemesis isn't quite accurate. So he gets her all hot and bothered, and makes her revert to the school yard method of flirting. As they're both in the bounty hunting business she takes it out on him by stealing his marks and generally making his life miserable . Little does she know the big bad wolf is equally interested in her. Austin thinks he's sparing her by pushing her away as he believes he's going feral. Pushing ones truemate away is no easy thing to do. Join the ride and see all the adventures these to go on... Much is uncovered along the way. Family is healed, old scars reopened, and huge secrets are brought to light. Through it all Savannah and her wit are by his side! I reviewed this book honestly in return for being gifted an ARC copy. Here's hoping another book is coming soon in this brilliant series!!

Didn’t start off well for me but these two were a very good match in the end.
Wasn’t sure I even liked the heroine Savannah at the start but I really disliked the selfish sister Jessamine. What was she doing to help their finances?
By chapter 4 this was becoming a DNF for me which is so rare for me and this author. Just too much ridiculousness going on and I was not in the mood to untangle it.
When I picked it up and continued reading, the story started to come together for me and I am glad to say this improved into a good, interesting read with lots happening.
We find out more about the boys childhoods and why certain things happened as they did.
Very sad for lots of people but Austin has Savannah and her family to support him now as well as reconnecting properly with Grant and Cliff.
Been a few months since the first book so I had forgotten a few things about this world but someone really needs to remove a few certain elders for good.
I believe this is the last book which is a pity.

Wow what an unusual read! Savannah is antagonistic to men. I mean really antagonistic. In some ways she annoyed me alot but honestly she worked great with Austin's personality and I really enjoyed the change.

The push pull relationship between these two main characters create an interest in readers to find a resolution that makes sense for Savannah and Austin to have a HEA. Unfortunately or should I say fortunately the author doesn't make it easy on the reader with all the twists and turns to the story.

Savannah is a most unusual female....she seems very rough around the edges and so tough nothing affects her. As her character develops the reader with find she is much softer than she allows people to see.

Austin was a hit with me from page one. I laughed as his persistence with Savannah and felt deep sorrow for other areas in his present and past life.

I know the reader will enjoy this read and I give it 4 STARS.

Wow this was an amazing book. This series just keeps
getting better. The books are so well-written and thought out.
Georgette has a way of drawing you in and holding onto you
till the end.

This is Austin's story and how he met his foxy mate
Savannah. They are both bounty hunters. And he keeps
stealing her marks. But that is just his way of being near her.
As he believes he is going mad. But deep down he wants to
give her another kind of mark. I love her ingenuity with the
tranquilizer and how she is just as tough as any guy. And
man her family is weird in a good way. I never laughed so
much in my life. And man I love her mom. She can knock
anyone on their but. So not mess with the mama fox. You are
going to love this book.

Now before I ruin this for you I will leave off here. I hope you
enjoy this book as much as I did. If you do like this book,
please consider leaving a review. The Authors really like it
when you do; they value your opinions too

Very entertaining

Savannah and her family are facing eviction due to a loan they took out to help with the medical bills for her father. It help ease her father pain but didn’t prevent his passing.
Savannah is a bounty hunter to make Big buck except when the wolf shifter Austin takes her marks and the pay with it. With only a month left before the house is taken and her family is homeless.
Austin loves to mess with Savannah but has no clue that he may cause her family to become homeless. Plus he’s fighting his own demons. To include his attraction to Savannah.
Well written self-contained story that’s very entertaining to read.

Billionweres Foxy Forever

I have been looking forward to Austin’s story and again Georgette St Clair does not disappoint. I have enjoyed all her stories and series. Austin and Savannah were a hoot their personalities just clicked right up to the end. His brothers also appear in the story, secrets revealed and new and old relationships are forged and repaired. I loved this book! It’s now one of my favorite stories by this author. The book was filled with humor, intense sexual attraction, and some pretty shocking twists. I really enjoy how this author works in the secondary characters with such humor. The bantering between Savannah and Austin was hilarious and the bantering between other characters as well through out was fun to read. I found myself chuckling often. It was a fun read and kept my interest all the way through. Highly recommend books by this author.

Great Book

As I read this book I think that everyone has some kind of issue. And that is true in my mind. But as I progress on, I see that what one person needs, another person can fill the void. And I am not just talking the hero and heroine. It was amazing how all the characters on their own hurt but when they all came together, they were nearly perfect. Of-course it took a lot of drama to get them together.

Funny and entertaining with a little bit of family drama. Austin and Savannah can't help going after the same bounties and giving each other a hard time. They also can't help the attraction they feel for each other. When the call goes out for the most dangerous mark either of them has ever gone after, they have to decide if they can work together or both risk not making it back alive.

Slow, predictable and short

This is not a novel but a novella. Unfortunately, that wasn't the major drawback with the story. For me, so much time was spent building drama that less time went into character development. Therefore both primary characters came off as incomplete. The characters were not interesting enough to engage my interest even though l looked forward to completing the series. I stopped reading and didn't go back to the story for months.

Austin is the youngest of the Bronson brothers and has a secret. Not only has he shunned his home pack from Hidden Hills, is a bounty hunter for the most violent shifters, but he sees nightmarish visions. Now, bounty hunting is a lucrative pastime, but his try joy is annoying a sexy little fox named Savannah, also a bounty hunter. What is unknown to both of them is the fact they have a destiny together and this next bounty worth a million dollars will reveal all the truths for both of them.

*AUDIOBOOK*

Love this series.

Fox-shifter. "Billionaire" werewolf--although, he does not associate with that part of his past. Savannah cracks me up. I love her banter/competitive relationship with Austin. Bounty-hunters. I was happy that we got to see what happened between Austin and his brothers and why Cliff betrayed him years ago. I think this is my favorite of this series so far. Can't wait til the next one!

The Billion-Were Claims His Mate

I was dying to see what they would do to Algernon in the end and what he would do. I always suspected Roy was innocent since Jason wanted to bring him in alive. Plots and twists are amazing
