New York Times and USA Today Bestselling Author L. Wilder brings readers another wild ride in the Satan's Fury Series.

I may look like the boy next door, but if you mess with someone I care about, I'll become your worst nightmare.

Ellie:
I never dreamed that I'd end up at a motorcycle club, especially one as notorious as the Satan's Fury MC, but that's exactly where I'd found myself. They were supposed to be vicious, cold-blooded killers, but after an accident that nearly took my life, they opened their doors to me, treating me with nothing but kindness.

I was damaged, broken beyond repair, but one man, one tough-as-nails biker, saw past all my scars. With his sinful good looks and intoxicating, green eyes, he could turn the head of any woman, but for me, it was his heart that drew me in.

Diesel:
I should've kept my distance, kept my guard up, but Ellie Blackwell had me feeling things I'd never felt before-good things, really good things. There was no way I was gonna walk away from that. It might've been a mistake to get wrapped up in her when there were so many unknowns surrounding her past, but in my gut, I knew she was the one.

I didn't care what obstacles stood in my way, I was going to make her mine.

The brothers of Satan's Fury are back with this fast paced, action packed, MC romance. Diesel is book eight of the Satan's Fury MC series. This full-length standalone novel is intended for mature audiences only, due to the explicit language and violence. Reader discretion is advised.

Other Books in the Satan's Fury MC series:
Maverick- Book 1
Stitch- Book 2
Cotton- Book 3
Clutch- Book 4
Smokey- Book 5
Big- Book 6

Diesel was Satan’s Fury MC’s eighth book by L Wilder.

Diesel aka Scotty, was fairly new to the Satan’s Fury. We met him in the previous book, Two Bit, as Zoe’s savior from the Chosen Knights. We learned quickly that Diesel was actually Zoe’s half brother. He was big and strong, but he had a soft spot, loyalty and an alpha protective streak for those he loved.

Ellie had a hard adult life. She married the wrong person and lived an abused life. We meet her when she was on the run, had an accident and woke up without her memory. She proved to be strong and fierce, despite her experiences.

Wilder took us through a tale while unraveling the pieces of Ellie’s story in order to bring us to the present. It was somewhat suspenseful while each layer was being revealed, but it wasn’t drama filled, turbulent or even violent (other than the past abuse) as many of the MC’s stories have been.

In the end, it was a quick read, a reminder of the horrific challenges within an abusive life, and a sweet story for those who find their champions. It wasn’t my favorite of the series, but it was well written and enjoyable, none the less. For the next books in the series, it appears we’ll be heading over to the Memphis charter of the Satan’s Fury. Hopefully new details will be revealed soon.

Diesel ❤ Ellie! Another wonderful addition in the the Satan's Fury MC series and I really enjoyed reading this book! Additionally, a random song totally stuck in my head since I read that Diesel's real name was Scotty...
...Scotty doesn't know

I tried!!! Lord knows I did. Don't understand the high rating! Must be because of the cover model?
Writing is juvenile and dialogue was ridiculous consider these guys are bikers (They sounded more like a bunch of girls!)

Main characters are uninteresting and had no real chemistry. Plot was predictable and it felt like the author stretched out some parts to make her book longer. The whole beginning was some background and then the hero on run with another biker brother. Pages and pages of useless content. By the time the heroine enter the plot, I was getting really annoyed. But i continued and got more pages pointless content.

Had to stop.

Ellie was young when she made a decision to stand by a man who wasn't worthy of her loyalty. Years later Ellie is on the run but she crashes her car and ends up losing her memory. Waking up and not recalling anything abut herself she finds herself under the care of Satan's Fury MC.

Ellie brings out a protective instinct for Diesel. He knows she has scars from her past and she is uncertain why but he wants to help her. As they grow into a friendship Diesel wants more from Ellie and she wants the same but what will happen when Ellie remembers who she is?

I went back and forth on a 3.5-4 star range on this one. I liked the overall story and really was curious about Diesel but there is not that spark of connection between Ellie and Diesel I would have liked. Diesel had an unusual story and I think you need Zoe's book to put all the pieces together where he is concerned. Good book, just different then the rest in the series.

Here we go again. Another Satan's Fury guy stole my heart. Sighs. Probably I should stop to be surprised by this.
I fell for Diesel from the moment he meets Ellie. The way he took care of her, been for her... Diesel is sweet, loyal, sexy and has a heart of gold.
There a storm comes with Ellie, and once again Satan's Fury shows how amazing they are. I love them even more.

Diesel was about as perfect a book boyfriend as I think it's possible to get. This whole story not only made me remember yet again why I love this author so much, but made me want a Diesel of my own.

I loved all of the unexpected twists and turns that took place in the story. I won't give anything away in this review, but suffice it to say that the synopsis definitely does not prepare you for what's to come in this book. And I mean that in the best way.

Ellie and Diesel have this instant chemistry which I loved. Of course getting to visit with the other members of the Satan's Fury MC was great. But overall I just felt like this book was amazing. It was a perfect example of what I like to see in character relationship development. Instant chemistry doesn't have to equal insta-love. I like seeing examples of the characters talking or spending time together and just getting to know each other before they are declaring that they're in love. I really liked the strength shown by Ellie when she finally decided to take action to get herself out of the situation she was in. And of course it led her to Diesel so no complaints there.

While I may be slightly saddened that I won't get another book from this particular group for a while, I am very excited about what's to come with the Memphis charter.

I'm not sure how Miss Wilder keeps out doing herself from one book to the next, but with this book she has raised the bar to an epic level. This story was so much more then boy meets girl and falls in love. This was truly a story of finding ones self, putting all the bad stuff behind you, and finding the life you were meant to have. Most people don't know what it's like to live in a nightmare, but Ellie does. I admired her drive and determination to not only live through it, but to survive it. She has a strength and a courage that most people don't. She has a heart that refused to be beaten down. What can I say about Diesel other then he is a true hero. Don't let those boy next door good looks fool you. He is not to be underestimated. When it comes to standing up and protecting the ones he loves he will stop at nothing to do it. He fits in very well with the other Satan's Fury men. They are all yummy on the outside, but when push comes to shove you don't want to be on the wrong side of that shove. This was a true love story. Two people who met under difficult circumtances, but who's hearts recognized each other's as their other half. I loved this book, just as I've loved every other book in this series. But I think this is possibly my favorite for many reasons. I would definitely recommend this book.

Wow! Once again, Leslie has blown me away with Diesel! Continuing on with the Satan's Fury MC, Wilder turns out once again a stunning story. I loved Diesel's persona - strong, sweet, sexy and a true gentleman. The chemistry between him and Ellie was phenomenal, and I must say, very electric. Ellie is a fighter – a domestic abuse survivor. As she flees to escape her past, she ends up with amnesia and is saved by the men of Satan’s Fury. The whole time she is trying to regain her memory, Diesel takes on the role of protector and friend and makes us fall in love with him just a little bit more – as if he could get any more perfect! The twists and turns kept me guessing and intrigued. Throughout Ellie’s journey into regaining her memory, Diesel stands at her side and supports her. Ellie is not a helpless waif, and that I like. She takes responsibility for her actions, all the while remaining loyal to the Satan’s Fury. As an avid reader of Leslie’s work, I loved the brotherhood and interaction between the men from previous books and the reference to connections in Devil Chaser’s MC. Like I said, twists and turns and ties from all previous books! I totally immersed myself in Diesel’s story, and felt like I was right there with Diesel and Ellie. Diesel pulls at your heart strings. Fabulous read! I was great to catch up with the other guys and see their love grow and the bond created in the Satan’s Fury brotherhood. I can’t wait for the next installment!

I was so excited when L. Wilder said wed get a book for Diesel. I enjoyed how we got to also connect with most of the MC members in this one. Cotton, gotta love the man, kept true to form and protected Ellie, even though they had no clue who she was or what she may being to the club. Diesel is also very protective of her, his sexiness with his commitment to helping her, went up 10 notches. She has these nightmares that she tries to piece together who she is and where she comes from. I cant imagine feeling lost like that.

I just loved this book, the characters together was amazing. The brotherhood of the MC stood out alot for me. I felt an instant connection for Diesel and Ellie together. And atcone point she tried to make a decision to protect them, i felt, even though it would have bad consequences for herself, thays how selfless she was.

Loved Ellie and Diesel together. Hes mot only tough and loyal, but also sweet and sexy! Ellie has been through alot, and deserves happiness, and Diesel is the one to give her that!!!!

L Wilder has set the bar high again with another outstanding book in The Satan’s Fury MC Series, here we follow Diesel.
Satan’s Fury MC is an amazing series and I was so excited when I saw there was more from them. They may be MC alpha strong men but when they include you in there family hey go all out for you, and that what happens when Diesel spots Ellie for the first time. I love the way the characters from the club are included in all the books so we catch up with what’s going on with them too. No matter which sexy Members Story we read it always captivates us. Once I started this book I couldn’t put it down from the start you could tell it was going to be a fantastic book.
Diesel and Ellie what a story, can’t wait to see what’s next.

Ellie grew up in a good family who loved her. She got good grades in school and had a best friend she loved. Then one day her friend wanted her to go on a double date with her and a guy and his friend. Ellie didn't like the guy at all but when her friend got mad when she said no, she thought about it and relented, went out with him. Turned out he wasn't as bad as she thought he was. Eventually after they finished school and he became a cop they married. Then the real man came out. He started treating her badly, calling her names and beating her up. Worse yet when she was pregnant she beat her so bad she ended up losing the baby. Later she rand to her car, flew out of town not even bothering to worry about the weather. She just drove until the roads became so slippery that she ran right off the road into a deep ditch. She was hurt and disoriented but she climbed out of the ditch and kept walking, pushing herself and freezing she got so far and collapsed. When she finally came to, she had no idea where she was or even who she was. No idea what happened to her or where she was from. Doc and the guys were very concerned but one in particular seemed to gravitate toward her. Diesel felt something strange with this girl. He had this need to protect her. Not knowing who she was or where she came from they wanted someone to keep and eye on her. Diesel was the man for the job, he made it his mission. Slowly as they came to know each other, they became closer and in time when her memory did come back, the were inseparable. Problem with knowing about your past is you remember what happened and what you did. Feeling guilty during the night she quietly got up and left in Diesel's truck, drove the couple of hours and confessed to the police about killing her husband. This all leads to more of her story coming out and the circumstances of how things all play out. Just like the rest of this series. They are each their own story but makes you want to read onto the next and the next. Loved Diesel and Ellie's story.

Ellie and Diesel meet when she winds up at their Clubhouse barely alive. She was on the run from her husband and got into a car accident. She winds up making her way to Satan's Fury and is suffering from amnesia when she wakes up. Diesel is drawn to her but doesn't know how she is, or how she got there. Cotton is suspicious and tells Diesel to take care not to get too close. Ellie was unsure of much of anything pertaining to her life, but she knew that she had nightmares at night of the same man. When Diesel and Ellie start to piece together her old life, they both know they have some damage control to do. Ellie was kind of erratic at times and seemed to need to have someone get her to stop and think things through. She was definitely strong-willed but did not always make the best decisions. Her life with Brady was a nightmare and she allowed far too much to go on. She finally did get the strength she needed to get away, but still went to take the fall for something she was unsure of. It didn't make much sense to me. Instead of finding out what really happened, she just waltzes into a police station and makes a confession. It was kind of crazy to me. Diesel stands by her and shows her that he is there for the long haul. I liked how he didn't waver and tried to be what she needed. He showed patience and strength for her and it was nice to see how he just wanted her happiness above all else.

I absolutely loved this book. We met Diesel in Zoe’s book. And he was hard not to love. Getting his story and it being Perfect tied their history up nicely….

As we know that Scotty came from a different life, things worked out perfectly when he met Satan’s Fury MC. He found home and a place with family.

Well his world is turned again when Ellie enters.

Ellie has really been through hell and back. What she doesn’t know is that life has take her down the worst path any women can go through and her landing in Diesel’s path, also dropping into their MAC has bought her a new Solid path filled with happiness and Love.

I loved watching her find her HEA because boy did she deserve it.

As always L. Wilder has given a book that we can’t put down. Angst, Drama, Chemistry and Hot Hot scenes will have you so engrossed.

These characters as always are Written Beautifully and it’s always Such a Pleasure getting glimpses of the past characters we have come love and adore.

Hope you all enjoy this book like I did…

WOW!!! Just WOW!!! I loved Diesel!!! From the moment he met Ellie he seemed to know she was important to him and his protective instincts went into overdrive. It didn't matter that no one knew who she was or where she came from. That just gave him more reason to have her back.

Ellie has been through more than her fair share of misery. But through it all she seems to hang on to the hope that someday she will get away. Then she does, but she has no idea who she is when she wakes up in the Satan's Fury MC clubhouse. From the moment she wakes up Diesel is there. Quietly taking care of her, supporting her. But when her memory comes back she realizes she can't stay. She can't put these people in jeopardy.

This story keep me riveted from the very beginning. And I loved getting to touch base with the other members of the club.

Oh my gosh this series just keeps getting better and better , I'm such a huge a fan of L. Wilder and I can't wait to see whats to come . This can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend the Satan's Fury series it's one you don't want to miss out on . I love love LOVE that we get to see more of the Santan's fury and how every one is doing a growing their families pretty soon they'll be over ran by fury babies ( WINK ,WINK ) . After reading Two bit I couldn't wait to get my hands on Diesels book and when we find out his backstory my heart hurt for him he's not only sweet but super alpha protective / HOT just like his brothers who are quick to steal the hearts of the women they fall for Ellie had not chance of not falling , loved his banter , the way he respected the heroine and lets not forget the naughty things he is capable of . I really liked Ellie which isn't surprising I love all the women in this series their strong , sassy , funny , beautiful inside and out Ellie Included she really stole my heart the things that she had to go through the flashbacks about had me close to tears , when she meets the MC she's broken but the more Ellie is around Diesel and his family the more she becomes herself again and finds her happy . The story line had me hocked from the start I also loved seeing some new characters that I'm hopping to see more of it's so sad to see this series end but knowing L. Wilder this wont be last we see of them .

Love the cover

Diesel is book number 8 in the Satan's Fury MC series - this can easily be read as a standalone, but many of the characters in this story are from the previous books in the series so the reader would definitely be more familiar with them all if the rest of the series has been read as well.

I liked this addition to the series, but it wasn't my favourite. I liked Ellie and Diesel, but I didn't love their book like I have with some of the previous characters. It was okay. I didn't really feel the connection and chemistry between them. Overall I do really like this series though.

Oh hot damm... Another MC book... Sweet... Like you already know, if you follow my reviews, that I'm addicted to MC books. The more I get, the more I want.
There are a few authors that are masters writing this genre and this one is the bomb.
L. Wilder is the author in question and her writing is wild, raw, intend and so hot...
Diesel is the eight book from the Satan's Fury MC series and tells the stories of Ellie and Diesel.
But before I tell you a little bit more about this story I need to tell you something. You should read the other seven books from this series because despite they are all standalones the characters from previous books will appear in this one so it's best for you to read them all.
Ellie's life has been a nightmare. She had an amazing childhood, full of love, laughter and kindness until the day her best friend asked her to go on a double date. Everything was amazing until the day they got married and he showed her his true colors. He was abusive, and treated her so badly that she thought her only escape was to runaway. While doing so she had an accident and ended up being saved. When she woke up she had no idea who she was or even where she came from.
Can this be her fresh start? And what secrets will be revealed once her memory is back?
Diesel had the need to protect this girl no matter what. They don't know each other but he's drawn to her. He was given the task to watch out for her and they formed a bond. But don't let this kind heart thing fool you, because Diesel can be scary when he needs to be. He's strong and can transform into a beast in order to protect the ones he loves.
And I'm done talking.
Let me just give you an advise... Get ready for a rollercoaster of emotions and be prepared for them.
The plot is amazing, very well written, super engaging and troubled.
The interation between the characters started as a new thing but soon it evolved into an amazing bond and chemistry between them.
This book presented us with pain, sorrow, headache, violence and madness as well as second chances, love, life and friendship.
Let me just say that I was expecting one thing and them bamm I was hit so hard with a new development...
It was amazing to have news from the other MC members. I love all of them.
Jesus L. Wilder this book nailed it. I really love this series and this book just came to reinforce my love for it.
What's next? Another MC book? Please say yes...
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Awful~DNF 60%

What happened? I have enjoyed most of the Satan's Fury MC series, but this fell short. This was a completely ridiculous storyline, as if written by a high school girl. Abuse victims escaping their abusers do NOT fall in love with a biker, and fall into bed with them within 2 weeks, while suffering PTSD, with amnesia. WTF?

If you could get past the juvenile, naive story, the one-dimensional characters were equally as nauseating, and absolutely obliterated my desire to read any further. I quit when the first sex scene descended like a blight on all romance. It was the most cheesy, and immature seduction I have read in awhile~reminding me of the Harlequin Romances I, secretly, read in High School...Don't waste your time!

It's no secret that I am a Satan's Fury MC fan, I love these men.  I finished Diesel by L. Wilder last night and I was left feeling like a high school cheerleader wanting to shout out names that I've come to love Stitch, Clutch, Cotton, Two-Bit, Maverick, Guardrail and now Diesel. Y'all just don't know the feelings I get when I lose myself in the men of Satan's Fury MC. These men will protect those they care about, respect the women they love and they love so hard, they practically wear their hearts out of their cuts for everyone to see. These are some tough ass men, but they can be tamed by the women that love them.

In Diesel, we are introduced to Scotty's story, he is known as Diesel and his story of how he was accepted into this group of tough Alpha MC men is touching and heartfelt. I couldn't help but fall in love with him, his personality of being strong, respectable, sexy and loving man which makes him perfect for a Satan's Fury MC man. His loyalty to his club brothers doesn't feel as if takes second place to a woman he finds himself wanting to protect, he just wishes he knew who he was protecting her from.

Ellie feels as if she has no one to turn to, she takes action and leaves behind a life of abuse. Her story will break your heart, but luckily she lands in the hands of the these wonderful protective men. Ellie is brought into the MC club, bruised, battered and not remembering who she is and how she got there. Her only light at the end of this journey is a man that has her feeling things that she has never felt before- protected, loved and desired. Ellie's need to face the past and make things right will have all the men in Satan's Fury protecting her and helping to get the answers she needs.

I am so in love with how this author who can give the reader not one, two or three, but a whole group of amazing alpha MC men that are feared, protective and loyal. These men love hard and passionately and that is felt off of the pages  which leaves me such a satisfied reader. The feeling I get when I know I'm getting a new story from the men of Satan Fury MC is indescribable...I never want this series to end. Diesel is filled with that feeling of unconditional brotherhood, tragedy, and finding that love that is so deserving.

Ellie was on the run from her abusive husband when she was in a car accident. When she woke up she found herself in the Satan's Fury MC, but she couldn't remember anything about herself, including how she ended up there. However, she can't help but feel safe with the the hot biker who had kind green eyes, Diesel. Even though he was tough as nails, his heart was big, so she trusted him from the beginning. And all the other men in his club treated her with kindness as well. So when she started remembering things, she had no other choice but to clean up her mess on her own, as she didn't want to bring trouble to their doors. Diesel knew that there was stuff in Ellie's past that had her on the run, even though no one knew what yet, but he couldn't deny that he felt drawn to her, and no matter what it turned out to be, he wasn't going to let her go it alone. No matter what the obstacles were, he was determined to make her his. This story was amazing cover to cover, as it started out of the gate exciting, and never slowed down. Diesel had quite the life, but yet, he never lost his big heart during all the upheaval. And Ellie was a great girl, who just made the wrong decisions, but she never put it on anyone else, she owned them herself. So when they met, the sparks flew instantly, which when they exploded, the sexy times lit the sheets up. Plus the colorful cast of secondaries added in depth and humor which kept me laughing. L. Wilder is brilliant with her MC stories, and I'm highly addicted, not to mention her gift for insane twists kept the f-bombs dropping like crazy. I hope there are more Satan's Fury books coming in the near future as I'll never get enough, so I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIESEL TO ALL!

The couple: Diesel and Ellie

Romance genre: MC
Series: Satan's Fury
Length: 252 pages

Plot: Diesel is the newest member of the MC; we met him as Scotty in the last book (Two Bit). Ellie shows up at the clubhouse after crashing her car in the snow and walking several miles to their doorstep. When she awakens, she has no memories of her past, but Diesel is determined to take care of her. When her memories come back, she realizes that her past may keep her from making a future with Diesel.

Character development: I always wonder what it would be like to have no memories of your life. I guess if you were married to an awful man like Ellie's husband, that might be a blessing. It kinda felt like the addition of the second MC, with Ellie's husband's corrupt-cop business, was too much. Not that the plot was overcrowded, just that it felt unnecessary, and was just a way for the guys to get access to the husband later on. Also, that whole conversation with the dad at the end was so sad. I mean, I understand supporting and believing in your kids no matter what, but someone was covering up all those hospital visits and police reports, so he had to have known, and to continue to deny it and talk around it and act like she was in the wrong - just so maddening.

A story in a series. Series is Satan Fury MC. Free on K/U also. Contemporary Romance.
Hero is Diesel. Heroine is Ellie.
Love how Leslie put all the brothers (M/C ) in the story and showed a softer side to them. Anybody that has read Stitch or Cotton will know that they have a hard edge to their lives.
