In the pre-dawn darkness, Hunt moaned and thrashed under the comforter. Finally, the nightmare receded. He settled, breathed deeply several times, and opened his eyes.
"You okay?" Cam asked.
“Sure," Hunter smiled, half-awake, not remembering. "I'm here with you. Safe inside the storm. Away from ... all the crap of the last few weeks.”
Cam moved his hands over Hunt’s body, soothing and gentling. “Safe inside the storm.” Not safe from the storm, but safe inside of it. Isolated. Protected. Safe.
But Cam knew Hunter wasn’t safe; his demons came with him: a dark and twisted possession by blood and cruelty and murder. Being snowed-in for days would allow the darkness to eat away at Hunt until his very skin would seem too small. He'd beg Cam for the flogger. And hate Cam for denying him.
There was a solution, but the so-called "Full Metal Dom" was afraid. So very afraid the fragile bonds between them would not survive.
To help Hunter, he had to do the one thing he swore he would never do.

Truly, this is the one we were waiting for.
We’ve been waiting to get to the bottom of Hunt’s psyche. What makes him tick, what makes him seek that release from his inner demons and anxieties, why does Hunt not love? Here in Book 4 we finally get at some of our answers, and releases there are aplenty, and yet I cannot but stop and think that there’s still more for us to know.
Come on in and see what Hunt’s been craving his whole life. Will it last? Will he still hurt Cam as he’s said many times he’d do? Hunt’s waters run deep.
And then there’s Cam. There’s still a spidey sense at the back of my mind that there are some things about Cam that haven’t come out and in Snowed In I get a small glimpse of this in the way he cares so deeply for his subs. A good man? Absolutely, and still… ?
The jury is still out, come and hear part of the case – join us.
THE STORY
I’ve said before, the amazing thing about Adira August is that she gives you a story, and with Snowed In: Hunter’s Story she delivers yet again.
In Snowed In we get the background and psyche we’ve been craving about Hunter and bonus! We get Hunt’s family history and some unknown aspects of his family and their ancestry and his mother’s affliction. I can’t help but feel that this is something that’s going to come to light in the future and figure prominently in their lives. We also get some feel and background to Cam’s family and his feisty grandmother, which I also hope we hear more from in the future.
We also get to enjoy some fun and whimsical moments with Hunt and Cam, the fun moments that make for the cementing of a long lasting relationship. Those silly, giddy, funny and fun moments that make life worth living which are brought to us in a most intimate manner, as if we were flies on the wall. That’s the joy of Ms. August’s writing – it all feels so darn genuine and honest that I couldn’t help but smile and laugh right along with Hunt and Cam.
And then there’s that Epilogue! Two very strong, willful men coming to grips with the realities of their relationship. This is the way to end it. No sugar coating, no mushy sentimentalities, just two powerful men coming to terms. Bravo!
The other story we get in Snowed In is the wonderful, phenomenal erotica. Man, oh man, is this good stuff, take it from a Dom of a certain age. Makes me wonder just how intense and kinky these two are going to get? Don’t get me wrong, there’re plenty of sexual exploits afoot in Snowed In, some of which left me going: ‘Hmmmm? How’d she know about that?’
THE WRITING
Ms. August’s writing is thoroughly enjoyable. Details are thought out through and through, and it’s obvious she takes great attention to every detail and nuance. This is top shelf erotica, factual and down to earth.
The intensity and feel of the intimate scenes are honest and real-life for a BDSM relationship, so much so that some actually made me go: ‘Hmmmm… how’d she know about that?’
As in her other books, the writing makes for effortless reading, a pleasant enjoyment that lets the reader sink into the story and become one with the characters, none of those WTF moments where one has to go back and re-read a passage.

No crime, no plot, only one mystery... the mystery and unraveling of Hunter Dane. While Cam is still incapacitated with his injury, he is still able to give Hunter what he needs. These two are so balanced together.. contained firecrackers ❤️❤️

Hunter y Cam van a estar encerrados en casa de Cam por el tiempo que dure la tormenta, y tal vez durante ese tiempo logren realmente entender que es lo que quieren y necesitan el uno del otro. Pero no solo eso, tambien deben aprovechar el tiempo para conocerse mejor y entablar las bases para una relacion romantica asi como una de Dom/sub.
Esto mas que un libro deberia ser una historia corta, el autor estiro demasiado una historia que facilmente solo hubiera llevado la mitad de las paginas. Sin embargo, por fin nos muestra un poco del pasado de Hunter, y conocemos un poco mas de la familia de Cam, ademas de la distribucion de la casa, la ubicacion de la urbanizacion y la forma como la maneja Cam.
Eso si, hay demasiada repeticion de parrafos de libros anteriores, y no se si es por la copia que tengo yo o si esta asi escrito, pero hay partes donde es dificil distinguir si estan describiendo el momento o recordando algo que paso en el pasado, y eso aunado a la escases de un misterio que resolver (ademas del de la abuela), hizo el libro extremadamente soso y aburrido.
Sin embargo, quiero saber mas de la pareja, quiero ver hasta donde mas pueden llegar, asi que voy a continuar con la lectura.
Esto mas que un libro deberia ser una historia corta, el autor estiro demasiado una historia que facilmente solo hubiera llevado la mitad de las paginas. I’ve really enjoyed the Matchstick Men series. Although no mystery, this book was a compelling look into Cam and Hunter’s relationship.

I believe all my titles can be read stand-alone. Except for this one. If you like BDSM sex and that’s all you’re looking for, this book will be okay, I suppose.
But if you are looking for character and relationship and arc, you’ll want to read the first three Hunt&Cam4Ever books, starting with On His Knees.
For you who already know Hunt and Cam, this story begins about 18 hours after Dancing Men ended. It’s not a mystery. It’s the culmination of something that began, I think, the first time Hunter Dane and Camden Snow laid eyes on each other. I didn't know what it was when I started writing, I was supposed to be writing something else. (The boys do nag.)
At the end, I knew it was necessary, that it's the one we’ve all been waiting for. Including me.
I don't know if authors are supposed to use review spaces this way, but I didn't see another place to put it.

Ok, I don’t know about you, but I have been carrying around a great deal of anxiety about our two favorite boys since the ending of the previous book. But, as Elsa says… “Let it go, let it go!” Ha! All that ANGST! Just rolling off the shoulders! The intensity and the tautness of the emotions with these two men up until now has had me strung on a wire, and we have finally reached a softer, more loving point in Hunter and Cam’s relationship. That is what this book is all about. It gives us Hunter’s total submission and capitulation to the reality of a loving, symbiotic relationship with Camden. We needed this as readers. This is the taking-a-breath book. The one where our main characters are not involved in any superfluous activities or police investigations, and totally focused on just each other and the cementing and acceptance of what they mean to each other. Even though there are no dead bodies in this one, you still need to pay attention. Adira August is an intelligent writer. Each of her paragraphs have meaning, and her characters have depth and levels of emotion and perception.
This is not a standalone book. We have been on a journey with these guys, and frankly, this book is EXACTLY what we, the audience, needed to be able to solidify our trust in this relationship. Because it has been so intense, we needed the steadying influence of the realizations that Hunter and Cam BOTH experience in this story. It’s a love story, with a bit of total power exchange thrown in to spice things up a bit. As if we needed that with these two …. Adira August says it best in her forward to the story, ‘This is a culmination.’ We have been building and building layer upon layer of emotional groundwork for how Hunter and Cam will be able to stand together for the books and stories to come. Everything has been up in the air, they have given everything to each other, and now they need to recognize that fact and build and prepare for their future. All the deep, dark demons that have plagued Hunter have, for the moment, been exorcised. They have spent so much time in service to each other (in their respective roles) that they haven’t looked up and noticed what they have built together.
It all began in On His Knees, when Hunter first comes to the realization he needs Cam, and only Cam, to dominate him, to humiliate him, to own him. From there we moved to Matchstick Men, where Cam realizes he wants Hunter forever but needs Hunter to find his own pathway to both him and the same realization. Cam becomes a surety for Hunter, the man who grounds him in reality when his demons want to take over. Next comes Dancing Men, where our MCs learn they are compatible outside the BDSM aspects of their lives. Cam is more than just a pretty boy Olympian; we find depth in Cam with this installment in the series. Up till now, it has pretty much been about Hunter and his needs. In Dancing Men, we discover needs within Cam, and begin to see how Hunter is the yin to Cam’s yang. Finally we get to Snowed In, and for once, Hunter finds peace—peace in Cam, peace within himself, peace with his world.
Book five, Psychic Men, comes out in the spring of 2018, and Adira August has said that as long as these guys are talking to her, she will continue to write this series. Oh, I hope these guys keep talking to her for a really long time! We have had parallel storylines going on in these books, Cam and Hunter’s growing relationship, and the police investigations Hunter is involved in. Now that our main characters are somewhat committed, these books can explore more crime and mysterious pathways. I am really looking forward to Psychic Men, and I absolutely recommend this whole series from book one onward.

“It’s the connection, I think. The touching opens a channel and energy flows. It might sound fanciful, but I don’t know another way to explain it.” He went back to the couch, sat next to Cam and took his hand. “Every time we were together, you touched me. Until the parking lot, when you left and wouldn’t kiss me, when you thought about leaving me. That’s when I got crazy, when I could barely do my job for the fear we’d never touch each other again. I couldn’t deal with what was really not a very bad case. But now, all through the storm, you touched me or made me touch you.” Hunter smiled. “I don’t need breaking, Cam. I don’t think I’ll ever need that again. You put yourself in me. Now, I’m always touched.”

WELL, HERE IT IS ! ... the book that gives you just Hunter and Cam; this was one totally smart move by the author, because as much as I love the previous books, I was really wanting something like this and I bet other fans were, too. If you read this without reading the previous books, there's no doubt that you'll love Hunter and Cam, be spellbound by the setting of the story and really enjoy the masterfully written, very hot, sub/dom scenes that are, truly, SO beautiful. For long time fans, we get all that, plus we get to understand, a little bit more, why Hunter and Cam are working on, developing, and enjoying their relationship so much in this holiday/ 'getaway from it all' environment. I whole-heartedly recommend this book; like the previous books, it's a well written, completely addictive read and I know I'll never, ever get tired of Hunter and Cam stories. I was lucky enough to receive a free copy of this book in return for an honest review.

I LOVE Cam and Hunter!
Although this book is theoretically a stand-alone, the flashbacks, especially to book 1, are pretty important for understanding the dynamic. As Cam and Hunter both have pseudo-flashbacks and memories of previous encounters, it may be a challenge to stay with the narrative. On top of that, books 1 through 3 are amazing and worth reading.
I settled quickly into this book since it left off just after the previous one, with Hunter and Cam holed up in Cam’s home, anticipating a major snowstorm. The storm is severe enough that they aren’t going anywhere. Since Hunter is completely exhausted, he needs this.
There are some dynamics in play – Cam is a Dominant and Hunter is his submissive. Hunter is a true bisexual switch, has topped many women and bottomed for many men at the BDSM club he belongs to, but he has never allowed a man into him – physically or psychologically. In fact, during their first scene, Hunter claimed he wasn’t capable of love.
“You’re saying you don’t love,” Cam told him.
“Love is something we do, Cam. Whatever subjective feelings we have about someone that people call love are just that, subjective feelings. I care for people in that I do things for their benefit. I just don’t do all the other things…touch someone just to touch them, when it serves no other purpose.”
My heart broke when I read that. Touch is a basic human need. Maybe not at the level of food or shelter, but it is necessary. I’ve experienced living without it for periods of time and it can be devastating. Hunter understands he is loved. He just doesn’t know how to change his mindset.
But the opposite is true – he feels things deeply. His work as a homicide detective in Denver has left him with PTSD. Cam knows he can’t cure Hunter of his demons, but he can try to break Hunter, thereby alleviating him of some of the burdens he carries.
Hunter has agreed – although I don’t think he’s convinced Cam can break him or that this snowed-in time will help. But he’s been ordered to take a break – both by work and by Cam – and Hunter isn’t willing to piss off his bosses or disobey his Dominant.
Despite still recovering from being shot in the leg, and encumbered by a large cast, Cam can still dominate. A word, a look, even a quirking eyebrow. Hunter is an intelligent man and an intuitive sub – ready and eager to serve, and although Cam has lots of physical tricks up his sleeve – baton, orgasm denial and even snow, it’s the emotional level on which he has to connect with Hunter. They have a finite time –not just because of the snowstorm but because of (SPOILER ALERT) Cam’s devastating diagnosis.
I think his plan was to break Hunter, rebuild him, and then release him. But this is Cam and Hunter, so things never go as planned.
It took me mere moments to get into the story and orient myself with Ms. August’s head-hopping writing style. She seamlessly switches between Cam and Hunter, easily letting the reader into each man’s mind, seeing the scene from two very different perspectives.
The novella is great, and I enjoyed it, but I still go back to the ultimate catharsis which began in “On His Knees”, the first part of this series. This was the culmination of Cam breaking and putting Hunter back together. Whether or not Hunter will have more nightmares or flashbacks is yet to be seen.
Book 5 is coming in the spring and I, for one, am very excited.
Although this book is theoretically a stand-alone, the flashbacks, especially to book 1, are pretty important for understanding the dynamic. As Cam and Hunter both have pseudo-flashbacks and memories of previous encounters, it may be a challenge to stay with the narrative. On top of that, books 1 through 3 are amazing and worth reading.
I settled quickly into this book since it left off just after the previous one, with Hunter and Cam holed up in Cam’s home, anticipating a major snowstorm. The storm is severe enough that they aren’t going anywhere. Since Hunter is completely exhausted, he needs this.
There are some dynamics in play – Cam is a Dominant and Hunter is his submissive. Hunter is a true bisexual switch, has topped many women and bottomed for many men at the BDSM club he belongs to, but he has never allowed a man into him – physically or psychologically. In fact, during their first scene, Hunter claimed he wasn’t capable of love.
“You’re saying you don’t love,” Cam told him.
“Love is something we do, Cam. Whatever subjective feelings we have about someone that people call love are just that, subjective feelings. I care for people in that I do things for their benefit. I just don’t do all the other things…touch someone just to touch them, when it serves no other purpose.”
My heart broke when I read that. Touch is a basic human need. Maybe not at the level of food or shelter, but it is necessary. I’ve experienced living without it for periods of time and it can be devastating. Hunter understands he is loved. He just doesn’t know how to change his mindset.
But the opposite is true – he feels things deeply. His work as a homicide detective in Denver has left him with PTSD. Cam knows he can’t cure Hunter of his demons, but he can try to break Hunter, thereby alleviating him of some of the burdens he carries.
Hunter has agreed – although I don’t think he’s convinced Cam can break him or that this snowed-in time will help. But he’s been ordered to take a break – both by work and by Cam – and Hunter isn’t willing to piss off his bosses or disobey his Dominant.
Despite still recovering from being shot in the leg, and encumbered by a large cast, Cam can still dominate. A word, a look, even a quirking eyebrow. Hunter is an intelligent man and an intuitive sub – ready and eager to serve, and although Cam has lots of physical tricks up his sleeve – baton, orgasm denial and even snow, it’s the emotional level on which he has to connect with Hunter. They have a finite time –not just because of the snowstorm but because of (SPOILER ALERT) Cam’s devastating diagnosis.
I think his plan was to break Hunter, rebuild him, and then release him. But this is Cam and Hunter, so things never go as planned.
It took me mere moments to get into the story and orient myself with Ms. August’s head-hopping writing style. She seamlessly switches between Cam and Hunter, easily letting the reader into each man’s mind, seeing the scene from two very different perspectives.
The novella is great, and I enjoyed it, but I still go back to the ultimate catharsis which began in “On His Knees”, the first part of this series. This was the culmination of Cam breaking and putting Hunter back together. Whether or not Hunter will have more nightmares or flashbacks is yet to be seen.

As anybody who has read my reviews for the previous books featuring Cam and Hunt will know, I adore these two men. And which each subsequent book my love and admiration for them grows deeper. Snowed in brought my love for them to a whole new level, which seems appropriate because the whole story centres around the two of them growing closer and intensifying their love for each other.
First things first. Unlike Matchstick Men and Dancing Men, this is not a mystery. If I had to compare this story to any one of the prequels, I’d pick On His Knees. While that book portrayed the start of Hunt and Cam, this story is all about them becoming closer; concentrating on each other without the outside world distracting them.
Of course, this wouldn’t be a Cam & Hunt Forever story if it wasn’t sexy, and kinky, and at times borderline non-con.
Hunter lay back, panting, open, completely at the mercy of the sadist who knew none.
His way. Or his way.
But in these stories, the sex scenes tell the reader as much about who these men are and how their relationship is evolving, as the ‘platonic’ scenes do. Every word, every action, and every intimacy brings these two men closer together, and I was right there with them. Hunt and Cam have worked their way into my heart and I find myself fully invested in their on-going relationship. The fact that these are hot stories is really only a small part of my fascination.

Snowed In, like its prequels, is what I like to think of as ‘total immersion reading’. These stories give me everything; I smile, laugh out loud, frown, and cry while Cam and Hunt find their way. Their journey is mesmerising and their love for each other breathtaking. And in each subsequent book we get to know these two men better. In this instalment we learn a little about Hunt's background and family, and it explains so much about the man he is and his attachment 'issues'. More than that, Hunt opening up about his history shows the growing and every strengthening bond between these two men, as does the fact that Cam trusts Hunt to be there for him, even if his future looks grim.
I would love to litter this review with quotes and long exposés explaining why they affect me in such a powerful way, but I’ll restrain myself. For me the joy I get from reading these books stems from the fact that I get to fully experience every single step of their journey without prior knowledge, and it’s a pleasure I wouldn’t want to take away from other readers by revealing too much.
While you could, if you desperately wanted to, read this book as a standalone story, I strongly advice against it. These two men truly are on a life changing journey together. To deprive yourself of even one single step along their voyage would, to my mind, be a crying shame. Cam and Hunt captured my attention in On His Knees, and with every subsequent instalment they worked their way deeper into my heart and mind. I’ve only just finished Snowed In and already find myself eagerly awaiting the next story. As book-boyfriends go, these two men have joined an exclusive and very short list of characters I can’t imagine ever getting enough of.

2.5 stars - Oh how I wanted to love this one!!! Finally a book that is centered solely on Hunt and Cam. As with previous books, Ms August has a tendency to cut and paste “memories” from well, previous books. I find that annoying and skim those parts. With this being such a short book it took up too many pages. The thing that really bothered me with this book is that it was all over the place. The POV would switch from Hunt to Cam and back constantly. Not just chapter to chapter, but paragraph to paragraph. It was hard to keep track of which “him” was doing what to whom and who was feeling what. It had my head spinning.

Hunter and Cam have never had an easy relationship, however, this story is quite light hearted compared to the others. There are still some hot scenes, as you would expect from these two complicated men. Just not at the same level of past books.
I don't want to post any spoilers, but the two do make some progress in their relationship. While they are snowbound they actually experience days that are a joy to read. I loved the snow fight, and couldn't help but smile. It was nice to see their relationship moving on.

Powerful, emotional, intense. Cam and Hunt hold nothing back from each other. We get their true feelings and fears as their relationship progresses, deepens and evolves. I can't get enough of these two. It was wonderful to get a book devoted to just them. The epilogue left me relieved and hopeful that they have come to accept and respect what they mean to each other.

Three days snowed in… It can go really well, or terribly wrong...
Camden Snow had planned to spend his time trapped with Hunter Dane slow-loving him. But Hunter is no simple man, and nothing is easy with him. That’s why Cam has to make a really difficult decision, which may involve handing Hunter over another dom ..
The fourth book in the Hunter and Dane series reminds me to the first (short) one, On His Knees. There is no mystery here, other than the mystery that these two men are themselves. The story is an recess in their detective work which helps their relationship move forward. Hunter and Cam are to spend some days together while a blizzard isolates them from the world around. What was supposed to be a time to relax and get to know each other becomes something completely different when Hunter’s devils make their appearance. Cam then goes in full Dom mood, and unable to provide Hunter with the pain the seems to need, he proposes a TPE which should prepare Hunter to accept submitting to another Dom, even if it kills Cam to do so. At the end, Cam realises that’s not what Hunter needs…
I have a thing for complicated characters in twisted relationships, and these two are as complicated as it gets. Their relationship is difficult, with are a lot of issues they have to work through. Hunter is strong and detached, but we learn here that there are things that can move him, and we also learn about one of his secrets, his family and his origins. His family is dysfunctional where Cam’s is traditional, but there is misery in both (we cannot forget about Cam’s genetic doom). As for Cam, it is fascinating how he can move from a shy and eager young man to a cold as stone Dom. Their relationship also fluctuates, from sharing delicious meals and playful snow battles, to painful and shameful BDSM moments… Which somehow make their relationship grow stronger.
I’m now sure that Cam and Hunter love each other, but they are not in love… this story is very far from traditional romance, but it holds the same appeal anyway. I’m enjoying every single moment of this two, and I can’t wait to get the next instalment of the story.

4.5 star Review by The Blogger Girls.
I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of reading about these guys. They have a very unique dynamic, are interesting characters on their own and even more so when they’re together, and they are wrapped up in murder and mysteries that keep the pages turning from beginning to end. You really should read each of the stories in order to fully understand the makeup of these guys and the reasoning behind their needs, etc.
In this installment, the guys are snowed in during a blizzard as they recuperate at Cam’s house in the mountains. Cam is still in his leg cast which makes things a bit difficult, and Hunt is trying to decompress from his last case. They are still adjusting to their feelings for each other though in different ways. Hunt is still coming to grips with wanting to be with Cam, the only man he’s ever actually felt anything for (something which he though he was incapable of beyond being dommed by other men). He had a very different outlook on love and feelings beyond that, and Cam has changed that for him.
Cam, on the other hand, seems rather well adjusted considering his professional/olympic skiing career looks to be over. He is still somewhat surprised with the turn of events where Hunt is concerned, it took 2 years for Hunt to actually give in and seek him out. He clearly wants to do what’s best for Hunt and give him what he needs. He has to find different ways to make this happen since what Hunt believes he needs and what Cam things he needs, don’t seem to totally jibe. In true Cam fashion though, he is successful, and their relationship grows in the process. Hunt does a lot of growing in this segment and comes to quite a few realizations by the end.
I’m hooked on these guys and can’t wait to see how they manage as their lives change with going back to work together, the next case they are dealt, as well as Cam’s illness. Lots more in store for them, I’m sure, and the next book can’t come fast enough. Highly recommend!

This is the fourth book in The Hunter Dane Investigation Series. A captivating book the writing was great. This is a good bridge book from Dancing Men and the next book Psychic Men. The plot was entertaining and it was steady throughout the book. I found the story and characters engaging. The characters were well developed and thought out. Hunter and Cam are the MC’s of this book. There was BDSM, a blizzard, a dog collar, being snowed in, flashbacks, a cast and crutches, sex and so more in this book.
Here is a quote from the book, “He took off the gloves. A few seconds of fiddling with the release catches, and he lifted the top pane off the door and leaned it against the wall. The snow stayed in place except for the light dusting a swirl of wind blew in. Hunt faced the opening and started pushing the snow back from the top. “Very clever,” Cam said. “Shouldn’t take you too long to-“ A double handful of snow smooshed unceremoniously in his face effectively cut him off.”. There is more but you will need to read the book which I can recommend it as a good read. I voluntarily read an advance copy of this book for an honest review.

I really don’t know if I love or hate this series…
This book starts right after book2 where Cam and Hunter are blocked in Cam’s housed by a snowstorm.
There is no mystery to solve, no case, it’s all about figuring out their relationship emotionly and sexually, and how to move forward.
I really didn’t like that often, at the end of their discussions, things felt still open, unanswered. It feels like the author will “assume” we’ll know what’s in their head! I was like “WHAT IS GOING ON?!”
Also, the mix PV within the chapters are confusing.
I don’t know how the author imagine someone with a cast from their hip to their ankle moves: Cam is able to do more things physicaly then any average person, he manhandles Hunter, a taller and fit person, while he’s an wheelchair. 😳😳
I mean I stopped figuring out their positions or how they moved in bed since it was all unbelievable. 🤥
Anyway, I think I’ll stop with this series now. It’s becoming to redundant and it left me always with many questions. It’s time to move on!

Hunt & Cam junky fix
This is a taste, ie short. But if you love these guys, and how could you not? Any glimpse will do. Good thing it's a short story with only our favorite guys and some past memories.
To me the was by far the most tame Hunt & Cam story of the series. Not that there weren't some scorching scenes! Just not at the level of "On His Knees" or the sounding scene in "Dancing Men".
But at the same time they had some huge breakthroughs. Any details of these would be serious spoilers which makes it hard to write about. Needless to say their snowbound days were both an enjoyable and productive :-D I loved the snow fight! It reminded me of ones I've had with my husband. Definitely worth a little frost bite!

definitely a step up from the previous book! there were so many tender moments in this one that i actually felt like yeah, this is how their relationship is supposed to be. they were slowly finally coming to terms with each other, knowing each other, trusting each other. maybe because there was no mystery here, just pure discovery. 👨❤️💋👨 also, hunter's speech to cam at the end...wow.

This book in the series is a must read. Gone is the police side of the story to give us a more in depth look into these complicated men’s lives. Cam is in love and perhaps Hunt is opening up and falling for Cam. Hunt doesn’t get involved but Cam is knocking down those walls. Beautifully and poignantly written I can’t get enough of their sizzling hot chemistry. I hope this will be a never ending series. Only a few times have I been fully invested in a storyline that I couldn’t put down or didn’t want to completely end. This is one of those times. I can’t stop myself from thinking about these two people, they pop into my consciousness at very odd times. Brilliant series.

But the blizzard doesn't keep Hunter safe from his demons and it's up to Cam to exorcise them - except Cam is part of the reason Hunter's demons are acting up, and he's still in a cast. So what can he do to help his lover?
Do something he's done so rarely he may as well have never done it at all.
There are some heavy BDSM scenes, all of which are beautifully written, and the book is gorgeous. Definitely loving this series!

I thoroughly enjoyed this latest book in the Hunt&Cam4Ever series. This book is not a murder mystery. It is a scene from the lives of these two remarkable men. I love Adira's writing style and the book sucked me in from the start.
I did receive a free copy of this book from the author but there was no way that I wasn't going to read or love it. The first 3 books were excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending this latest book.

Good read.
Well Cam and Hunter have come so far since the first book in this series but I'd like to see what's next for them. Really enjoyed this book much more emotion in this one. Very much like the first book when you see the raw side of Hunter and the broken side. You see Cam become the only Dom that can give Hunter what he needs.
This series is the first time I've read this author but I will definitely be reading more. Very good series.
Well Cam and Hunter have come so far since the first book in this series but I'd like to see what's next for them. Really enjoyed this book much more emotion in this one. Very much like the first book when you see the raw side of Hunter and the broken side. You see Cam become the only Dom that can give Hunter what he needs.
