Somme de savoirs utiles sur l'immigration algérienne, dommage que le style pompeux/ jargonneux desserve un peu les idées
Ce que jai préféré : entretiens des premiers chapitres, incroyables, l'article sur les 3 âges de l'émigration (il faudrait écrire le 4ème âge etc.), concept de double absence, les parties sur le langage (ex : l'hypercorrection de l'accent) et le corps, le chapitre sur le traitement des émigrés par la société d'émigration

Une analyse sociologique très enrichissante qui vient souligner les différences en trois générations d’immigrés Algériens en France. Mais un point commun entre ces générations, l’exil est une souffrance pour tous.
