This book ties in very well with Emotional Success by David DeSteno. It's almost the "To Do" version of DeSteno's book as it emphasizes the power of gratitude and compassion in changing ourselves and our world.

I've been using this journal for about two months now and have really found it useful in becoming more sensitive to how I'm feeling. I'm finding that there are moments in my day where I suddenly think "oh this is definitely going in my gratitude journal this evening" as it's catching me in the very act of being mindful in my everyday interactions and experiences. I also really enjoyed the intro pages which gave a practical and non dogmatic case for practicing mindfulness using evidence backed studies. Super happy with my journal!

Super helpful journal. Really got me into journalling regularly. Helped me figure out patterns in my behaviour and what makes me feel worse and better throughout the day. The weekly challenges are simple but make you think. Choosing something fun and interesting to do everyday really becomes a habit after a while and makes a big difference in making you happier consistently. I recommend it to everyone, it takes no time at all to do and has significant difference on your life.
