as far as textbooks go this one was pretty good, and I really liked how the had boxes that summarized the important information that was talked about on the page, it was a great study tool to have and use while preparing for exams.

This textbook has many well explained examples which will interest both psychology students and students of sport who are looking for insights in the psychological dimension of the game.
