She saved his son. Can she save him, too?

Jamison Loane knew Alessia Rhyme like he had never known any other girl. As his best friend’s little sister, Aly always was around, making it easy to fall in love with her. Yet, one careless comment on Jam’s side put Aly in harm’s way. To keep her safe, he gave up his happiness and stayed away from Alessia, even though she was all he ever wanted.

Not that she or anyone knew that.
So when Alessia left for college, giving her his infant son was the only solution he saw to save the boy from an abusive mother.
Ten years later Aly can’t get over loving Jam, especially not when his son reminds her every day of the father so far away. Having built a great life for Lesso and herself, she is cautiously happy. Or so she thought until Jam shows up, turning her life upside down with a dimpled smile.
But Jam has changed. He has a dark secret that Aly is determined to uncover.

Can Jam and Aly leave the past behind when their secrets threaten to tear them apart? Or will they never find true salvation?

Just a free-lance lover of the written word and fictional worlds... Everyone has that one perfect book boyfriend... I wanted my own, so... Here we are!

I've been writing since I figured guys in real life don't do what I want them to do, and there is nithing better than to write the stuff you like... Until I realized that THOSE boys don't do what you want them to do, either... *sighs*

ARC received from the Author in exchange for an honest review.

I have to say that this book is my favorite one by Sam. I think I have read every single one that is out (I just suck at reviewing them!) but with with one I had to share my feelings here.

In here we meet Jamison and Alessia. And when I thought that this book will be another book where she wants to make her big brother best friend fall in love with her, Sam has made me drop my jaw from the very beginning.

I did not expect such story. Heart clenching, making you feel heartbroken, sad, mad, happy and the only result was to sob so hard that you use 4 packs of tissues.

Alessia is an amazing girl and even more amazing woman. You would think that she agreed to help Jam out of love but once you get to know her better you see that she is simply a kind and caring person.

Jamison...OMG. He is the ultimate book boyfriend that every girls needs. He would give anything to keep the people he loves safe. First with Alessia and then with Lesso. Everything he did was for them. Nobody else. I fell in love with him straight away. Don't get me wrong, there were moments when I wanted to shake him after he left Alessia or how he treated her but mostly I simply wanted to cuddle him and make all his pain, nightmares, guilt go away.

Sam has touched an unusual subject here. One that is not widely discussed.

Beautiful book and I hope that Sam will write more books like that.

5 heavenly stars! <3

Oh my!! What a fabulous book. This is the first book I've read by Sam Destiny, but it will definitely not be the last. This is an emotional story that will definitely pull at your heartstrings. When Alessia (Aly) is 18, she is leaving for college, but is stopped on the road by Jamison (Jam) and he pleads with her to take his son and keep him safe. Aly is sure of her decision to help as soon as Jam unwraps the baby and shows her his bruises. His evil mother, Collene Karmison cannot kill that precious baby boy. Aly comes to love and think of Alessandro as her own son. Ten years later, Jamison comes to see her and tells her that Collene is missing and they don't know where she is. He wants her to be extra careful, although he doesn't think he was followed. While he is talking with Aly, his son comes to the door and he knows who he is!! Aly never lied to her son about his dad. Now, that Jamison is in their lives what is going to happen? I highly recommend this book to everyone . You will not be disappointed. I received an arc for my honest opinion.

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC from Sam Destiny, and I have to say it's probably one of my favourite story's from her so far. This was very different to Tagged - it had more angst, more drama, and hurt, wow did it hurt to read it at times - the things Jam and Aly went through, but it also had sweet, tender moments... moments of hope and love.

I don't want to give too much away, but if you enjoy second chance romances with plenty of hold-your-breath moments, then AJ's Salvation could be right up your street.

Holy Shiz! What an emotional roller coaster! Sam Destiny made me feel as though I was the story, every bit of hurt, pain, happiness, sadness, excitement, hesitancy, you name it, I felt while reading AJ's Salvation. I couldn't help but to be heartbroken for Aly & Jami, their story isn't for the feint of heart, but at the same time I felt I was fighting for them throughout the whole story.
This is definitely a tearjerker and an ugly cry type of book, so if that isn't your thing, this probably isn't for you. If you're ready with two boxes of tissues and a tub of Ice cream, then dive into this book and don't resurface until your done, because if you're like me, you won't be able to put it down!

I'm overwhelmed with this book.
Sam Destiny is an amazing writer this Story is so intense, beautiful that i couldn't put it down once i started to read.
I cry, laugh, had my hopes up and down, i wanted the bad girl to die and of course i wanted for the main couple to stay together.
I even found myself screaming to the characters to do something.
I really enjoy reading this book and i will read all of her books, she made me a fan of her writting.
This is the story of Alessia and Jamison . This could be the typical story of two teenagers who fell in love and lived happily ever after , but this is not the case. Ally is the sister of Jam's best friend and where always together, he fell in love with her , and she with him but secretly because they never said anything to each other .
Until one day Jam asks Ally to run away with his son since the mother mistreated him, and because Ally was in love with him she accepted, and her life changed forever.
After 10 Years Jam re-enters the life of Ally and Lesso and the story has a turn . But will it be for best or worse ? Will they be happily ever after or not.
I can not tell much because I will not spoil , but the only advice I leave you is to read this story. You will love as I loved it.

If there was an option to give this book 10+ stars I would jump at the opportunity. This book blew me away; the writing, the story, and how it latched on to our every emotion. It's an intense storyline so you have to be ready for all that the author throws at you, but trust me, it's worth every minute of your time.

I have read other books by Sam Destiny, but this one knocks them all out of the park. If there was a way to magically put this book on a bestseller list, I would say, do it now! Not enough people have had the chance to enjoy this beauty and I wish they could.

I feel in love with Alessia and Jamieson, especially Jam, he is just ... well, broken, beautiful and perfect for Aly. Their story never gets "easy," it has twists and turns to keep you guessing what will happen all the way to the end. I highly recommend this book!!!

This book is about Alessia and Jamison two people who are put through the ringer. Jamison ask's Alessia a huge favor to save his son. She agrees and changes her entire life around for her new son. Jamison meanwhile stays behind and try's to keep anyone from finding his son.

Year's later they meet again and romance is on the agenda. However with scars and emotional wounds between them will they overcome all odds? Will outside forces tear them apart or make them stronger?

This book had me on such an emotional roller-coaster. I couldn't put this book down and I loved it so much. I recommend this book to everyone who loves to read and especially anyone who loves getting the feels from a book. I received this ARC in exchange for a honest review.

This was my first Sam Destiny book and I was completely hooked from page one. Alessia and Jamison have always loved each other but never acted on it. She does something for him ten years ago that many people wouldn't even think of doing because she loves him more than anything. A cascade of events brings them closer than ever and finally allows them to admit all their feelings. It's never too late to be with the one you were always meant to be with. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. I cannot wait to read more of Sam's books.

this is the first book I have read by this author and I must say I found it hard going - whether the subject matter (a twist on domestic violence) or the characters I'm not sure. However the story kept me in there to the end. Would I recommend it - yes, in the end it was worth the read. Would I read another book by this author - not sure.

Salvation is a new light

What a book! I stumbled across this author and book. The book is a gripping story but also a love story. The story is not for the faint of heart and the author really explored domestic violence in the reverse which happens. Excellent read

In the middle

Really not sure if it deserves 3 stars. I have it that many due to the fact that the book brought to attention th men can suffer from abuse as much as women can. I had a hard time believing that JAM stayed with his wife, who abused him for 10 years. Yes I got the concept of the fact her family was powerful in the town and he was trying to protect the woman he loved that he trusted his son with but just not believable.
