Read The Gathering by L.L. Muir FIRST to find out how it all begins. Alexander is #36 in the series, but after The Gathering, the ghosts can be read in any order.
Mia and her little boy are on the run, trying to make a fresh start in a secluded Scottish village. Trying to stay safe.
Nearly broke, Mia is at her wit's end, but is finding it hard to trust anyone. Especially someone who claims to be a ghost.
Conall Alexander wants his revenge any way he can get it. He's ready to complete his quest and move on. After he gets his revenge, of course. If he could just figure out what he's supposed to do ... and keep from being distracted by Mia's charms.
If he's not careful, revenge might stop being the only thing he wants.

More Highlaner ghosts
This story in the Ghosts of Culledon Moor series introduces a new writer to the project. Heroine Mia learns right away that Conall Alexander is a ghost when she shoots him and he doesn't die. Similar to the rest of the series, Connally tries to fulfill his quest while he and Mia fall in love. This installment included Mia's son Kevin and a violent ex-husband. Bit also takes place in a small Scotish village Calle Castle on Hill which is apparently featured in the author's Lost Highlander series. There wasn't anything extra special about this story, but it did peak my interest in the Lost Higjlander series. I think is is quite a challenge to have so many variations of the same premise for these books. It makes many of the stories feel repetitive.

The Ghosts of Culloden book 36
This new author made this book another winner. It was great Just as all of the other 35 books have been. I love all the different authors. They have made this series of ghost stories really interesting. The love stories are great too. I highly recommend all the ghost stories in this series. Diana Romano

An old soul and a Highlander
What a lovely short-term tender and understanding. The Highlander is Alexander and the old soul is Wee Kevin. This child is hilarious and is so important to the story. Mommy Mia is ok. An unusual setting dealing with abusive X husband makes this a strong story in this saga of 79.

Lovely story
I'm already a big fan of the author Cassidy Caymans lost highlander series. When I first heard she'd be writing one of the ghosts of culloden story, I was super excited. I loved this story and I love that she included some of the characters from her lost highlander series. It was a perfect blend.

Loved It
This story was so enjoyable because the ghost let her know from the head start that he was a ghost in a quest to help her. It was 't one of those dumb stories where she.never knows his story till the.last 5 minutes tues of the book. This one worked so well, I would love to have more of his story.

Hip hip hooray!
I loved this book! I laughed and cried. Who couldn’t fall in love with all of the characters especially Alexander! This one goes to the top of my favorites. I cracked up about how and when they met...the second time!
The hard topic of abuse was touched on and handled well. With the proper ending, it had me nervous though.
This IS a MUST read.

It took a child’s love for the witch to let him stay as a mortal
He knew he had a quest to fulfill, but no idea where to find it. Then he met Mia and Kevin. They were both frightened because of her ex husband. Alexander saved them from multiple dangers.
The only thing I wished was that Pipers husband showed up again to meet the ghost.

Long live the Ghosts of Culloden Moor. Alexander is my favorite. A great single mother. A six year old with a great imagination. And of course a great ghost on a great quest. Loved their family dynamics. Loved the plot.

A great addition
Cassidy is a great addition to Ghosts of Culloden Moor. Her story focuses on what's happening now, without a large amount of back story, so it would be helpful if the reader is cosuming these in order! 😄

Loved this story
Such a sweet story. I even cried a couple times over the fear, desperation, and sacrifice in this story. The boy made it funny and entertaining. Wasn't sure how the ending would be played out. Loved it.

In the latest instalment, the Conall Alexander is meeting his task of a single mum with a feisty little boy, who is a real charmer to any reader. Definitely one of the better in the series. And I am not offering you any spoilers.

Great story!
Enjoyed meeting this new family. Great addition to the Culloden Ghost series. I loved the antics of a six year old emotional terrorist.

Unlike the other books in this series so far this one didn't have an epilogue and I missed that!!

Fabulous storyline and characters! I enjoyed this story so much. It is an easy read in one sitting. It is a clean story. It does have a little violence in it.

Quite a good story. A few mistaken phrases. People in Britain don't send for a constable, the call the police. Also I don't think there is a clan Alexander.

A story full of love and wonder
I liked the fact he was accepted as a ghost.
I would love this story to continue. The place he landed is a place for more excitement!

Conall Alexander is one of the 79 Ghosts of Culloden Moor. The witch Soni has made a deal. He will get a chance to redeem himself as a hale and whole human and when he has redeemed himself he will have the chance to face Bonnie Prince Charlie. He has waited centuries for this. Then he will finally get to leave this earth. An earth he has been on for centuries in ghost form.
Mia is running. She's running from her ex. She is scared for her and her 6 year old son Kevin becuase there's no telling what he'll do next time he find them.
Mia and Conell Alexander's first meeting doesn't go to well with her shooting him, but there is naught to worry about as he seems to be invincible because she shoots him accidentally and it doesn't hurt him at all. That's when he tells her he's a ghost? She is not so sure if he is telling the truth or not. She decides he might be good to have around in case her ex finds her. Finally he's getting his chance redeem himself, but as time goes on he's not so sure that's what he wants anymore. Will he give up his chance to confront the prince? Could all the feelings they both feel be the start of love? Will Soni come and get him and take him away when the times comes? Would fate be that cruel?
Cassidy Cayman is a very gifted writer who takes this story and blends it with characters that we already know from the lost heiress series so I didn't have any problem relating to them. This was fabulous and I truly enjoyed reading from start to finish.

August 3, 2018This is a good series if you want something to quickly escape from your day. With several authors contributing, there are often surprises and twists. I will be sorry when the last book is read.
