Highly recommended for everyone. Seriously. It was useful for me to get a brief redux on the Heimlich maneuver and for a more thorough understanding on things like shock and the first aid treatment for it. (It's...not what I thought.)

Not sure how up-to-date all of this information is, but for covering the basics it looks pretty solid to me.

Worth a looksee, my literary brethren. Life isn't all about books.
