This is the closest I come to a self-help book. We all have something to learn from Spongebob.

Superficial and uninspired ways towards happiness. Nothing very new—if it ever hit upon something interesting, it was over before the next page. Apparently the 3 customers at amazon.com would beg to differ with me and their 5 star ratings. Idiots.
