description~WRITING - PLOT - PACE~
OMG...this book was ridiculously sweet. Like cavity inducing sweet. Which I am sure won't be an issue in any way for a lot of readers. But personally, the lack of any real issues or angst stopped this from being a total 5-Star read for me. That is just me though, and I have mentioned many times of late that I prefer books that have a bit more "BITE" to them. In any case, this was still a very good read. The writing was fantastic. The pace was perfect (it did start to drag a little towards the end). The plot was engaging, and the ending was over the top sweet.

~HERO~
RAFE...I loved Rafe. He was smokin' hot and had a filthy mouth. Given his past I expected him to be a little less ALL IN from the start. Maybe a little distant and reluctant, but NOPE, he was pretty much 100% ret to go the SECOND he sees Emery. There is really nothing more to say about him as he was pretty much perfect and never did anything wrong (lol).

~HEROINE~
EMERY...I loved her character as well. Again, I expected some reluctance on her part given her history, but NOPE, she was ret to go from the second she saw Rafe as well. She was pretty much as perfect as Rafe.

description

~SECONDARY CHARACTERS~
This series is rich with secondary characters and again this book was no different. We see all of Rafe's brothers. His parents. The couples from the previous books. I love the whole close knit family feel these books have. And of course, my FAVORITE side character of the entire book was ELVIS the peacock. I seriously want one as a pet now! Elvis needs to find his own HEA (lol).

~HEAT LEVEL~
Medium. I am pretty sure we are halfway into the book before any sex takes place but when we do start to get the sexy times, they are SMOKIN' HOT. Like I mentioned, Rafe has a dirty mouth. I loved it. The couple also had good on page chemistry.

~ANGST LEVEL~
ZERO. Honestly, considering both the main characters pasts this book could have had some good angst added. And I'll be honest I was a bit bummed out by this. Everything was just SO easy peasy. The couple never argued. They never had a single issue to deal with. Basically, unicorns were dancing through the tulips farting rainbows while leprechauns put pots of gold under their a$$es < -- WHAT??!! It IS St. Patrick's Day after all! (lol). There was like a blip of pointless OW drama and no OM drama.

~IN THE END~
Overall I really liked it. It was an easy and super sweet romance book. Was it perfect for ME, well NO, but it will be perfect for a lot of people who like their romances sweet, insta, and without any drama. Nothing wrong with that at all. The writing was perfect. The pace was perfect. The plot and the characters were both perfect. Even a bit of angst would have pushed this one to 5-Stars for me. Therefore yours truly is going to give this one two solid thumbs up and I can't wait to see which brother is up next.description

5 ‘ We All NEED an Elvis in our Lives’ Stars

¡DIOS MÍO!
And the ‘Lo Mas Caliente’ award goes to... Rafael Cruz!!!

Seriously, not even all the warnings in the world would be able to prepare us for the scorching hotness that is this man and his DIRTY, no, downright filthy, talk! And I soaked up every second of it!
Perfect complement for this über sugary sweet story that is Rafael and Emery’s. And Elvis of course!

Rafael and Emery both have quite a baggage from their ‘romantic’ past, one would think they may be wary when meeting a member of the opposite sex, and they are that is, until they meet each other.

Then she said my name, and it felt like something inside of me clicked into place. It was like I’d been waiting all my life for her to say it.

The insane attraction is instantaneous, but so is the recognizing of each others’ other half. A truly insta-love story, where the relationship grows in a slow burn, but ultra caliente, forever kind of love!

When I looked at Emery, something gut-deep inside of me said that we were meant for each other. I’d do whatever needed to be done to make sure she knew it—and that she felt the same way about me.

And these Cruz men…. WOW! It’s almost impossible to top this level of love and devotion. From father to each of the five brothers, they are all Best Book Boyfriend material, and we have proof of that in each of the three previous books. And the Mateo, really keeps stealing my breath and heart. Sorry to rest of the delicious Cruz men, but really, how could this man not be my fav?! Thanks to Ms. Fox for making him more and more swoon worthy each book!

“I take it you’re leaving early?”
He nodded. “I start to really miss Ava around noon and it goes downhill from there. I do my best to tough it out every other day of the week until but on Fridays I give in early and go home to my wife.”
“It’s Thursday,” I pointed out dryly.
Mateo shrugged. “It feels like a Friday to me.”

Speaking of the hotness that are the Cruz men, and like I’ve said in the beginning, Rafael really was hiding the filthiest of mouths behind that broodiness before meeting Emery, and his sweetness devotion to her. I know Ella Fox warned us about his dirt talk, but damn… He was one 100% NSFW material, and I enjoyed every second of it! ;)

Be careful, Miel. You have no idea how badly I want to cram your cunt full of my cock.”

OMG, Elvis, aka the master matchmaker, who knew a pet could take up such an important role in a romantic story?! I never imagined, but like most Enamorado fans feel completely in love with him, and keep hoping he shows on the remain Cruz’s books. Everyone adores Elvis! We all went crazy for him, Rafael just more than most, lol!

Like a custody arrangement.”
I gaped at him in shock. “You wanted to share custody of Elvis?”
“I said I knew it was crazy,”

I Need was just what I needed and hoped for! This series really has become one of my all time favorites, and another reason to stalk Ms. Fox relentlessly for more Cruz deliciousness! Super sweet, light hearted, ‘insta love’ with plenty of spice, it’s the perfect book for low angst craving, with an absolutely fantastic deck of characters. After that teasing, can’t wait for Joaquin’s!!! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

“Mi Dulce Niña. I brought you home to Spain because I knew you were it. You are everything to me. Of course I love you.”
I sniffled and gave him a wobbly smile. “I love you too.”

Safe, minor ow drama. But the reason I'm rating this low is because I'm tired of men calling their ex a bitch! Sorry I don't swooned after a man who calls his ex a bitch. Another thing if the author thought I was going to swoon after the hero calls the heroine during sex scenes 'mi niña, dulce niña' then she's wrong. Yes there's a couple of definitions of the word niña for me it means little girl. My man calls me little girl during sex that will put me off. Who the heck wants to be called a sweet little girl during sex? I'll tell you who don't... NOT ME!!! He will definitely get punch in his balls.

4.5 stars - Such a heartwarming story!

The Enamorado series had me hooked since the beginning and I enjoyed this book even more than the first two. Once again, I can say that Ella Fox did not disappoint me and I love the way she’s able to bring life to her characters…and beyond! This book is a sensual, sexy and captivating blend of romance with steamy scenes interlaced with strong family values. Loved Rafael and Emery together and individually. They complimented each other perfectly in every way. And I enjoyed their mutual love for the match-making peacock Elvis so much! Each Cruz sibling left me craving the next…

Ok. So the bird stuff was cute, but nearly every conversation or thought features the “handsome little man.” So I’m going to have to DNF. It’s just way too much about the bird. I’m at 39% and they just keep making heart eyes and thinking about how the bird reacts to everyone 😂

I remembered this brother from the first book. He had a crazy ex girlfriend who tricked him with a false pregnancy. He was a total city manwhore - pre and post the crazy ex - until he lost his libido two years ago, hitting a celibacy roadblock, probably over the trust issues he had. Actually scratch that, the ex wasn’t crazy as opposed to being a gold digger and conniving but at least she was interesting — something this book lacked.

Anyway, the heroine is an actress; she’s had two sexual partners. Her boyfriend recently cheated on her. She wants to quit that whole world - it’s not for her. She’s the best friend of the heroine in the second book, wife to the hero’s brother.

There’s no conflict in this book whatsoever. No misunderstanding, no backtracking, push-pull, no mistakes. It’s just insta love/lust, I suppose.

There’s a small scene where the crazy ex returns just to throw an insult before she’s shooed away.

Having a peacock named Elvis isn’t a personality trait. All they did was bond over her pet peacock and it’s protection over her, giving it human characteristics. If I had to summarise the book, it was peacock, peacock, peacock, sex, more peacock, heroine gets pregnant, they marry.

No. Just no.
Let me tell you why this book has officially become the worst book I've read in 2020.
First, as a spanish speaker living in a spanish speaking country I can honestly say this book did no justice to the language. I understand sometimes google translate is our only option but please check the phrases with someone who actually speaks spanish before publishing the book. There are certain words for example, "Miel" and "Dulce niña" that although they are a direct translation from honey and sweet girl make absolutely no sense in spanish. Miel is not a term of endearment we use it when we want to refer to the food, for example, "voy a comer fresas con miel" but if I refer to someone as miel it would just be awkward. "Dulce niña" although it makes sense is not used. If someone called me "dulce niña" I would run the other way. Although in english it makes sense (kinda) in spanish it does not.
Then, we have an issue with pronouns. In english you just say "mine" to anything it doesn't really matter what, but in spanish you have to consider the genre of the word. "Mio" is masculine. "Mia" is feminine, take that into consideration.

Then I had this issue where I just couldn't figure out if I was reading a romance novel or a book about a bird. Look, I love Elvis but for the reader's sake do not and I repeat DO NOT base the whole book on what the bird is doing because it just gets annoying.

Continuing, I thought I was reading a novel that was 100% real and had no insanity but I'm sorry to say I was not. How can at around 70 percent of the book both MC fly out of the CONTINENT to escape animal control because they didn't want their precious bird to be taken away. that insane and ridiculous. Honestly they could've talked with the officer and get it over with not just leave the country as if they were being committed for murder. I'm sorry, does that only sound ridiculous to me?

Finally, the chapter seemed to have a weird pause. Okay I realize this will not make sense to some people but from past experience when the author is not really ready to finish a chapter but wants to change the POV they just add a break but Ella Fox decided she was going to end the chapter in the middle of a conversation without actually finishing her idea.

Look, the plot was good but it could've been executed in a different way and I would've probably rated it a 5 star. Honestly, I think the author made a mistake and I do believe she is a good writer just that this book is not one of her best works. I will continue to read her books and update you.

Love, K

Y'all I have to tell you something important, so come in nice and close. Sit down, make yourself comfortable, and listen up because there's something you need to know: this book is utterly incredible. It will make you swoon something fierce, it'll have you melting in your boots, and it'll have your heart all aflutter with what you get with Rafe and Emery. From the very first page of this book, this story will steal your heart. It will own you in every way possible, and it'll have you bursting with the amount of love that floods you for these characters.

Whether its the butterflies they give you, the heart meltingly moments that own you, or the moments that so magnificently envelop you within every ounce of what these two characters share, I Need will give you it all.

It will give you the feels, the heart, the feel of family and connection, and it'll give you one helluva love story that will have you believing in the true power of love. It is no secret that I have loved this series. I Want and I Don't were two of my favorite reads last year, so it's easy to say that the entire Enamorado Series is one of my favorites. There is just something about this family, something about these Spanish alphas who fight for their hearts and their loves with all that they have, and something about the strong, dynamic and wonderful women they fall for that has me needing these books like I need my next breath.

What Ella Fox has created within these books is fantastic. This author knows how to write one helluva love story that will get your heart racing a bit faster, all while consuming you within the mesmerizing heat and connection her characters share. The way she allows you to be right in the thick of it with them, experiencing what it's like to fall, what it's like to meet that one person who changes everything, and what it's like to be pulled into a love that is like a siren's call is truly what sets these books apart. That and the fact that the characters of this world are amazing in every way, distinctive in a way that makes them each such an integral part of the story, and just so damn wonderful that you will never want to leave them.

Seriously. Trust me when I say you will never want to leave these characters. I just finished I Need and I am already going through withdrawals. I already miss Rafael and Emery. I already miss Elvis. I already miss this wonderful family that is loyal and generous and so kind. I already miss all the memorable moments they all share. I already miss what they each brought to this story and everything that unfolded. And I am already thinking about the next time that I will get to be with them.

That is how much I love them, that is how much I love this world and this series, and that is how much I love and cannot get enough of Ella Fox's world.

I have read all of her books. I have devoured them, reread them, swooned and melted while reading them, and let me just tell you, they all just keep getting better and better. All of her characters are so easy to love, so easy to root for and fall for, and they all have this wonderful way about them that allows them to burrow themselves so deeply in your heart that you just can't get enough.

I can't get enough.

This series follows the sons of the Cruz family as they fall head over heels for the women that give them everything. I have loved every single book in this series, but I have to admit that after everything that was set up for Rafe's story, I was especially excited to see what his book would bring. You see Rafe has been through so much, and after being betrayed by someone close to him he was shattered. It has taken years for him to put his pieces back together again, and the moment he comes face to face with Emery, is the moment he realizes everything has changed. This story follows the two of them as they fall fast and hard, as the gush over one amazing (and oh so handsome!) peacock, and as they realize that they might've just met the one missing piece that they needed.

To say this book made my heart happy is a complete understatement. It melted my heart into a puddle of glorious emotion, coupled with some serious swoon. Every page had me even more enamored with these characters and what they shared. Through Ella Fox's incredible writing I was with them through every breath of this story, living it, experiencing it, and falling right along with those two. Their connection is on fire and it starts the second they meet, and every word of this story follows Rafe and Emery as they try to make sense of their feelings, as they share what they do, and as they see where the future might take them.

Their story was emotional, beautiful in a way that truly touched my heart, and it made me blush like nobody's business because of the fire and spark those two share. It was like the fourth of July on crack y'all, and I was addicted. I was addicted to them, their story, and every moment of what they shared together. Every turn of that page in this book made me love them more, had me feeling and living more of their story, and showed me again and again how much they needed each other.

Rafe and Emery were just the best. They were real, they were honest, and they had their hearts on their sleeves. They had both been through so much in their lives, and I loved getting to be there with them as they connected and as they helped each other reach the places they both so deserved to be. I loved that Rafe was so thoughtful, so protective, and so darn endearing. I also could not resist that man and his Spanish sweet nothings that had me swooning left and right. Most of all, I loved that Rafe was such a good guy, with a heart of gold, fighting for what he and his heart wanted. I was just as smitten with Emery. I found her to be so relatable and sweet and genuine. I loved that she too had her heart on her sleeve and wasn't afraid to feel what was consuming her. That girl was strong, honest, and beautiful inside and out, and I couldn't have asked for someone better for Rafe.

(Did I mention the fact that his character really meant a lot to me, so the lady for him had to be special, and Emery completely fit that bill. Tenfold.)

And do not even get me started on my love for Elvis. That little peacock was a gem. The way he was his own character, with his own shining and distinctive personality, and the way he interacted with these characters was the best. He was the icing on top of the cake for an incredible story, and I loved him. So so much. I loved every moment he was in, and I have my fingers crossed that he will find his way into more of these books as this series continues.

To say I loved this book is not enough. It just doesn't do this story what It deserves. This book took ahold of my heart in every way, it gave me two real and so easy to love characters, and it let me believe and feel and live and breathe every ounce of their love story as they gave it all a chance. What Emery and Rafe shared together made me believe in the power of love all over again, and I am practically counting down the minutes until I can get more of this series and more with all of these characters. I love them all so much, I am so invested in all of them, and I can't wait to see where tis series will take them all!!!

This story was exactly what I needed and more. I couldn't put it down once I started, and I never wanted it to end either. It melted me, touched every part of my heart, and had me swooning and loving every second of being with Emery and Rafe. If you read this book and this series, it'll do the same for you. I promise. This book, this world, and what Ella Fox so magnificently gives you with these characters will have you believing in the all encompassing power of love. This book will make you need everything it so fantastically gives you, and in the end you will be deliriously happy that you jumped into with all that you have.

Trust me. There is no resisting Rafe and Emery, or Elvis for that matter. Their love will give you it all and then some, and I am telling you, you will love every second you get with them.

I know I did. So damn much.

Slight ow drama, but it was over quickly. Great story. Loved this series. Loved Elvis. The way the author rights him is amazing. Definitely recommend, but you would need to read them in order as there are characters from the other books in this one. Great read.

This was such a beautifully sweet romance read. Rafe is such a hot and steamy hero in this romance read. Considering his past, you would like he would be against love but deep down , he must really crave love and miss the feelings it gives him. The reason I say that is when he sees/meets Emery, he was 100% in love and the chemistry was super explosive between them. Oh and the Cruz brothers.. they are super-hot and they are a hoot!! I wish I had them for brothers, seriously! Then there is Elvis..Oh my! His love for Emery is touching and had me in tears. Her love for him is pure. If there is a favorite of mine in this book, it is Elvis. I don’t want to give any spoilers away but what I will say this that Rafe and Emery are two people who come together after they had some past pain and when they come together, it is truly beautiful but not without drama, angst and heartache. There is definite laughter, witty humor, passion, hope and love. This is a romance that isn’t dark but full of light. I loved catching up with past characters in previous books. I can’t wait to see which brother is going to be next and who his heroine will be. I loved Ms. Fox’s writing and I enjoyed how all the characters come off as relatable yet with a snap to them. She is an auto buy for me and I look forward to her next release.

This book complete I Want (Enamorado, #2) and I loved to get a glimpse of Mateo and Ava.

I liked how H finally get his happiness and overcome his distrust of female after what he went through in I Don't (Enamorado #1).

Moreover, the epilogue complete the previous two books: babies always made wondetful epilogue.

A very sweet, low angst, low drama read that will make you swoon and wish you had your very own super hot, romantic Spaniard like Rafe!

And let’s not forget Elvis, because he truly steals the show in this book, if I wasn’t absolutely terrified of birds I would now be begging my husband for my own peacock 😂

This was my least favorite of the three so far. I loved the first two. The hero's in those book seemed like good guys who weren't manwhores. But this guy....wow. The first couple of chapters talked way too much about how he "liked sex more than the average person, so [he] had a lot of it." He then goes on to talk about how he would "hook up" with his ex (Francesca) casually and also with "several other people at the same time." If you've read the other two books you know that Rafe's ex, Francesca faked a pregnancy quite spectacularly which really affected him. He goes on to say, "About six months after the Francesca situation exploded, I decided I should try to lose myself in sex. Anywhere, anytime-if there was a beautiful woman not looking for any commitment, I was ready to go. I'd spent the next fourteen months fucking my way through Barcelona, Los Angeles, New York, Madrid, and London, attempting to find something-anything-that made me feel less." He then become celibate for two years. I'm thinking this is how he redeems his whorish behavior? And of course because this book couldn't be any worse, the heroine has only had two sexual partners which were horrible and she had only been with her last boyfriend a total of two times. And of course she's beautiful and an actress. How does this make sense? Sorry but the romance of the book dwindled down to nothing for me. Every time they had sex all I could think about was all the hundreds of women he had been with before her. Sorry but that's just not romantic for me. So needless to say I skipped through large portions of this book.

Nice, easy romantic Spanish series.....

Truly, this is just a very steady series w/ an interesting family from Spain, wealthy, staying in Malibu for the summer and the women they fall in love with, intermingled w/ a hilarious pet peacock. Yes, a peacock. Elvis is in the building and frankly doing all the match making. Ha.

We’ve met our leading lady before, Emery is a Hollywood starlet stuck with a god awful man......in the last book. She’s finally free of him. Kaya, her bestie, fell in love w/ one of the brothers last book, so it sets the meeting up w/ Rafael.

I’ve wanted his book for awhile. Was happy to hear some of his back story. He’s just a very good man, who was done extremely wrong by a woman. He’s out of that.

And we’re off....it was a funny and sexy romance. If your reading the series, I recommend. If your not, I’d read from the beginning, for all the backstory, but you could read it as a stand alone.

I really loved this book it has to be my favorite in the Enamorado series and I can't wait to see what's to come . This can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend that you start from the beginning because you might run into some major spoilers . After reading I want I couldn't wait to see what was to come for Emery and Rafael plus to see if Elves's plan would work and what other shenanigans he could get himself into . The characters were really likable didn't know what I was going to think of Rafe but he quickly became a swoon worthy hero , Emery was awesome everything about her was good qualities of a heroine . Chemistry between them was off the charts hot and the sex oh my gosh the sex scenes were flipping steamy . The secondary characters were just as amazing it was wonderful to see how the couples are doing and progressing with their lives . I suggest I Need as a must one click right away read so get your one clicking fingers ready .

I Need

I could not wait to get my hands on Rafe’s book, especially after everything he’s been through with that deceiving witch. Rafe is closed off to everyone except Elvis and his family. Elvis is the peacock that lives next door and has become very close with Rafe. Kaya is staying in her best friends home, Emery. When Emery comes back home and has to go in hiding from the paparazzi, she stays at the Cruz residence next door. What she never expects is to connect so deeply with someone she’s just met. It’s instant chemistry for Rafe and Emery right from the beginning. Will Rafe be able to open his heart and soul to another human being after all the hurt he’s encountered before?

Rafe is just as broody and sexy as his brothers and just as perfect! If you love the Cruz brothers, get ready to fall head over heels in love with this Cruz! I loved seeing more of the Cruz family especially Mateo, Ava, Alejandro and Kaya in I Need. Seeing how these couples are living life still happily in love warms my heart and it was a perfect addition to this story. If you never thought you could love a peacock, get ready to fall head over heels for Elvis too! He’s adorable and hilarious! 4.5 heart warming stars.

From the first page, I knew this would be a fast paced story. It wasn't simply because I loved Ella Fox's previous books. Or that the synopsis for I NEED for too intriguing to not want to flip through every page until "the end'' came.

Nope.

It was also for the fact that I ADORED book 2 "I Want".

and... maybe that it included the small little country New Zealand? *heart swells*

Rafael and Emery stole my heart.

They both might have trampled it right before they made it beat with a smile, but still, it was a little roughed up with emotions. Always something to eagerly look forward to in a story right? It's something a book should have as the basis. And boy did this one.

I loved every aspect, how much I longed to see what would happen next, the anger with the choices they made but also the unexpected passion I had in seeing them both happy. It's kinda normal. I only wish that it was a little more fast paced, just a bit.

Other than that, it was as addictive as the first and second, something that doesn't happen often with a series - whether following one pair of main characters or different in every book.

I would read this again in a heartbeat.

Thank you Ella Fox for once again creating a gorgeous story!! xx

I’ve been a fan of this series and all of the Cruz men since the beginning, and have been waiting for Rafe’s story for awhile now, and it took me a bit to get into this book I must say. I Need was a hit and a miss for me.. I really, really enjoyed parts of it, while other parts I felt dragged on and I felt myself putting my Kindle down and forcing myself to pick it back up so I could get back into the story.

I won’t deny that Emery and Rafe’s story was awesome, and their connection was beautiful. They were exactly who each other needed when they needed them. But… Elvis, the peacock, stole this book, as well as the secondary characters in my opinion. I think I would have enjoyed this story more if not as much emphasis was put on Elvis, Alejandro, Kaya, and the others. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I adore Elvis.. who wouldn’t that peacock is HILARIOUS, but I wanted more depth to Rafe and Emery, instead of insta-love and then BOOM story is over. We got their back stories, then next thing you know, hero mode strikes, and then an HEA. I really wanted to see more of these two truly defining their relationship outside of Elvis and outside of the bedroom.

Now don’t get me wrong, I did enjoy these characters and their story. I really did, but to me, this book seemed rush compared to I Don’t and I Want, the previous stand-alones in the series and I had a harder time getting into this story, which sucked because I really, really wanted Rafe’s story. I am not going to let this put a damper on the series though, since I do love the Cruz men and I am hoping for the other brothers stories as well!

Elvis makes another appearance.

I had to read this book because I wanted to read the story of Rafe and Emery. If you recall in the first book, Rafe had been heartbroken because of what his ex-girlfriend did. Emery is the best friends of Kaya from the second book, who lived in the house next door to the Cruz's Malibu vacation home. Emery also had a pet peacock named Elvis. In this book Elvis stole the story. The romance between Rafe and Emery was just lukewarm.

Lost the magic

This was a bit of a disappointment after how good book two was.
There was no relationship development between the characters. They were either having sex or talking to Elvis.
Let's talk about the sex, I don't remember it being so tacky in the first books. There was no emotion in any of it, it was a little too close to written hard core porn. I also agree with another reviewer who said it was absolutely wrong to have the term 'little girl' being said during sex.
I adore Elvis, he was fun in book two. He seemed to steal the entire book this time. A little more focus on building an emotional relationship between Rafe and Miel would have been better.
I will keep reading the series. Maybe Diego is up next.

3.5 RATING- A cute addition to the series. Expect instant attraction and ridiculous antics by a larger than life peacock (that may get on a readers nerves but I thought was cute).

Looking forward to the next book in the series.

Too much of Elvis for my taste. I ended up skipping a bit here and there. I get that Elvis is Emery's peacock pet, but I felt like there was just too much of the story centered around him, even if he was acting matchmaker. It became ridiculous in my opinion.

"I've never wanted anyone the way I want you. You don't know the beast you're unleashing."
"Give me the beast, Rafe."

Holy hotness!! These Cruz men are delicious!! First Mateo, then Alejandro, now Rafael. I'm sad that there are only 2 more brothers to go in this series, but at the same time excited that there are still 2 more brothers to go!!

After a tragic relationship filled with lies, betrayal and ultimately violence against his family, Rafael "Rafe" Cruz has taken a sabbatical from women. He's shut his emotions off, walling himself inside a fortress of self-pity and self-preservation. His best friends are his brothers, and Elvis, the crazy peacock that lives next door. He's numb. Until Emery. She stirs in him, what he thought had been dead and lost. He falls for her, hard and fast and will do everything in his power to hold on to her forever.

Emery Bellerose has had it. A career she doesn't really want. A boyfriend-not-a-boyfriend, who cheated on her and kept a big secret from her. A part in a movie that is a sure nail in her career coffin (not that she cares). She just wants to go home and see her BFF Kaya and her baby boy, Elvis. Arriving under a tabloid scandal, she is forced to remain hidden at the Cruz residence, something she wasn't counting on. Another thing she wasn't counting on was Rafael. With his good looks, great body, sensual accent, and brutal honest approach, he hits her like a freight train -right in the heart. With the way her life has been going, Rafe could be the key to turning it all around. Finally, something good and she's going to hold on to him with everything she's got.

This series is just amazing. The Spanish phrases of endearment, and dirty talk, make me wish my husband spoke a little too. It just adds to the sexiness of the Cruz men. Can't wait for the next book and more of Elvis!!

You know how every once in a while a series comes along, and you absolutely love every single character the author brings to life? Every book just builds perfectly on the last one, and keeps you entertained from start to finish. That’s how I feel about this series of books that Ella Fox has so graciously written and shared with her readers.

I Need is the third book in the Enamorado series, but can be read as a stand a lone. However, if you truly want to enjoy every single thing about this book make sure to read I Don’t and I Want. This will give you the perfect introduction to the Cruz brothers, and one

I Need is Rafe’s story, and so far my favorite. In my humble opinion, it’s the best in the series so far! We first meet Rafe in I Want. He’s angry, and seems to hate life and it’s only because of Elvis the peacock that he starts to heal and become himself. But it isn’t until he meets Elvis’ mommy that things really start to heat up! And wow do they heat up. I seriously needed a fan after some of these scenes!

I Need was incredibly steamy, with an off the charts love story that I couldn’t get enough of. I loved Rafe and his sweet, but incredibly sexy alpha personality. And Emery was loving and funny, and a strong female character. I loved her strong personality, and how her trust in Rafe helped him to completely heal from all of his past wounds.

Ella Fox is absolutely one of my go to authors and I can not recommend her books enough. If you haven’t read anything by her, seriously what’s stopping you? Run, don’t walk, and one click this series now!

4.5 stars.

I Need is Rafe’s book and I Need me my own Rafe. This man *swoons*. Ridiculously sexy with a dirty mouth, he’s pretty much the perfect man. Having been dealt a crappy hand in his past with his devious and untrustworthy ex girlfriend, Rafe has sworn off woman for the last few years. That changes the second he sees his brothers girlfriends friend Emery and it’s game on for Rafe. Feeling the instant attraction between them Rafe doesn’t waste any time going after what he wants.

I loved Emery. What’s not to love about her? Walking away from her job soon turns into the best thing she could have done and with sexy Spaniard Rafe and his family more than willing to help her and her peacock Elvis. Who knew a peacock called Elvis could be such a matchmaker? Yes you read that correctly. The star of this book for me was without a doubt Elvis. I loved the interaction between the main characters and the peacock with a personality of his own.

This is a really enjoyable, super sweet romance with great characters. I was expecting a little more angst and conflict due to both characters past relationships but overall I really enjoyed Rafe and Emerys story and can’t wait for more from the Cruz clan.
