Destitute’s lead singer, Jared Larson aka “The Emperor of Rock” was every bit the arrogant rocker everyone assumed he was. “Assumed” being the word here because beneath all of that was a man who was true, genuine, and caring. The band’s new PR person was Alicia Diamond who was great at her job, tough as nails and sexy. Her job was to clean up the messes that Destitute always seemed to get themselves into since they were at the top of their game right now and they loved every bit of it.
Jared and Alicia were attracted to each other but that didn’t stand in the way of Alicia being a no holds bar push over. Jared was definitely not for anything other than one night stands…until he met her. He also had a crazed groupie waiting to latch on to him or bring his world crumbling down.
One More Night gives you all the bad boy rockers you want plus that feeling of hoping for the impossible. I can’t wait to read more about Ms. Parker’s rockers!!

It's been a while since I've read a Rock Star romance that's storyline has held my interest the whole way through .I cant wait to get to know each band member in their own Standalone
I loved Jared , The sexy leader of the band the Destitute, but he knows he's all that. It's a riot to read how the bands new PR Alicia has no qualms about shooting his huge ego down a level or two.....she is a strong woman that doesn't take no bull.
The relationship is rocky , emotional and doesn't start as a full on insta- love for either of them. There is total chemistry , tons of hot sex scenes and I love that this is a series so their relationship doesn't just stop at the end of their book.

One More Night is a great new release from Ali Parker. It's also the first in her Backstage Pass series, and after this one I'm hoping to see future books for the rest of Destitute. Not surprising to me, this is really well written, with good story and character development. I loved all the characters, though it took me a couple of chapters to warm up to "the Emperor of Rock". Though attracted to each other from the get go, the relationship between Alicia and Jared is a slow build that explodes with heat once they stop fighting their attraction (and the Emperor steps back). I love the dynamics between them from the beginning and that Alicia is a strong female lead that, though Jared gets her all hot and bothered, doesn't put up with his sh¡t. I also love that when they have a couple of issues pop up, they deal with everything like grown-ups...imagine. Overall this book is a great read and checked off all of my boxes...sexy AF, bad boy lead, well written story and characters, steamy, delicious scenes, sweet, heartwarming feels, a little mystery/suspense to keep things interesting, not to mention a fabulous HEA...uh...Yes, please. The only bad thing about this book is that I'm left feeling rather impatient for the next book in the series.

A great start to a new series by Ali Parker revolving around a rock band and this first book features the lead singer, Jared, and their new PR person, Alicia. After the old PR to the new band retires, their manager hires Alicia and she is not one to mess around or take slack from the band. Jared is stunned by her especially when she shoots him down flat and now he doesn’t want to stop till he has her. How and will he be able to wear her down till she gives in ?
A great read with steamy scenes, a bit of suspense, an arrogant rock star and an amazing woman. At first I didn’t like Jared especially what would have happened when he was out with his brother if a bad PR move hadn’t have happened. He was also arrogant all the time and only got a glimpse of the “real” Jared a few times. But those few times were great and I loved how Alicia brought out those times and when his brother needed him. Alicia was a force to be reckoned with and I liked how she was around Jared before and after....but what was her secret ? I also enjoyed how it all ended and I can’t wait to read about the rest of the band and their stories.

I’m a sucker for a book that takes me behind the scenes of the entertainment industry: movies, television, music. So, this book fed my reality-drama loving heart. I love that Alicia’s strong and in charge. That she doesn’t just take what Jared’s dishing out, but rather gives it right back to him in spades. And I loved watching Jared as the relationship slowly starts to creep up on him. The Emperor of Rock is about to be in for a big surprise. I adore Destitute and can’t wait to read the stories about the rest of the band.

This story has a rock star that wants everyone to think that he’s arrogant and untouchable. He has his women on night at a time and there gone. He doesn’t want anyone to close. He likes it this way but he admits it’s lonely. Then a new PR woman starts and he’s afraid that she may see through his persona. Will she get in and see the real him and after she does what will they do? I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

Ms. Parker has a "hook" to her words that once she has you on the line it is hard to put down her reading material. I totally enjoyed this book and recommend it to those who like romance and especially like romance and bad boy musicians. I look forward to more from this author in this same vein.

Ali Parker’s One More Night: A Bad Boy Romance is all about Destitute’s lead singer Jared Larson and Alicia Diamond, the beautiful PR hired to clean up the bands bad image. The storyline is hot and snags you from the beginning. Second time reading this book, it’s that good! I voluntarily read and reviewed this advanced readers copy. Definitely five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One More Night is an up close, personal look into the lives of Destitute’s band members and in particular, the lead singer and songwriter Jared Larsen, The Emperor of Rock.
Jared is at the top of his game and enjoying life and the perks of being adored by his many female admirers. Tonight that would be Marilyn, or was it Madison. Possibly Madeline? Definitely an M name, but it doesn’t really matter because her time ends at sunrise…just like all the others. A guy has to have rules to live by and he is a firm believer in one night stands.
According to Jared, he is having the time of his life and trying to enjoy it. Drink, get laid and don’t worry so much. Check, check…check. Sounds good until the new PR Agent arrives. She has a plan and doesn’t take her work lightly.
Will the band members follow the directions/guidance of a woman? Or will chaos and anarchy reign? One thing is for sure, Alicia has her work cut out for her and the guys aren’t going to push her around. And she is gorgeous, smart and a bit alpha… with that said, you know it is going to be a thrill ride right from the start!
The characters are wonderful…a little bit of everything, and some things you might not expect. There will be challenges as change enters lives and emotional upheaval takes center stage and a twist you might not see coming. All of these things will keep you tethered to your reader right up to the end.

Jared Larsen, "The Emperor of Rock", is the lead singer and writer of the rock band Destitute. He and his band are on a roll. They can have as many women as they like as the women are just after fame and their money. They often don't even know the women's names - but who cares? All that changes when they get a PR agent in the delicious form of Alicia. Alicia has high expectations and rules that she always adheres to and they've not going to change her - especially Jared! Just because he is arrogant, handsome, an alpha male at his best, treating women as if they are of no consequence to him, he's so successful that he knows what he is doing and Alicia is going to have an uphill battle with him. But that may not be so bad! Jared sees Alicia and knows that he's in trouble. She's such a strong personality [dare I say an alpha personality][ all trapped in a stunning curvy body which was made for sin, with luxurious hair and a way of making him start believing in things such as relationships? Okay, who said that?? Ali Parker is a superb author who captures your imagination right at the beginning of a story - admittedly I didn't like arrogant Jared very much at the beginning but with the influence of Alicia, he turns out to be one glorious sexy piece of manhood that anyone could love. Whenever they are in the same room together, the temperature rises and we have STEAM HEAT! the attraction between them is going to be a fight to control but do Jared and Alicia have the control to do this? Do they even want to? Why not give in - just the once?? Or twice?? With challenges that I didn't expect, Ali's writing kept me transfixed to the story and I had to read it in one go as it was so good! I really enjoyed this story and I look forward to reading about the others in the band. This is a fast paced, must have read that I will be re-reading in the future as it's so good.

This book is so good. I am a fan of all things Ali Parker but this one tops the list. It is a story about a rock bank name Destitute that are the quintessential rock band. Heavy drinking, partying, and lots and lots of sex with strange women every night. No strings, no promises and they are very upfront about their lifestyle. Jared Larson aka the Emperor of Rock is the lead singer and primary writer for the band and his brother Caleb and best friends Dom, Nick, and Matt make up the band. They have worked very hard to make it and they intend to enjoy the fruits of their labor. Along comes Alicia Diamond, their new PR person. Her job is to deflate all the negative publicity they create from their wild boy ways and promote their new album that's coming out. She has her hands full to say the least. Jared is used to getting any and everything he wants and currently he wants Alicia. She isn’t falling for his wicked charm even though he could melt the panties right off her she is resisting his innuendoes of what he wants to do to her in private. This book is not only smoking hot but it also has an underline story behind the scene of our superstar and what he is really like in private. There is also some mystery in this book, no spoilers here but it will keep you guessing. I received an early copy to read and give my honest opinion. I truly loved it. One of my favorite Ali Parker books and can’t wait for the next one in this series. All 5 guys are full of themselves that they will all have great stories to be told. This is a standalone, no cliffhanger here but we will get to continue with these characters in future books I hope. I highly recommend it and hope you enjoy Jared and Alicia’s story as much as I did.

Loved One More Night by Ali Parker. Great start to the Backstage Pass series. Jared is the front man for the band, Destitute, and loves being the Emperor of Rock and everything that comes with the rock and roll lifestyle. Alicia is hired as the new PR agent to put out any fires that the band members get into and to help create hype for the new Destitute album. Alicia and Jared are attracted to each other, and the chemistry between them is scorching HOT! Alicia and Jared give into their attraction and come to a mutually beneficial agreement that eventually leads to exclusivity. Alicia finds it hard to trust Jared because of his reputation. Will Alicia believe Jared when someone makes a surprise announcement? Can Jared change his playboy ways for a chance at a future with Alicia? One More Night by Ali Parker is an amazing story with great characters and a fantastic story line that will make the reader laugh out loud. I was hooked from the beginning to the end. Can't wait to read more about the other members of Destitute. Highly recommend getting One More Night by Ali Parker. I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

One More Night is the personal look into the life of the band Destitute lead singer and songwriter – Jared Larsen. Jared is known as the “Emperor of Rock”. Jared and the band are at the top of their game enjoying life and all that comes with fame. It’s a new woman every night and they can barely remember their names. The women are after one thing, fame and notoriety from sleeping with a rock star. In comes a new PR manager Alicia and they begin to question everything. Alicia has a plan and she takes her work seriously. Jared knows once he sees her he is in for trouble. Alicia comes with a strong personality, an alpha to me and is resistant to Jared even though he looks like sex on a stick! Will the band members shape up and follow her plan or will chaos follow? Eventually both figure out they cannot resist each other. They are afraid to put a label on what relationship they have. But they have both found their match!!!
The characters were great! It was ups and downs and included turns you didn’t expect. At first I thought Jared was a total bagger but eventually he changed my heart! Great read and I couldn’t get enough of it.

As expected, this is an amazing beginning of Ali’s new series! It has everything from a tatted hot alpha playboy to a smart, beautiful strong willed female lead that doesn’t put up the the antics of the band members, and yes thst twist that surprises us!

He’s at the top after struggling and playing in dive bars, going hungry and struggling to make it. Very well written short story with great storyline and plot. Full of expanse and hotness. I like that the characters are relatable and likeable. It has a nice pace to it. I like the main characters and how they develop. They are very likeable and relatable. The story flows nicely and it is very captivating from first to last chapter. I like the story very much. A different theme with a twist that surprised me.
It is written in dual POV which gives the reader much more of the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. Great romance with a twist and very enjoyable read. I like it has an epilogue to finish the story. Lots of chemistry in this amazing story.

It is written in dual POV which gives the reader much more of the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. Great romance with a twist and very enjoyable read. I like it has an epilogue to finish the story. Lots of chemistry in this amazing story.

This is the best musician romance I have read! I'm not usually a fan of musician romance, but because I love Ali Parker I took a chance. I'm so glad I did! The depth to the characters is fantastic! I loved that there was an instant connection between Jared and Alicia, but the love was a slow burn. Alicia is strong-willed, and not a groupie, which added another level of enjoyment for me. Jared can be a total a**, but there is more to him than that if he is willing to show his true self. The chemistry is hot, the love scenes are spicy, the romance is sweet, the characters are fantastic, the mystery/suspense keeps things exciting, and it all gets wrapped up with a great HEA. I can't wait to read more!

Jared is the lead singer for the successful band, Destitute. He is a cocky, arrogant, handsome man-whore who has all the women drooling over him. Alicia Diamond is the new PR brought in to prevent any negative publicity and promote the bands new album. From the moment Jared and Alicia meet the chemistry is amazing but Alicia is determined to keep to a business relationship only. “One More Night” is a marvelous romance with deliciously steamy scenes and a bit of suspense. Destitute band has paid their dues over the last few years and were enjoying the perks that fame can give.
Jared the lead singer has his rules about those he sleeps with and he’s never been told “No” until the new PR manager shows up. She’s hot and he has to take a taste if only he can break down her walls.
Alicia has paid her Sue’s climbing to the top of being a PR manager. She’s used to the different things her clients has done to have her clean up. When she gets hired to be Destitute’s PR Manager she’s elated. She’s heard about them, but she was caught by surprise at how hot the lead singer was in person.

Alecia has her hands full when she is hired as the PR agent to clean up the image of the band, Destitute. Five wild guys who have worked hard to get their band to where it is but they also party hard. Their new album is coming out and their agent wants them to get their act together. Jared, the lead singer keeps hitting on Alecia and she keeps turning him down. Their chemistry is strong, but she knows he's a one night wonder kind of guy. This was a well written book with strong, complex characters, a page turning plot and a great read. Told from a dual POV which was great. No spoiler here, but it's a great romance. I read an advance copy and voluntarily chose to write a review.

Emperor Of Rock Vs The PR Agent

Jared and Alicia are an amazing pair!! I swear I could feel the zing from their hot connection coming off the pages of my Kindle!
I am a huge fan of Rock star romances, it is my go to of choice.
Being I have read my fair share, I was thrilled by the fun fresh storyline, perfect mix of fantasy and reality, with such a suspenseful twist and ultra sexy! Mmhmm- plus strong characters and loved how we got to know the other members.
I am really looking forward to seeing what crazy things they have in store!! I hope its soon.

One More Night is the first book in a great new series by Ali Parker. This story introduces us to the band Destitute and its members. Jared is the band's front man, a bad boy rocker, who we first meet in a scene showing us why he's been given the moniker of Emperor of Rock.
I enjoyed seeing how he was tamed by Alicia, their new PR agent. Their relationship gave the story the right mix of sweet and steamy, with a little crazy groupie thrown in for good measure.
I can't wait to see them again in later stories and learn more about the other band members.

Jared is the lead singer of a rock band, which is totally into rock, women, and drinking, but one thing that I really liked about them is that there were no drugs. He is so arrogant and cocky though, but is that the real him? Then, Alicia is hired to be the band's PR agent. What happens from there is a sizzling hot, fun, hard to put down story about the "Emperor of Rock" and the woman that is there to protect and build up his image. I loved this book, from beginning to end, and speaking of the end, it was phenomenal. I voluntarily reviewed this advance copy, and I highly recommend it. I am really looking forward to more books in this series.

This was a really good book, I was really expecting to be like other music books but it had more depth to it.
Jared Larsen thinks he deserves all that he has, he is cocky, arrogant and doesn't apologize for it - he doesn't see that the fame might bother even fellow band mate and brother Caleb and new PR Rep Alicia.
He's told her more about him than anybody but will his antics push her away or will she just realize it's bad to mix business with pleasure. No matter how bad it hurts.
Ali Parker has a way to bring you into her books and makes you want more. I can't read to read the next book.
